Ice Carbon Diablo X is a 1.6 level created by Roadbose.

Description
Ice Carbon Diablo X is considered to be one of the hardest levels in Geometry Dash, the other being Cataclysm. It has been a matter of debate among GD Players for a long time if ICDX is harder than Cataclysm, or the other way around. However, with the creation of Bloodbath, The Hell Factory and Sonic Wave, debates have stopped about what is the hardest level between these two.

Gameplay
The level jumps off with a moderately difficult cube, consisting of a hard jump over a sawblade. It then continues with a very hard ship, going through very tight spaces and tight diagonals. It then goes into a very short ball, which has a blue orb over a spike. It is deceptively hard because it requires good timing to do it. Then comes a UFO part, which has a very hard first obstacle requiring prefect timing, then goes into an anti gravity, then a size portal. It then goes through a one-block space through a cube portal, while still in mini mode. The cube is relatively simple involving a few fakes and simple jumps. In a part in the cube, there is a ship portal; however, it is just a trick to get you to fail. After passing the ship portal, the cube becomes harder with more skill being needed. It then goes into a UFO that is pretty short, then avoiding the ship portal, going through the Demon-heads into another cube section. After that, the ship part that follows is extremely hard, consisting of one-block spaces and invisible spikes. A slightly hard mini-cube then follows, which passes through a simple UFO part, then goes back into cube which then becomes an antigravity ship with a tight diagonal, which then reverts into a cube with a few obstacles. A very hard ball part comes after, involving timed switches, fakes, and orb jumps. It then goes into an easy Flappy Bird UFO which is nearly identical to Clubstep's first UFO, then passes through an easy ship into a hard cube, involving a lot of timing and fakes. It then transitions to a very hard ball, which required even more timing and memorization compared to the one before it. After that is a very hard ship, which is almost purely made of one-block spaces, then into a cube with many fakes. A ship similar to the second one follows, which then becomes mini and goes into a semi-tight diagonal part, then goes back to being a cube, and then a very short one-switch ball comes and instantly reverts to cube, which then enter the last part of the level, a mini-ship that goes to one block spaces with gravity portals, then comes to the creator's name, then to another, and the last one block space.
Trivia
* This level was once thought to be impossible until 1.9, when Cyclic beat it.
* Currently, only Cyclic, Sandstorm, SrGuillester, Quasar, and Riot have completed the level legitimately.
* ICDX originaly had more dislikes than likes. However, when Cyclic completed it, it got a huge number of likes.

Crashes
* Riot crashed at 95% due to bad timing.
* Sandstorm crashed at 96% due to bad timing.
* SrGuillester and Mabby01 also crashed at 95% due to bad timing.
* GoodSmile also crashed at 96% due to bad timing.
* Mabby had once again crashed in the same ship part, at 96%.
* This level was reuploaded by Noobas
* There is a mini wave section around the start of the level that is just tight enough for the wave to pass through. The level is considered to be nearly impossible from this point on.
* When the level was first made, the end section was a ship. However, when Noobas reuploaded it, it became a dual wave section, which is considered to be almost impossible.
The Hell Factory is a ridiculously hard demon that was previously unrated due to hacks, where it was removed from the servers and then significantly buffed with a more 2.0-like design. It was verified by Powerbomb and reuploaded to the servers where it regained its demon and 10 stars rating.

Description
The Hell Factory was originally a lot easier than the version that was verified by Powerbomb. It was buffed twice. The first time increased the difficulty quite significantly, but was still easier than the second buff. The second buff added 2.0 features to the demon, and multiple spaces were made much harder because of it. This buffed version was eventually verified by Powerbomb and is now considered one of the hardest demons on Geometry Dash.

