Ouroboros is a 2.1 upcoming Extreme Demon mega-collaboration hosted by Viprin and set to be verified by Knobbelboy, who has achived a record of 49% on the level. It is a purple, orange, and red hell themed level with a dragon boss fight at the end.

History
Soon after Subsonic was verified by Combined, Viprin said he had about sixteen more mega-collaborations planned, two of which were set to be Extreme Demons. On September 10, 2017, Viprin released Digital Descent, one of the Extreme Demons he was talking about (also verified by Combined). Now, on October 1, Viprin uploaded the first preview for this level.

On March 2, 2019, Knobbelboy began streaming progress on Ouroboros and got a record of 29%. As he practiced, several creators were finishing their parts in the level. Two days later on March 4, ChaSe97 released a video showcasing his part in the level. In the video description, he stated that his part uses around 37,000 objects because of all the details he put into it. The next day, however, he released a second video showcasing his second part in the level, which consisted of a fast-paced dragon boss fight and uses roughly 40,000 objects. On the same day, Osiris released a video showcasing his own part in the level. In the video description, he explained that the background is based off a city in flames destroyed by a dragon.

Four days later on March 9, Knobbelboy achieved an incredible 49%. In the video description, he predicted that it will definitely be harder than Plasma Pulse Finale in its current state. After a long absence on March 24, he achieved runs of 65-100% and 52-93%. In the video description, he stated that he still doesn't think it is harder than Plasma Pulse Finale, but still believes it is at least as hard as Yatagarasu.

The next day on March 25, Darwin uploaded a video showcasing his updated part in the level, which contained some new pulses and a few minor details.

Gameplay
* 0-4% (AbstractDark): The level starts with AbstractDark's part holding a Low Detail Mode key right before the gameplay begins. A normal speed cube is used and a dash orb, two green jump orbs, and yet another dash orb are used to get the level started. Shortly after, the player enters a robot segment and keeps going with the mostly orb-based gameplay. Timing also plays a big part in this robot segment as the speed has not yet fully built up yet. Just before the next part, a double speed portal is passed to build up the difficulty for the next part.
* 5-12% (Terron): The robot goes back to cube form, now mini, and a more fast-paced gameplay section approaches. Many orbs start off the part which then comes at the player with a short straight fly. Then comes a narrow spider followed up by a quick mini wave transitioning into a cube, picking up the speed even more to triple speed. A few more orb jumps follow, and then a quick UFO segment into another cube quickly followed up by a wave switching size mid-gameplay. Finishing Terron's part is a long double speed ship sequence with a few gravity switches and size/speed changes as well as tight gameplay overall.
* 13-22% (Rustam + TrusTa): The gameplay transitions from Terron's part to Rustam's via a quick cube section and the screen turning white for a second. The gameplay starts off with a cube avoiding several arms while transforming into a ball. After that is a wave requiring a single click, and then a small cube maze. This maze is followed up by a short ball segment into another single tap wave. This wave then comes to a more drawn out ball section with lots of timings, and then a long wave segment with both gravity portals and size portals involved. Finally, there is a cube section where the main boss of the level, the dragon "Ouroboros", is shown before an auto segment takes the player to the next creator's part.
* 23-30% (Darwin): The speed goes back to double and starts with more tricky jump orb gameplay as a cube, with art resembling a volcano in the background visible through the whole part. The first cube section is followed up by a short but difficult ship sequence, and then back to a cube, although now at triple speed and with even more orbs to hit. Then, right before the second half begins, an extremely tight mini wave section emerges, similar to those found in Zaphkiel. A robot segment is next and contains many timed jumps to pass before it goes to a cube, and then back to robot shortly after. The part finishes with another incredibly narrow wave segment at normal size and quadruple speed before the player is rewarded with a quick auto section and a single jump to keep going.
* 31-36% (TheDevon): This part focuses more on decoration than art like most previous parts have. The entire part is played in ship form, starting with a dual mini ship in half speed. A monster opens its mouth in order to let the player through. Rocks then float up from the ground as the player approaches another two monsters letting the player pass. Before Devon's name and icon show up, the speed goes to normal and flashing lights appear in the background. Yet another monster opens its mouth, and the ship then goes single and to double speed for the final seconds of the part. More speed changes appear to the beat of the song as the ground and ceiling begin to flow, and a text over a black background finishes up the part reading "!WATCH OUT!".
* 37-41% (Ferdefunky):
* 42-47% (DesTicY):
* 48-52% (ChaSe97 I):
* 53-57% (Viprin): At the very beginning of the second preview, we saw that Viprin's part ends with some frustrating cube gameplay, followed quickly with some orb spam.
* 58-61% (G4lvatron + TrusTa):
* 61-66% (OSIRIS):
* 67-78% (Loserchik67):
* 79-100% (ChaSe97 II): It shows a very difficult dragon bossfight. As seen in Knobbelboys Video:

Trivia
* It is the first Viprin mega-collaboration that is set to be verified by Knobbelboy.
* According to TrusTa himself, this level will be harder than Yatagarasu, despite not being set to be #1 on the Official Geometry Dash Demon List.
* It was originally planned as a spiritual sequel to Yatagarasu.
* In mythology, the Ouroboros is an ancient symbol depicting a serpent or a dragon eating its own tail.
The Ultimate Phase is a 1.9/2.0 Extreme Demon mega-collaboration created by Andromeda and fourteen other creators. It was uploaded on Andromeda's account on May 9, 2015. However, he later confessed to hacking the level's verification and later re-beat it legitimately. Sandstorm was the first to beat The Ultimate Phase legitimately. It is currently on the legacy list of the Official Geometry Dash Demon List.

