==Level description==

Electroman Adventures came out in 1.6 update with level 14, [[Clubstep]]. It introduces colored sawblades, breakable blocks and changeable line colour. It also introduces new obstacles (wavy thorns and ice-themed spikes).

The level starts with a fairly simple cube sequence, but with a lot more decorations that previous levels. Also, a major change is that jump rings are now surrounded by spinning blade-like objects. These are not real, you can still use the jump rings. Make sure you follow the arrows and do not over jump in the first cube part.

After the cube sequence, there is a short mini-ship portion which ends with a narrow passageway somewhat tricky to navigate.

The next sequence is in mini-cube form. There will be many jump pads, giving the player a slight break from tapping. Shortly, after a few spikes (now styled to look like ice), the player goes into ball form (regular size) for a short while.

After a few blue jump rings in ball form, there is a mirrored cube sequence which also has an anti-gravity portion. This requires some care.

The player then goes out of mirror to do a short UFO sequence which features many spiky blocks and then a ship sequence as well.

Then there is another mirror player, and the player turns into mini-UFO form to do a short sequence.

Finally, the player exits mirror for the last time (unless they use the design error and slip under a portal), and then goes into mini-ship form for a short sequence. Then, the player switches into mini-cube form for a fairly tough sequence which also has antigravity. This is followed by an intense mini-ball section which requires more tapping than previous levels. Finally, the level finishes in cube form with a few blue jump rings and then some jumps.

==Unlockables==

If you complete the level in Normal mode, you will unlock a new [[Forms|rocket]] icon resembling a space rocket (albeit on its side). Completing it in Practice mode gives you a cyan primary color.

==Trivia==
*The title "Electroman Adventures" is only 1 character too long if it were to be a custom level title ("ElectromanAdventures" is OK).
* Despite being the thirteenth level, only 10 stars are rewarded upon completion, most likely reflected by the old difficulty.
* On the first mini UFO part, you can land on the platform holding a portal that transforms you into an east-facing mini rocket, and stay as a west-heading mini UFO.
* All of the secret coins use fake spikes in the pathways of getting them.
* The music and layout of this level could all be a reference to classic video game dungeons. The large chains, breakable blocks, and the pipe-like platforms are all evidence of this.
* [[xStep]], Electroman Adventures, and [[Blast Processing]] all reward 10 stars if completed, although xStep and Electroman Adventures have the higher rating of ''Insane'', and all custom demon levels provide 10 stars.
* It takes 1:28 to complete the level.
* Electroman Adventures is the last level to use a Mirror Portal so far (the mirror portal has not been used after Clubstep).
* This level is the only level that had its difficulty changed in an update outside of 1.9, and also the only one to have their difficulty upgraded rather than downgraded.
* Previously, flipping gravity at the first ball sequence before the mini cube portal would glitch past.
*This level and [[Electrodynamix]] are the only levels to start with a vowel.
**They also both start with the vowel "e" and start with the word "electro".

==Description ==

Theory of Everything contains blue gravity rings, pink and yellow jump rings, all three colours of jump pads, rocket [[portals]], ball portals, size portals, gravity portals, and mirror portals. The obstacles are challenging, and the orange UFO portals are introduced.

== Secret Coins ==
* The first secret coin is located in the first UFO sequence. When you enter the UFO portal, find the skinny column hanging from the ceiling. A large gap can be seen. You must tap multiple times to go past a sawblade and then go through the gap to collect the coin.
* The second secret coin is located in the second shrunken ship sequence. After going past two large blocks with spikes, carefully slip under the third. You must be extremely careful, as not only are there thorns on the floor, but there are also small spikes on the underside of the large block. Once you have made it past the block, collect the coin and go on the normal path.
* The third coin is located in the final cube sequence, after the mini-UFO sequence. After the first jump in the cube sequence, you will reach two jump rings, which you should hit. However, on the following platform, there is a yellow jump pad on the second half of the platform. Jump over this, and you will fall down to collect the coin. Quickly tap to hit a jump ring, and continue on the path.

