Cataclysm is an extremely hard demon level by Ggb0y created in 1.9. It is featured and is arguably the second or third hardest featured level in Geometry Dash, around the difficulty of The Hell Factory.

Description
This level is a Demon level, but goes beyond the difficulty of a Demon level. It is considered an "Extreme Demon", which means that it goes far beyond a Demon's difficulty. This causes very few people to be able to complete Cataclysm in Normal Mode without cheats.

The level's main background color is black, with the colors of most of the objects being red or orange. Bloodbath is inspired by this level.

Gameplay
The level starts off with a fairly simple cube, with a few tricks. It then turns into a hard double speed wave that has tight spaces, many size change portals, and rather awkward timing. It then turns into an auto segment, briefly into a cube, after that "CATACLYSM/GGBOY" appears briefly on screen. After that is a very hard triple speed ship with gravity portals and many invisible size portals that require very light tapping and good transition controlling to avoid death. It changes back into a mini wave at half speed, but is easier than the first wave as it is not double speed, albeit having even tighter spaces. The player then changes into a double speed ball that requires very good timing and jitter clicks, then goes half speed and goes through very tight spaces, with a few speed changes to try and throw the player off. The ball then transitions to a double speed UFO with many jump rings, gravity portals and tight spaces that require crucial timing. This UFO then transitions to a half speed rocket that requires insanely straight flying, and also has jump rings and gravity portals- missing one jump ring results in a crash. The ship then transitions into a double speed cube that needs good timing, then turns into a half speed mini cube that mostly requires a little bit of mashing, before heading into the halfway section of Cataclysm, where the player becomes a ball that needs a little bit of jitter clicking and good timing. Gameplay-wise this is the easiest part of Cataclysm, however, the level becomes dark with the obstacles flashing intermittently and it becomes hard to see where the player is going, and switches to the cube and ship a few times before going back to a ball, which can throw off players not used to the section. The level then goes into Cataclysm's last two hard sections, which are a very difficult ship and a tight half speed wave. The half speed ship is very difficult, having extremely tight spaces, size changes. and a short double section halfway through the ship. After this ship, the level goes into the last part of the level, which is a tight spaced half speed wave. Multiple players are known for crashing here, either out of nervousness and anxiety, or just screwing it up. After this moderately difficult wave, it goes into a robot section with a secret coin, and the level ends as a ship, with the well known area that says "GBOY", the creator's name, and "U NEED TO REST", finishing with "GG" and a two block space to fly through but requires to keep straight from flying as if there were spikes before ending. After that, a hall of fame of those who have finished the level legitimately can be seen and a message of Gboy admitting of hacking it and lastly thanking Riot for verifying the level and adding coins, from which the level ends.

User Coins
This level has 3 user coins. The first and last ones require good timing to obtain, but the second one is fairly easy to get with good memory and straight fly.
* The first coin is fairly easy to get with good timing. You must hit a blue orb, and you will get a coin. A teleportation portal will send you back on course.
* The second one is probably the easiest of the coins. At the first segment in the dual ship, fly in between the spiked area to get the coin. You will exit the little space and continue the level.
* The third coin towards the ending. You must hit the last blue jump and you go through the gravity portal. While in it, tap because there is an invisible orb that will take you up to the last coin.