Gameplay
The level starts off with Reple's part. It is extremely confusing and is a mini UFO with extremely precise timing. There are many spikes around and it's impossible to tell which ones are real and fake, making this part entirely memorization. The next section of the UFO is far easier as the obstacles are all visible. The next part is a half speed wave with many spikes and confusing times. Halfway through this wave, the screen goes completely dark, signalling the 2.0 design. The wave has a very tight space followed by fake lines and a fake line that uses 2.0 design to be even less conspicuous. The wave switches to a dual cube that is briefly regular size, but then quickly turns into a moderately difficult mini cube that requires good memorization of the inputs. Cosine's first part then comes, a ship that is very difficult, as it is a triple speed mini ship with gravity portals and invisible spikes. This part quickly switches to Luneth's part, a double speed wave with many obstacles and a gravity portal to throw off the player. The player then switches to a fairly quick but moderately difficult cube with some tricks and a few crucial timings, then to a ship that requires a little straight fly. This begins Zelda's part, the second double speed wave. There are many thorn balls and obstacles in the way of the player, but keep mind that the pitchfork decor is not solid. The pulsing diamonds are also not obstacles. After this wave, the wave becomes even harder, going into very tight spaces as a half speed wave, switching between sizes. The wave's end is very hard, as it quickly goes triple speed and goes into a very tight passage where spikes can cause the player to crash if they do not pay close attention to where they are. This begins Ryan LC's part, a very difficult mini cube with many invisible gravity and mirror portals with jump rings and hard to see blocks that make this part almost entirely memorization of inputs, from which the decor is similar to that of a part in Lunatic Doom Machine and gameplay simlar to a part in Doomsday II. The cube then goes to a ship part, beginning WOOGI's part in the level. It is a very difficult ship with gravity portals and jump rings. The ship then switches to a UFO with crucial timing with size and gravity portals, followed by a mini cube with equally crucial timing, a notable feature in many of WOOGI's levels. Cosine's second part is introduced, a ball with very precise timing. It may seem easy, but anxiety and other factors may cause the player to fail the crucial timing of this part. After this moderately difficult part, Miner's part is introduced, a fairly short ship with a hard to see spiked passage with blue jump rings. Getting the timing right is crucial here. A message can be seen that it is designed by Yuri (aka Minus). The next part is basically the last part of the level. It is a very hard flying segment by Hermes (also designed by Yuri) that stays double speed. The first segment is a mini ship, while the second is an upside down regular size ship with many gears and spikes in the whole area to easily cause the player to crash. The last part is Koreaqwer's part, basically two jumps and a list of the people who helped create the level. The level ends with a note that says "Verified by Powerbomb" and 3 practically free user coins.

User Coins
These user coins basically require no skill and are auto to get. All of them are at the end and are basically a reward for completing the level.

Trivia
* The Hell Factory is the hardest demon to have practically free user coins. However, they are currently bronze.
* The Hell Factory has been buffed multiple times and was previously slightly easier or harder than Cataclysm at one point. Its new buffs have made it much harder, however.
* The Hell Factory is the second hardest demon megacollab on Geometry Dash as of now, next to Bloodbath. (Phobos by Tygrysek was the hardest before it was deleted).
* Sandstorm and Powerbomb are the only people to date who have beat this level.

Crashes
* Koreaqwer crashed at 84% (first version).
* Powerbomb crashed at 83% (first buffed version).
Riot is a very popular and extremely skilled North American Geometry Dash player. He has completed many demon levels, some of the most notably Deadly ClubStep, Cataclysm, Ice Carbon Diablo X, and Necropolis. On 12 August he verified the demon Bloodbath, considered to be one of the hardest recognized user levels in game. Riot stated that he would leave on September the 12 due to hackers, but returned shortly after. A few months later, in December, he said that he would play less Geometry Dash, a video that caused people to think Riot was quitting forever. However, he uploaded a video of him practicing Hell Factory, and stated that he did not quit, that he simply was playing less at the time because he didn't feel like playing. He has since made a brief return by uploading a video of Rearmed. He is also trying to beat Sonic Wave sometime in the near future, but this will be after he rebeats the online level of Bloodbath for his 400th demon. He currently has 79% of progress.
Trivia
*On 12 September 2015, Riot said that he would leave the community due to the problems with hackers in the game. He returned on 19 September 2015, although saying he definitely will not be playing as much as he used to, mainly because of school and reoccurring finger pains.
*He very often streams his gameplay.
*Riot was the first player to complete Ice Carbon Diablo X.
*He is often considered to be one of the best players.
*His nickname is Rito due to a spelling mistake.
*Players have been arguing whether Riot or Cyclic are better for a long time.
*Riot is the only player to have beat Cataclysm three times. Twice old, once new.(He verified Cataclysm with coins update, the new one). Brandon Larkin has technically beaten Cataclysm three times, but the third time he beat it he was verifying his own level, LarkinClysm, a remake of the original Cataclysm.
*Riot eventually had to switch to using his middle finger to play Geometry Dash because the pain in his index finger was too severe for him to play any longer with it (because of Bloodbath). Some speculate Riot has something called carpal tunnel syndrome in his index finger, but he has never disclosed what the problem actually is.
*As of today, Riot continues to be the only player who has beaten Bloodbath. Surv is the second closest, with 74%, and Mabby01 is the third closest, with 71%.
Sonic Wave was an extremely hard and extra long demon by Cyclic. Its difficulty is relevant to Bloodbath and The Hell Zone. Being 2 minutes long, it is about 8 seconds longer than Bloodbath. It is also the hardest Nine Circles Level rated demon. The original level has since been removed, but there have been several remakes of it, including a reupload by Cyrillic (with the use of a verify glitch), with the ID of 13064746.