==Trivia==
* This level, [[Time Machine]], [[Dry Out]], [[Can't Let Go]], [[Clutterfunk]] and [[Blast Processing]] are the only levels where you can hear speech in the background music.(You can hear "Get down" at the black background when the cube go up, after the Small ship mode.)
*Although Theory of Everything, [[Electrodynamix]], and [[Hexagon Force]] have the same difficulty rating and reward the same number of stars upon completion, Electrodynamix is harder compared to the other two.
*A secret passage can be found in this level (it is found after the second UFO sequence... there are two ways to access it).
*Strangely, the icon this level gives you after completion resembles the obstacles from the first ship sequence in [[Clutterfunk]] and the final UFO sequence in [[Theory of Everything 2]].
* Update 1.9 contains [[Theory of Everything 2]],which is first level that is version 2 of some other RobTop's level. ToE 2 is also demon, which is like in NepTunE's levels ''(if original is insane, v2 is demon).''
* Besides UFOs, purple jump pads and rings and thorns with vines, the level also introduces an object that allows you to color the the lines on objects.
* This level has all hazards before 1.6 (hence the name of the level).
* This level is the last level to use the classic styled thorns.
* This is the only level where thorns with vines appear; however the shrubs appear again in [[Hexagon Force]].
* This level introduces large decals - the ones in this level are arrows, question marks, and exclamation points.
* The level takes 1:26 to complete.
* The second coin is possibly one of the hardest to get.
It is the first stage marked with the Insane difficulty as of [[Update 1.9]].

==Description==
xStep introduces blue pads and blue rings/circles on the regular path. The icon assumes three different [[forms]] through the level— the cube, rocket, and gravity ball. It is similar to [[Cycles]] in difficulty and features multiple tight rocket scenes. xStep is also the level that uses the greatest number of blue pads out of any level in the game, present throughout almost the entire second ship scene. The level also introduces full checker bricks and another block (previously seen while getting the second coin in [[Jumper]]).The level also introduces wavy platforms along with the wavy thorns.

== Secret coins ==
*The first secret coin is located in the first ship sequence. After the last thorn-ball before a stepped wall, carefully fly into the small space between the thorn-ball and the wall to collect the secret coin. Immediately push to fly up and clear the wall quickly, but take care not to crash above.
*The second secret coin is located in the second ship sequence. In the last part of it, containing the spiked passage, slip your ship into a small hole. Keep on holding it up.Then go out the hole in the other end and go through a cube portal shortly afterward.
*The last coin is in the cube sequence after the second ship one. After flipping gravity, your cube will approach a gravity pad that is slightly elevated with some spikes before it. You have to miss the gravity pad and the spikes. If you jump from too far away, you will hit the gravity pad, which is the normal route. Once you have achieved a far enough jump, get ready to tap on a mid-air gravity ring, otherwise you will crash into a suspended platform with spikes on it. Once you have done that, you will reach the coin and fall into the regular course. Immediately jump again to clear off a jump ring.
==Trivia==
[[File:XSTEP.jpg|right]]
*xStep is one of the two levels to grant block icons for both Practice and Normal, the other one is [[Cycles]].
*xStep is the only level name to begin with a lowercase letter.
*There is an error in xStep. It's under the spike ball to the left of the first secret coin.
*There's a glitch in xStep, where you can fall through a gap in the first antigravity section. However, this is not a secret passageway, as you will die after hitting the top.
* The wavy platforms first appear in this level although they are in several coin paths in the first 6 levels.
*xStep marks the gradual introduction of many new [[Map Components|map components]] including blocks, pits and cosmetics.
* xStep, [[Electroman Adventures]] and [[Blast Processing]] all reward 10 stars if completed, although xStep and Electroman Adventures have the higher rating of Insane while Blast Processing has Harder.
* xStep is not the first level with gravity pads in it. First was in [[Back on Track]] and second was in [[Polargeist]], used to collect a secret coin.
* The level takes 1:24 to complete.
It is rated ''Harder'', although before [[Update 1.9]] it was ''Insane''. It is the third Harder level in the game currently.

==Description==
Cycles introduces a new icon form, called the ball, along with its respective Ball Portal, which is red. Although it has an easier rating than x-Step as of 1.9, some would argue that it is actually more difficult, due to some fairly imaginative and tricky segments.