Trivia
*Gboy had to hack to verify this map. However, for the harder update of Cataclysm, Riot has legitimately verified the level.
*This is one of very few demon levels hacked to get the intended demon rating.
*Other players like Lyra Bandicoot also had to hack to complete the map. This sparked a lot of debate which resulted in many users uploading videos on how to spot hackers of the game.
*This is one of the hardest maps, the hardest most likely being The Wall by Cyrillic. However, the hardest recognized demon map is actually Bloodbath.
*The level is now part of an offical "triology" : Cataclysm, Bloodbath and Aftermath
*Riot is the first player confirmed to have beaten Cataclysm more than once, completing all three runs in livestreams, and the last one being a reverification of Cataclysm for Ggb0y to update coins into the level.
**Enlil was the first who completed the level without any hacks. The others were (in order) GironDavid (May 14), Sandstorm & Riot (both on May 20), Powerbomb (July 10), Creepy Dash (July 25), GoodSmile (September 13), Maxis9 (October 15), MrKebab (November 1), Smokes (November 4), Souls TRK (December 6), TheBestSwirl (December 10), Danilkaz (December 19), Elite (December 26), R3YGA (January 1st), Garomo (January 13th), Mabby01 (January 14th), Kinso (February 5th), Quasar (February 12th), Satcho (February 19th) Surv (February 26th) and Smokeye (March 23) and many other players.
**Players, who beat the level before it got updated have now been added to the "hall of fame" at the end of the level.
*Sandstorm is the second player to beat the updated version of Cataclysm, getting all three coins in the process.
*Cyclic has followed Sandstorm's completion, beating Cataclysm again with all 3 coins.
*Brandon Larkin beat the updated version with 2 coins.
*GgBoy claims he made this level to replace ICDX.
*The "GG" obstacle that appears at the ending has been imitated in some other levels, especially impossible levels.

Crashes
*SoulsTRK crashed at 74% twice.
*Cyclic crashed at 86% for moving the wave up too early. He also crashed multiple times at the dual rocket when trying to rebeat Cataclysm.
*Riot crashed accidentally after the last wave segment.
*R3YGA crashed at the 91% bug
*SrGuillester crashed at 78% and at 93%.
*Maxis9 crashed at 88%
Supersonic is a custom level made by ZenthicAlpha & others in 1.9.

Description
Supersonic is an insane demon level and a collaboration between: ZenthicAlpha, Glittershroom, Jeyzor, Sumsar, xcy7 , Daddepro, Evasium, GBoy, and Viprin.

It is very difficult because of various invisible objects, false passages and flashing lights.

Arguably, the last part is one of the most annoying part of the level, as the player must dodge an abundance of Invisible saw-blades.

Trivia
* A few people crashed at the last ball part, and a few people also crashed at the last ship part, the most severe ones were AlexPain24 and Riot, who both crashed at 98%.
Gameplay
The player starts off as a ship going at normal speed. He or she must fly up and through a 1.5 block gap through 2 spikes, then again one block later. He/she must then dip down into a mini portal, but must not go down too far or the player will crash into a 45 - degree slope with thorns. The player must then hit a yellow jump ring into a tiny auto part. He or she will emerge as a mini upside-down ship, flying through a tight space. The text GBOY can be seen at this part. The player then enters a double speed mini ball section, where the best option is to hit the middle of the blue jump ring visible and spam click to avoid spikes. He or she then enters an upside-down mini cube at triple speed where simple memorisation is needed to jump on the right blocks.

The next part is a normal sized triple speed cube, where memorisation is needed as the player uses blue jump rings to flip gravity and jump from the ceiling simultaniously, entering the occasional mini and mirror portals. The player then enters an upside-down mini ship, staying at triple speed, with the text XCY7 present.

The next part is a mini upside-down cube, staying at triple speed, quickly followed by an upside-down mini wave, then a normal mini ship, followed by another triple speed mini cube, full of jump rings to tap and .not tap, followed again by another mini ship, then another mini cube, another mini ship, this time with an upside-down part, then a mini ball part with the text ZENTHIC present.

There is then a small auto cube part at half speed with the text GLITTER present, followed by what fans call a 'floating ball' (a double ball where the 'player 2' ball controls the 'player 1' ball in mid-air) at triple speed, which can be considered as the hardest part of the level.

There is then a triple speed mini ball full of trick blocks, jump rings and pillars. The text VIP is present.

