Sonic Wave was an extremely hard and extra long demon by Cyclic. Its difficulty is relevant to Bloodbath and Cataclysm. It is also the hardest Nine Circles remake rated demon. Sonic Wave is also the hardest (possible) Nine Circles (followed by Silent Circles being 1st altogether) remake. The original level has since been removed, but there have been several remakes of it, including a glitched (using a verify glitch) reupload by Cyrillic, with the ID of 13064746.

Gameplay
The level starts with a very difficult cube with moderate tricks and crucial timing. After the cube, it comes to a extremely difficult ship, with fast speed, tight spaces and gravity portals everywhere. After the ship, the player will transform into a very difficult ball with extremely hard tricks. After the ball, the player will transform into a nearly impossible (still possible) wave. It features many gravity and size changes, extremely tight spaces and fake line trolling. At the middle of the wave, it becomes even harder with fake line trolling everywhere. Also, this part of the wave needs extremely crucial timing. If the player manages to pass the wave, the player will transform into a less difficult cube were the player will need to spam gradually gaining speed. After the wave, however, the player will transform into an even harder wave than before, with even more tighter spaces and sawblades everywhere, along with fake line trolling. After the wave, the player will transform into a mildly difficult cube section with different passages and invisible blocks. If the player manages to find the right way, they will transform into a very difficult wave again. As the ending approaches, Cyclic/Enlil's username poses a vigorous threat if the player does not carefully manipulate the wave to straightness.

Trivia
*To date, no one has completed the level legitimately, with the possible exception of Cyclic himself.
*After a while, seemingly due to hacking accusation, Cyclic replaced Sonic Wave with an old level of his, supposedly a Back On Track remake. When he quit the game, the level was removed altogether.
*He reuploaded a nerfed version on his channel before quitting.
*Riot, the verifier of Bloodbath, is currently practicing Sonic Wave.
** He says that it's harder than Bloodbath
** So is a player named Mewfewe. Riot said in a stream that he wants Mewfewe's version rated instead of his.

The 1.9 Update is a future update to Geometry Dash. It is estimated to be out for the IOS, Android, Windows Phone, and Amazon in September of 2014. Meaning it should come in the next 10 days or so

Prior to the release of the 1.8 update, Robert Topala said in a conversation at Touch Arcade Forums:

<blockquote>"I have a lot of ideas for update 1.9 that could be huge for the game, but more on that after I release 1.8... muahaha"
</blockquote>

Introductions
On August 13, 2014, Topala posted his first sneak preview image, showing five icons wearing different-colored headphones.

On August 26, 2014, Topala created another image depicting three-dimensional blocks, arousing much excitement among Geometry Dash players. He continued with the idea on August 28, posting a picture on Facebook about what could be built using the blocks.

On September 6, 2014, another image was posted through Topala's social media accounts featuring several different new map components that would be used in future levels of Geometry Dash. This included two new icons, gear-like obstacles, and various different unknown types of blocks. The most prominent feature was a new thick blue portal that would likely result in another game mode being introduced. It was also released to the public that Topala would release the game to Steam, a popular internet-based social media platform.

On September 14, 2014, RobTop released an image on Facebook. It shows a blast, a processor, a book, an infinity symbol, and '2'. An educated guess has been given that the two next songs could possibly be Blast Processing by Waterflame and Eternity by DJVI ,with the number 2 indicating the addition of two levels, one of which hinted to be a Demon level, following similar lines to Update 1.6.