The level starts with a cube section which switches between regular gravity and antigravity many times. It starts easy, but gets more difficult as it has some triple-spikes, as well as many trick jump pads and rings which the user must not hit. After going through a bit of this, the player will encounter a series of yellow jump pads; the second one will get the player to the above platform, with dodging two trick jump rings. After a few more tricky jumps, the player descends down a set of steps and enters the Ball Portal. In ball form, the user must tap to switch gravity. The level has a few large arrow indicators for the first few taps, but then leaves the player on their own. After a short ball segment, the user enters a very tricky ship segment which tends to frustrate players as it is unlike anything they have ever done before. It consists of a series of jump rings which continuously switch the player between gravity and antigravity, but also makes the user go up and down. It takes a very long time to get used to. The trick is to use a series of long taps each time the player comes close to a gravity portal; rapid tapping is a bad idea. After this ship section, the level goes into Mirror and enters another ball section which is considerably more difficult than the first one. This switches in and out of Mirror Mode a few times, but ends in Mirror. Throughout the section, the player must be careful with jump pads and rings, particularly which to hit and miss.

==Secret coins==
*The first one, after the beginning of the first ball portal, flip gravity three times and stay. you'll get in a tunnel where it leads you to the secret coin, but you have to time your moment to flip gravity, as the bottom part of the tunnel has spikes on it.
*In the middle of the gravity flipping rocket part, after the pillars, the coin is on the top, before the path gets narrow. You'll have to time your moment to fly back to the normal path.
*On the second ball part, when the background is blue, there's a yellow pad on the top before a four spike set. Flip gravity quick and then flip again to be above the four spike set hanging, then flip gravity again when there are no spikes on the top, repeat that until you reach the end of the secret path and collected the coin. This coin is hard to obtain.

==Walkthrough==

[[File:Geometry Dash - Cycles - All Coins|thumb|center|300px]]

==Trivia==
*Cycles is one of the two levels to offer players [[Icon Kit|icons]] for completing the level both in practice and normal mode. One other such level is [[xStep]].
* Cycles introduces the gravity ball mode.
* Cycles is the only level to end in mirror mode.
* Cycles takes 1:22 to complete, the shortest of all levels.
* This level has the most gravity portals.
* This is one of the three levels where a form besides cubes get coins and gets more screen time. The two other is [[Hexagon Force]] and [[Blast Processing]].
* There's a glitch in Cycles. In the second yellow gravity portal, if you get close enough to the spikes, you can slip through a gap on top of the blue gravity portal. But this glitch is bad, since this makes you die (The good glitch is in [[Theory of Everything]]).
* After the fourth anti-gravity portal, the basic block is used a lot of times.
|precededby = [[Jumper]]}}'''Time Machine''' is the eighth level in [[Geometry Dash]]. It was rated Insane when it came out but changed to Harder in [[Update 1.9]]. It is also not in the Lite version.
==Description==
Time Machine is the first level not to appear in the Lite Version. It does not introduce many new elements; however, it is considerably more difficult than Jumper overall. It does, however, introduce the Mirror Portal, which changes the direction in which the player is moving (from right to left instead of left to right).

It starts off with a few simple jumps in cube form, but then becomes a bit tricky with some triple-spike jumps. In fact, this entire level is notorious for these jumps. A little while into the level, the screen changes blue and the player enters into a tricky section with groups of spikes, close jumps, and yellow jump pads. This section lasts for four phrases in the soundtrack. Afterwards, the player hits a mirror portal which looks like three rings of different sizes next to each other, and it orange in color. After a bit more of the cube, the player enters a short ship section which requires some control. Then, there is a somewhat longer cube section which comprises the bulk of the level. This starts going in mirror, flips back to anti-mirror with a blue portal and also goes in antigravity, again flips to mirror, then back to no mirror. After this back-and-forth action, the level finally ends with a short ship section which goes into anti-gravity at the very end.