Gameplay
The level starts with a very difficult cube with moderate tricks and crucial timing. After the cube, it comes to a very difficult ship, with fast speed, tight spaces and gravity portals everywhere. After the ship, the player will transform into a very difficult ball with extremely hard tricks, which leads to a tricky, mini, dual, triple speed ball part which last for a short amount of time. After the ball, the player will transform into a nearly impossible (still possible) wave. It features many gravity and size changes, extremely tight spaces and fake line trolling. At the middle of the wave, it becomes even harder with fake line trolling everywhere. Also, this part of the wave needs extremely crucial timing. If the player manages to pass the wave, the player will transform into a buggy, difficult cube were the player will need to spam in a gradually gaining speed. After the wave, however, the player will transform into an even harder wave than before, with even more tighter spaces and sawblades everywhere, along with fake line trolling. After the wave, the player will transform into a memory and timing-based, difficult cube section with different passages and invisible blocks. If the player manages to find the right way, he or she will transform into a very difficult wave again. As the ending approaches, Cyclic/Enlil's username poses a vigorous threat if the player does not carefully manipulate the wave to straightness.

Trivia
*To date, no one has completed the level legitimately, with the possible exception of Cyclic himself.
*After a while, seemingly due to hacking accusation, Cyclic replaced Sonic Wave with an old level of his, supposedly a Back On Track remake. When he quit the game, the level was removed altogether.
*The original level was light blue and featured a UFO and ship part. Cyclic cut multiple copies to show the level.
*Cyclic uploaded a video of him completing 28%-100% using a start position in the latest version.
*This level has ½ space gaps in the wave (not ½ space between spikes)
*Riot, the verifier of Bloodbath, is currently practicing Sonic Wave.
** He says that it's harder than Bloodbath.
** So is a player named Mefewe. Riot said in a stream that he wants Mefewe's version rated instead of his.

Description
Jawbreaker is one of the first Nine Circles Levels remake to appear in the first place. Most players consider this a difficult level, but it is normally overlooked when players think of the top 10 hardest Nine Circles levels.

Gameplay
Jawbreaker starts in a cube sequence that require some simple timings, but are fairly easy, despite having a few easy to dodge tricks. Then after the cube sequence, the speed will change into double and starts in the ship part which is moderately hard, due to the gravity portals and tight spaces, straight flying and slopes that throw around the player's ship. After that, the ball sequence will start. It is also moderately hard due to crucial timing, fast clicks, invisible spikes and fake jump rings. Then the cube part will appear again. The next cube is extremely easy and only requires hitting all the jump rings, then it goes into an auto segment and half speed with some blue jump pads. The music drops, and the infamous Nine Circles wave of Jawbreaker is introduced. Unlike the other Nine Circles remakes, Jawbreaker also has a few tight spaces, a very high abundance of gravity and size changes, and a few speed changes. The double segments are the easiest sections of the entire wave, along with the small half speed break in the middle. The second half of the wave is notoriously hard because of the ridiculous amount of size changes, followed by many gravity portals that can quickly throw off the player. The level ends as an upside down double wave, which shouldn't be too bad to finish. Unlike most Nine Circles levels, this one has no signature that says "ZenthicAlpha" or "GG".

Errors
* As shown in EricVanWilderman's video of this level, there are multiple spots where the player can slip around gravity and size portals that will often cause the player to crash.
* You can skip the last dual portal in the last mini wave mode of the level, where you can end up as a single mini wave.

Trivia
* Jawbreaker is one of the first five Nine Circles level ever to be created.
* It is said that this is harder than the original Nine Circles although this is disputed.
** ZenthicAlpha claimed this is harder than Nine Circles, but ToshDeluxe thinks it is easier.