The player then enters a double speed mini cube involving simple memorisation, with the text EVASIUM visible. There is then a tiny double mini cube part, followed by a tiny mini ship, then a mini ball, then a mini ship at double then triple speed, followed by a UFO where the player must hop through a tight space thanks to some pike jump rings, followed by a combination of mini and normal sized waves. The section ends with a moderately easy mini cube.

He/she then comes to an extremely complex mini cube full of trick jump pads and jump rings, slowly speeding up. At the end of the section the text JEYZOR can be seen.

The final section is a half speed mini wave with the text SUMSAR present at the start. The player must sort his or her way through moderately tight spaces, later thrown in to an upside-down mini wave, the back to a normal mini wave. He/she must then fly through some even tighter spaces as a mini ship at normal speed, later flipped upside-down, the right side up for the last percent before the level ends with an upside-down mini wave at triple speed with the text "Ayy Lmao" visible.
Trivia
*Ultrasonic was verified by GironDavid on stream
*ZenthicAlpha uploaded a level before Ultrasonic called Speed Blaster, also using Sonic Blaster as the song. It was rated Insane 9 stars and has more downloads than Ultrasonic.
Crashes
*CreepyDash crashed at 97%.
*Smokes crashed at 90% and at 97%.
*Smokeye (old account) crashed at 98%.
Ice Carbon Diablo X is a 1.6 level created by Roadbose.

Description
Ice Carbon Diablo X is considered to be one of the hardest levels in Geometry Dash, the other being Cataclysm. It has been a matter of debate among GD Players for a long time if ICDX is harder than Cataclysm, or the other way around. However, with the creation of Bloodbath, The Hell Factory and Sonic Wave, debates have stopped about what is the hardest level between these two.

Gameplay
The level jumps off with a moderately difficult cube, consisting of a hard jump over a sawblade. It then continues with a very hard ship, going through very tight spaces and tight diagonals. It then goes into a very short ball, which has a blue orb over a spike. It is deceptively hard because it requires good timing to do it. Then comes a UFO part, which has a very hard first obstacle requiring prefect timing, then goes into an anti gravity, then a size portal. It then goes through a one-block space through a cube portal, while still in mini mode. The cube is relatively simple involving a few fakes and simple jumps. In a part in the cube, there is a ship portal; however, it is just a trick to get you to fail. After passing the ship portal, the cube becomes harder with more skill being needed. It then goes into a UFO that is pretty short, then avoiding the ship portal, going through the Demon-heads into another cube section. After that, the ship part that follows is extremely hard, consisting of one-block spaces and invisible spikes. A slightly hard mini-cube then follows, which passes through a simple UFO part, then goes back into cube which then becomes an antigravity ship with a tight diagonal, which then reverts into a cube with a few obstacles. A very hard ball part comes after, involving timed switches, fakes, and orb jumps. It then goes into an easy Flappy Bird UFO which is nearly identical to Clubstep's first UFO, then passes through an easy ship into a hard cube, involving a lot of timing and fakes. It then transitions to a very hard ball, which required even more timing and memorization compared to the one before it. After that is a very hard ship, which is almost purely made of one-block spaces, then into a cube with many fakes. A ship similar to the second one follows, which then becomes mini and goes into a semi-tight diagonal part, then goes back to being a cube, and then a very short one-switch ball comes and instantly reverts to cube, which then enter the last part of the level, a mini-ship that goes to one block spaces with gravity portals, then comes to the creator's name, then to another, and the last one block space.
Trivia
* This level was once thought to be impossible until 1.9, when Cyclic beat it.
* Currently, only Cyclic, Sandstorm, SrGuillester, Quasar, and Riot have completed the level legitimately.
* ICDX originaly had more dislikes than likes. However, when Cyclic completed it, it got a huge number of likes.

Crashes
* Riot crashed at 95% due to bad timing.
* Sandstorm crashed at 96% due to bad timing.
* SrGuillester and Mabby01 also crashed at 95% due to bad timing.
* GoodSmile also crashed at 96% due to bad timing.
*Noobas crashed at 56% on his lost video.