== Secret coins ==
* The first [[Secret Coins|secret coin]] is after the second blue gravity portal. After you pass the portal and jump pass the spike, jump on the platform and collect the secret coin.
* The second secret coin is located on the first ship sequence. Fly through the center block and then collect the secret coin; sounds easy but hard.
* The third coin is after the blue mirror portal. Flipped upside-down, on the last yellow pad, don't jump on the platform. Be prepared to jump midair on the purple jump rings. Also be prepared to jump past the two-spike.

==Walkthrough==
[[File:Geometry Dash lvl 8 - Time Machine|thumb|300px|center]]

== Trivia ==
* At the second-last "Anti-Gravity" Portal, speech can be heard saying "This is a Time Machine."
* Holding jump from the start will allow you to jump on the hanging spike wall. Still holding jump will allow you to jump off and continue as normal, like the second secret coin in [[Dry Out]].
* This is the first level introduced with an update, [[Update 1.1]].
* This level also reveals the first pink rings although not introduced yet officially introduced in [[Theory of Everything]]).
* It takes 1:39 to complete the level.
* This is currently the only level to collect a coin in mirror mode.

== Description ==
Clubstep is currently

one of the two demon levels in the [[Geometry Dash]] levels list. Many of the obstacles require going in or around so-called demons. Clubstep introduces lots of new items, including invisible spikes, invisible blocks, And Triangular Toothless Blades.

== Coins ==
The first coin can be found at one of the first antigravity sections: it is clearly visible. There will be a series of three jump rings, and you must hit the second one to slide through the wall opening containing the coin.

The second coin can be found near the end of the level at the mini UFO part. Immediately after switching into mini UFO, quickly tap many times to jump up into a hidden passage above the one you would normally take. Dodge three small near-invisible spikes and grab the coin.

The last coin can be found at the end of the level. When you reach the last set of monsters in ship mode, the first monster here will have no floor. Slip through this opening, go under four tiny spinning blades and grab the coin.

==Trivia==
*Clubstep was the only official Demon level until [[Update 1.9|1.9]], which introduced [[Theory of Everything 2]].
* Clubstep takes 1:30 to complete.
*Clubstep has 6 ship portals, however it only has one ball portal and two UFO portals.
*Most levels give a color in Practice mode, and an [[Icon Kit|icon]] in Normal mode. For Clubstep, however, it gives off a black color as a reward for Normal mode and a UFO for completing it in Practice mode.
*The name "Clubstep" is a pun on ''dubstep'', which is also the type of music playing during the level.[[File:IMG_0782.png|thumb|The gap can be seen at the bottom of the picture.]]
*Just before the first ship portal on the invisible blocks. A gap in the map can be seen at the bottom of the screen. A likely result of copy and paste indicating the level was rushed through.
*If you jump right before the first ship portal instead of hitting the gravity pad, you can fly upside down in the first part of the flying section.
* At 53 seconds and 63 seconds into the level there are large unfilled areas, another indication the level was rushed through.
* If you hold down right from the start of the level, you will jump above the yellow pad and then you'll jump again from the block that near it, even if there's a spike on it.
* Theory of Everything 2 and Clubstep give the same amount of stars and they are both demon difficulty levels, but Clubstep requires 20 coins to unlock, while Theory of Everything 2 requires 30.
* When you beat Clubstep in normal mode on the Steam version, you get a new icon and unlock an achievement call '''''SteamStep'''''.
* Although the level is named clubstep, the song is called club step, with a space in the name of the song.

'''Theory of Everything 2''', sometimes known as ToE 2, is the eighteenth official level in Geometry Dash and also the second official Demon-rated level, following [[Clubstep]].

== Secret Coin Location ==
* The first [[Secret Coins|secret coin]] is located at the first mini ship sequence. After you go through an anti-gravity portal, immediately hold then let go. You will go down then get back up to the normal-gravity portal.
* The second secret coin is located at the second wave sequence. After you maneuver through the diagonal hallway, try to make your wave form go down through a small entrance to get the secret coin. It is one of the hardest coins to get, as it also requires precision and control to complete the Wave after collecting the coin.
* The third secret coin is hidden above. After you exit the reversed gravity ship section (the one after the slowed cube sequence), jump on the two jump rings, even the one marked with an "X". You'll land on a platform. Then perform a jump, collect the coin. Then jump again on the end of the platform. Then you'll exit safely before you enter the last UFO sequence. This sounds easy, but is hard without practice, since the timing is critical.