Fails
* GuitarHeroStyles crashed at 89% for not clicking after the wave becomes a mini.
* EricVanWilderman crashed at 98%, at the last double wave. He also crashed at 92% clicked in the gravity portal

The Lightning Road is a Demon level created by Timeless. It is one of the most downloaded levels and also considered to be the one of the easiest levels rated Demon so far.

Gameplay
This level boasts relatively simple sections. The first cube is not tricky at all, and it is able to be passed very easily. Next is a small ship section where only one long tap is needed. After that is a straightforward ball section, followed by an equally straightforward cube section, as the hazards are clearly shown, but with the background becoming dark at times. Following that is a series of simple balls and ships, and then a cube section and ball section which is slightly harder as it requires you to memorize which passage to enter. The level finishes of with a ship and a cube. The very last portion of the cube does not actually require tapping, and whatever you do you should still be able to finish the level.

Errors
* There's an error halfway through the third cube section (if you follow the order above) where you can skip the gravity portal and fall through the gap resulting in your icon landing on the floor. However, you will later meet a wall and crash at 88%.
*Just after the second ship there is also another glitch as you can fly above the ball portal and to the next section.
*On the same part, there also is a glitch in which the player will get into the icon portal in anti gravity.
The Ultimate Phase is a 1.9 level created by Andromeda and 14 other creators.

Gameplay
The level starts off with Andromeda's part: a simple cube part, with a few timing-based jumps, and a few tricks. It then gets harder as it enters UserMatt's part: a double-speed ship, involving a lot of gravity portals with yellow orbs inside them, missing one means certain death. Around the end of that part, it goes to triple speed. Next comes Creepy Dash's part: a slow UFO reminiscent of WOOGI's UFOs in Windy Landscape. Then comes GuitarHeroStyles's part (pictured): a very hard triple-speed dual cube, with one cube becoming a ship and the other still as a cube. Viprin's part follows: an easier, but not much, double speed mini-UFO, involving 2 gravity portals that you must go to in close sequence. After going through 3 of those, the player then enters a gravity portal and gets thrown into GironDavid's part: an extremely hard triple-speed dual mini-cube, partly inspired from Supersonic. It uses mostly invisible blocks, so it can get pretty confusing. In that part, there is a bug at 35%. Then follows Tygrysek's part: an effect-style triple-speed dual wave. It changes sizes multiple times, and at the very end, loses the dual to become a single mini-wave. It then briefly goes back to normal size before going into WOOGI's part: a double-speed mini-ball, reverting to normal size, then slows down and becomes a ship, which goes to a moderately tight segment, then becomes a wave that has a lot of gravity portals, then changes form for a final time, into a mini ship, which then goes through Zobros' part. It starts off with a ball with a few obstacles, then speeds up to triple-speed and becomes a cube which involves a few slopes with blue orbs that you must tap, then into an auto part. A few more slopes follow, a line of purple orbs and one yellow orb, which goes straight to Findexi's part: a double-speed UFO, with a few gravity portals and invisible spikes to confuse the player. It then becomes a slow minicube with a few moderately difficult jumps, then goes into Crack's part: a slow miniball, with two hard obstacles, then the balls pass into a ship portal, which is considerably hard, since it needs straight flying, then goes into Loogiah's part: a double-speed miniship which is similar to Usermatt's part, also making use of gravity portals and yellow orbs, but considerably harder because it needs straight flying and it also has fakes. It slows down, then speeds up to normal speed for MaJackO's part: a miniship. It is considered one of the hardest parts because of the combination of straight flying and hard memorization parts. It then goes to Enlil's, formerly Cyclic's, part: A wave with tight spaces and multiple speed portals. It then becomes mini, goes through a few obstacles, then going to ZenthicAlpha's part: A normal speed ship that mostly encompasses straight flying. I then goes to the final part, which was made by Andromeda: a simple cube involving a few jumps. It then goes through one final blue pad, which goes through a gravity portal, straight to the end. WARNING: If you jump over the pad you will crash into sawblades.