== Trivia ==
* This is the last level in the game.
* There is an error in this level. You can jump on the first yellow ring that has X on it and jump on the second yellow ring without an X. Then you'll crash.
* There is a design error. Only hit the second yellow pad, then look at the upside down wall on the left. It appears to be broken.
* During the slow ship section at about 39%, there's a design error where one of the shaded blocks is pushed to the left slightly.
*In ''[[Theory of Everything]]'', it used all of the portals when its update was released. However, in ''Theory of Everything 2'', the level did not contain any mirror and dual portals.
* In the half-pipe in the end, one monster was seen. This looked like the [[Update 2.0]] monsters. Also, the icon unlocked for completing TOE 2 looks like the update 2.0 monsters.
* There is another error. You can actually skip the third gravity portal in mini ship mode at the beginning by going under it.
* You can also skip the first slow portal by going under it. It is still possible to pass the UFO part that way, but crucial timing is needed.

==Initial selection==
<tabber>
Initial Selection=
When a user first uses the level editor, the words "Level Name" and "Description (Optional) appear at the top of the screen with other
|-|
Level Title=
Creators are limited to a name that is 19 characters long (including spaces). Since Update 1.9, the no name levels appears like "Unnamed 0." As of 1.9, the two official level names that cannot be used are [[Theory of Everything 2]] and [[Electroman Adventures]], both of which must be written by taking out spaces. Because of this, all [[Theory of Everything]] remakes use "ToE" to signify the level name. If the user wants to add or edit the name of the level after moving on, he/she can easily come back and change it later.

|-|
Level Description (Optional)=
The level's description is also another option that can be changed at the initial page of level editor. This feature is optional, unlike the title, and is generally left blank by casual creators. The description can be far longer than titles, although its length is very limited as well. Descriptions for expert creators often promote the other levels made under their username. Unlike the title of your level, you can change the description in future versions of your uploaded level. If the user wants to add or edit the description of the level after moving on, he/she can easily come back and change it later.
|-|
</tabber>

==Getting Started==
<tabber>
Getting started=
Initially in the process of creating a level, users will see several grid lines and colored orange vertical lines. The colored lines indicate the background music beat. Players can add blocks and other items using the control panel on the bottom of the screen. Generally, there are multiple settings that are configurable in the level; some major ones are music, background and ground colors, speed, starting object, etc. Other ways of editing a level will be described in more detail in later tabs.

Note that [[Update 1.8]] allowed players to easily test their levels without having to click the play button.
|-|
Music=
Music can be modified very easily, but [[Stereo Madness]] is set by default. In order to change the background song, users must tap the gear button in the upper right-hand corner and click the arrows next to the song name. Any official songs can be chosen. The [[Update 1.9|1.9 update]] introduced the feature that allowed creators to use music from Newgrounds.com.

[[Update 1.8]] allows users to hear the soundtrack and have the assistance of colored lines in level editor. These features could be used by clicking the yellow or blue buttons on the left-hand side of the screen.
|-|
Background/Ground Colors=
In order to change the level's color themes, players are also required to tap on the gear button, and simply tap the letters "BG" or "Ground" to do so. A color wheel will pop up on the screen, and users must slide the dots until their desired color appears. To change the background color in midway go to build mode and hit the tab at the right end. There should be three colored circles that say BG. The default color it gives you when you hit that area is white but there is an easy way to fix this. At the top right, from the nine selections, there should be one that says edit object click it after highlighting the BG object and a color wheel should pop up so that then you are able to pick the color you desire.

After [[Update 1.8]] and the addition of the level [[Hexagon Force]], the background could be changed to hexagons. This update was also revolutionary to the number of decorations that could be used. The [[Update 1.9]] introduced the possibility to have four color channels to use for objects, allowing for more elaborate level design.
|-|
Speed=
Changing the initial speed is very easy. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen and go to the left margin of the settings screen. Here, there should be four buttons, each representing a different speed. The speeds become faster from top to bottom. Click on whichever speed you would like the level to start with. To change speed midway, use the speed portals.
Starting Object=
[[Update 1.7]] introduced the starting object button, which allows the creator to modify if the player starts with a cube, rocket, gravity ball, or UFO (or arrow as of Update 1.9). The size, color of the line, line around blocks and spikes, and glow, can also easily be altered. The background pattern could also be modified and set to circles and squares.
The Bottom Overlay=
There are a few different tabs on the bottom overlay - build selection, edit selection, and delete selection.
<u>'''Portals'''</u>

The portals tab consists of different jumping features, as well as objects that alter your cubes form, size, and speed. For more information see [[Portals]].
* Blue and yellow portals alter gravity. Blue goes down, Yellow goes up.
* The green portal changes you back to a cube from whatever other form you were
* The purple portal changes you into a flying ship.
* The red portal changes you to ball which functions similar to the game mechanics of Gravity Guy. Tapping which change the gravity of the object.
* The orange portal changes you to a UFO, which functions similar to Flappy Bird.
* The blue portal introduced in [[Update 1.9]] changes you into an arrow with mechanics that mimic Wave Wave.
* The green and purple portals change the players size. Green grows bigger, purple grows smaller. There are only two possible sizes, so these portals do not stack.
* The orange and blue arrow portals create a duplicate of your cube with opposite gravity. If in a cube form, a second 'ground' is formed at the top of the screen. When the player taps, both cubes will jump simultaneously. Orange creates two, blue reverts to one.
* The last four arrows alter speed. x0.5, x1, x2, and x3. You originally begin at x1 speed.
<u>'''Decorations'''</u>
Edit Selection Tabs=
There are sixteen available edit tools. After selecting an object you'd like to edit (or selecting multiple using the swipe tool), tap the buttons to move or flip the object how you'd like.
* The first four tools move the selection 1 pixel. It is 16 x 16 pixels in one grid space.
* The next four, indicated with two arrows, push your selection one block in the direction indicated
* Two tools show arrows in both direction indicate that it will flip the direction of your object.
* The next two rotate the selection either clockwise or counterclockwise.
* On the next page, the last four are shown by three arrows, and move your selection five blocks in the direction selected.
|-|
Delete Selection Tabs=
The final, and most simple tab is the delete tab. Here any selected objects can be deleted by pressing the trash button. If you would like to delete all objects of a certain kind, select the object and press the delete all button. There is also a delete all start position button displayed at all times. On the right of the tab, you can customize what blocks will delete. None will mean there is no filter to what is deleted. Static means only static blocks that the player can touch will be deleted. Details deletes only decorations. Finally selecting one object and clicking the custom filter will allow you to delete any of the objects of the type selected.

<tabber>
Miscellaneous Tools=
There are four miscellaneous buttons to the right of the bottom overlay tabber that helps the creator of the level to easily alter the level design itself. They are swipe, rotate, free move, and snap.

Note that these four buttons do different things while the build, edit, or delete tabs are selected or if a combination of these buttons are selected.

==Intermediate Selections==
<tabber>
Intermediate Selections=
The following selections include the most rudimentary basics after most of the layout of your level is complete. The following items will enhance your level design and capability to create your level much easier!
|-|
Copy and Paste Tools=
These options, located to the right of your screen, allow you to take a selection highlighted by the edit tool and copy it it elsewhere. When copied, it saves the objects color and rotation. Using the copy and paste tool, the object duplicates the object and places it in the same location as the first copy. From there, you can use the edit tool to move it how you would like. The copy tool stores your selection, as well as its color and rotation in the games memory, until you click paste. When paste is pressed, the same selection will appear at the center of your screen. From there, you can use the edit tool to move it how you would like.