Trivia
* It took Andromeda more than 7,000 attempts to verify this level.
** However, on August 19th Andromeda admitted to hacking this level
* MaJackO's part is considered the hardest.
* Currently, only five people have beaten it legit: Cyclic, Sandstorm, DiscJoker, SrGuillester, and SoulsTRK.
* Andromeda updated this level making Zobros' and his last cube easier.
*Until GironDavid's part, each part has a distinct color:
**Andromeda - red (start and end)
**Usermatt - blue
**Creepy Dash - green
**GuitarHeroStyles - yellow
**Viprin - light blue
**GironDavid - Still light blue
**Tygrysek - Multicoloured flashes in red, blue, green, yellow
**WOOGI - Light blue
**Zobros - Grey/white
**Findexi - Orange/Red
**Crack - Pink
**Loogiah - Continuously changing (red, blue, green, yellow, turquoise, orange)
**MaJackO - Turquoise
**Cyclic - Purple, then red
Poltergeist is an insanely difficult demon level by Andromeda. Even though it is rated demon, it goes far beyond a demon's difficulty, hence termed an "insane demon".

Description
Poltergeist is often considered the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th hardest Nine Circles remake, standing behind Crimson Clutter, Antique Circles, and Down Bass (excluding the debated Sonic Wave).

Gameplay
The level starts with a simple cube with a few simple jumps and tricks. And then a ball with a few tricks come. After the ball, a simple cube with a few simple jumps will come. However, after the cube, the player will transform into an insanely difficult wave with fake line trolling and extremely tight spaces. After the wave, the player will transform into a difficult ship with tight spaces. Then, the player will become a simple cube with a few jumps and some text saying "Take a Break". Then the player will transform into a wave that is very similar to first wave. However, this wave is not as difficult. If the player manages to pass the wave, the level will be completed.

Errors
* It is possible to skip the half speed at 60%. If the player manages to do this, the player will crash into one of the double spikes.
* At 92%, it is possible to skip the invisible spikes, and the player will be sent to one of the spikes.

Trivia
* This level is considered to be one of the hardest Nine Circles remakes.
* Due to it being so hard, Andromeda had to hack to verify it.

Fails
* SuperPizzaLuigi crashed at the beginning of the last cube twice due to a bug above, and gave up on the level due to it.
Sonic Wave was an extremely hard and extra long demon by Cyclic. Its difficulty is relevant to Bloodbath and Cataclysm. It is also the hardest Nine Circles remake rated demon. The original level has since been removed, but there have been several remakes of it, including a reupload by Cyrillic (with the use of a verify glitch), with the ID of 13064746.

Gameplay
The level starts with a very difficult cube with moderate tricks and crucial timing. After the cube, it comes to a extremely difficult ship, with fast speed, tight spaces and gravity portals everywhere. After the ship, the player will transform into a very difficult ball with extremely hard tricks. If the player manages to pass the wave, the player will transform into a less difficult cube were the player will need to spam in a gradually gaining speed. After the wave, however, the player will transform into an even harder wave than before, with even more tighter spaces and sawblades everywhere, along with fake line trolling. After the wave, the player will transform into a mildly difficult cube section with different passages and invisible blocks. If the player manages to find the right way, they will transform into a very difficult wave again.

*Riot, the verifier of Bloodbath, is currently practicing Sonic Wave.
** He says that it's harder than Bloodbath.
** So is a player named Mefewe. Riot said in a stream that he wants Mefewe's version rated instead of his.

Description
The level is considered as an extreme demon due to tight spaces and speed boosts. It looks like it may have been inspired by Cataclysm.
Trivia
* This level was reuploaded by Noobas
Silent Circles is a very popular and impossible Nine Circles level by Cyrillic and Sailent.

Description
This level is purple & blue. It was among the first levels to introduce the impossible one space triple speed mini wave, and this has since been replicated into other impossible levels.

Gameplay
The level starts off with a fairly simple cube area unlocked by a key, with a few tricky timings, but not too difficult otherwise. It then quickly goes into a very difficult ship section with mirroring and gravity portals. The next cube segment is impossible, and the wave is then introduced. This wave is also impossible due to ridiculously tight mini wave mashing that cannot be accomplished by a human. The next dual segment is also impossible, because the wave is mashed beyond human accomplishment as well. After this, more impossibility follows as the wave consists of an impossibly tiny gap for a dual player wave to go through. At the end a mini wave has to go through a gap that normally a big wave would go through, followed by an even harder section where a mini wave goes through the middle of two spikes with one block to go through, which is practically impossible at triple speed. The level ends with a second key with Cyrillic and Sailent's names.

Trivia
* Supernova Circles, an easy, nerfed version of Silent Circles, had been rated demon for less than ten minutes. After Riot stated that Supernova Circles was hacked, it was immediately undemoned a few minutes later, making it one of the quickest levels to get unstarred after it's been rated.