Note that quitting the game, or testing out your level will forget what you had copied. Thus, you cannot copy and paste items to other levels.
|-|
Colour Options=
These options change the colour of the background, the ground, lines and some objects. The player will not be killed if they run into one of these.
* '''BG:'''Modifies the background colour and transitions. Can also override the ground colour.
* '''Object:'''Modifies objects' outline colour and transitions.
* '''Line:'''Modifies the ground's outline colour and transitions.
* '''Ground:'''Modifies the ground's body colour and transitions.
* '''Color1, Color2, Color3, Color4'''''<nowiki>:'</nowiki>''Modifies simple colours of objects.
* '''3DL:'''Modifies colour of 3D line effect.
|-|
Start Position=
Re-positions the icon starting position elsewhere. Special options can determine the icon's attributes including forms or portal effects. Placing a starting position ahead of another will override any existing ones.
* Note that you cannot verify a level if you have a start position.
|-|
</tabber>

==Advanced Selections==
<tabber>
Advanced Selections=
After everything is finished, there are some finishing touches that can be made on the level before it is published and verified. These alterations do not change the layout of the level directly but do change how the actual presentation is displayed.
|-|
Player Trail=
This enables a shadowing trail of your icons behind you as you play. You can either enable or disable this.
* The trail is the same colour as your primary colour.
* This does not override the rainbow trail earned for beating 10 Map Packs.
|-|
Transition Blocks=
These blocks are used to change how the level moves and transitions when playing in practice/normal mode. They can be found by moving to the second tab in the colour options. These are (as of 1.9):
* No transition.
* Blocks will appear moving downwards and disappear moving upwards
* Blocks will appear moving upwards and disappear moving downwards
* Blocks will appear moving to the right and disappear moving from the right.
* Blocks will appear moving to the left and disappear moving from the left.
* Blocks will shrink to the left and grow from the right.
* Blocks will grow to the right and shrink from the left.
* Blocks will implode in front of you and explode behind you.
* Blocks will explode in front of you and implode behind you.
* Blocks will appear by dropping/rising from the top and bottom and disappear by rising/dropping from the bottom and top.
* Blocks will appear by rising/dropping from the top and bottom and disappear by dropping/rising from the bottom and top.
|-|
Object Sequencers=
* '''Cube:''' Starts the level out in the cube form.
* '''Ship:''' Starts the level out in the ship form.
* '''Ball:''' Starts the level out in the ball form.
* '''UFO:''' Starts the level out in the UFO form.
* '''Wave''': Starts the level out in Wave form.
</tabber>
==Trivia and Other Uncategorized Gadgets==
<tabber>
Trivia=
* Out of the seven BG and Ground textures, only four have been used in default levels: the standard "blocky" texture (used in Stereo Madness through Clubstep), the "Bubble" texture (used in Electrodynamix), the Hexagon texture (used in Hexagon Force and [[Blast Processing]]) and the Vortex texture (used in[[Theory of Everything 2| Theory of Everything 2]]). As well as this, the zigzag ground texture (added in 1.7) was not used in a main level until 1.9, for Theory of Everything 2.
* There are eight kinds of difficulty levels in a custom level. N/A (not approved), Auto, Easy, Normal, Hard, Harder, Insane, and Demon.
* There are five kinds of lengths in a custom level. Tiny, Short, Medium, Long, and Extra-Long.
* If you click the "Help" button on the custom music screen, there is an example ID (568699), which is the song "Hexagon Force" by Waterflame.

==Initial selection==
<tabber>

|-|
</tabber>

==Getting Started==
<tabber>

|-|
Speed=
Hi
|-|
Starting Object=
[[Update 1.7]] introduced the starting object button, which allows the creator to modify if the player starts with a cube, rocket, gravity ball, or UFO (or arrow as of Update 1.9). The size, color of the line, line around blocks and spikes, and glow, can also easily be altered. The background pattern could also be modified and set to circles and squares.
|-|
==Intermediate Selections==
<tabber>

* '''Color1, Color2, Color3, Color4'''''<nowiki>:'</nowiki>''Modifies simple colours of objects.
* '''3DL:'''Modifies colour of 3D line effect.
|-|
Start Position=
Re-positions the icon starting position elsewhere. Special options can determine the icon's attributes including forms or portal effects. Placing a starting position ahead of another will override any existing ones.
* Note that you cannot verify a level if you have a start position.
|-|
</tabber>

==Advanced Selections==
<tabber>
* No transition.
* Blocks will appear moving downwards and disappear moving upwards
</tabber>
==Trivia and Other Uncategorized Gadgets==
<tabber>