Gameplay
* 0-6% (Andromeda): The level starts off with Andromeda's part: a simple cube section that features a few timing-based jumps, and a few tricks.
* 7-12% (UserMatt18): Next, the player enters a double-speed ship sequence that features a lot of gravity portals with yellow jump orbs inside them, missing one means certain death. Around the end of that part, it goes to triple speed.
* 13-16% (Creepy Dash): Next, the player enters a tricky half speed UFO segment that is reminiscent of UFO segments from Windy Landscape.
* 17-23% (GuitarHeroStyles): Afterwards, the player enters a very difficult triple-speed dual mix, with one cube becoming a ship and the other still as a cube.
* 24-29% (Viprin): Then, the player enters an easier, but not much, double speed mini-UFO segment, involving two gravity portals that the player must go through in close sequence.
* 30-35% (Giron): After going through 3 of those, the player then enters a gravity portal and enters an extremely difficult triple-speed dual mini-cube segment, partly inspired from Supersonic. It uses mostly invisible blocks, so it can get pretty confusing. In that part, there is a bug at 35%.
* 36-41% (Tygrysek): Then, the player enters an effect-style triple-speed dual wave. It changes sizes multiple times, and at the very end, loses the dual to become a single mini-wave. It then briefly goes back to normal size.
* 42-49% (WOOGI1411): Then, the player enters a double-speed mini-ball segment, reverting to normal size, then slows down and enters a ship sequence, which goes to a moderately tight segment, then becomes a wave that has a lot of gravity portals, then changes form for a final time, into a mini ship sequence.
* 50-57% (Zobros): It starts off with a mini ball segment with a few obstacles, then speeds up to triple-speed and becomes a cube which involves a few slopes with blue jump orbs that you must tap, then into an auto part. A few more slopes follow, a line of purple orbs and one yellow jump orb.
* 58-63% (Findexi): Next, the player enters a double-speed UFO segment, with a few gravity portals and invisible spikes to confuse the player. It then becomes a half speed mini cube section with a few moderately difficult jumps.
* 64-70% (Crack): Afterwards, the player transitions into a half speed mini ball segment, with two hard obstacles, then the balls pass into a ship portal, which is considerably hard, since it needs straight flying.
* 71-76% (Loogiah): Then, the player enters a double-speed mini ship sequence which is similar to UserMatt18's part, also making use of gravity portals and yellow jump orbs, but considerably harder because it needs straight flying and it also contains fakes. It slows down, then speeds up to normal speed.
* 77-82% (MaJackO): Then, the player enters a mini ship sequence. It is considered one of the hardest parts because of the combination of straight flying and difficult memorization parts.
* 83-87% (Cyclic): Then, the player enters a wave segment with tight spaces and multiple speed portals. It then becomes mini and goes through a few obstacles.
* 88-95% (ZenthicAlpha): A normal speed ship sequence that mostly encompasses straight flying.
* 96-100% (Andromeda): Last, the player enters one final simple cube section involving a few easy jumps. It then goes through one final blue jump pad, which goes through a gravity portal, straight to the end of the level. WARNING!!!: If you jump over the pad you will crash into saw-blades.

Trivia
* Interestingly, when Andromeda released his list of creators involved in the mega-collaboration, Etzer was among them. However, Etzer somehow never made his way into the final level.
* Andromeda is currently updating the level in design. He's doing this to make way for a sequel.
* It took Andromeda more than 7,000 attempts to verify this level.
** However, on August 19, 2015, Andromeda admitted to hacking this level.
* MaJackO's part is considered the hardest.
* Andromeda updated this level, making Zobros's and his last cube section easier.
*Each part has a distinct color:
**Andromeda - red (start and end)
**UserMatt - blue
**Creepy Dash - green
**GuitarHeroStyles - yellow
**Viprin - light blue
** - Still light blue
**Tygrysek - Multicoloured flashes in red, blue, green, yellow
** - Light blue
**Zobros - Grey/white
**Findexi - Orange/Red
**Crack - Pink
**Loogiah - Continuously changing (red, blue, green, yellow, turquoise, orange)
**MaJackO - Turquoise
**Cyclic - Purple, then red
**ZenthicAlpha - Purple/Blue
*Loogiah's part has multiple color schemes which match the order of the color schemes from the beginning of the level.
**The only exception is Tygrysek's color scheme, which is represented by the color orange.
*There is an remake called TUP Infinity.
*Riot has never beaten this level.
History
On July 16, 2017, RicoLP released a video showcasing his part in a new upcoming Extreme Demon mega-collaboration named Zodiac. In the video description, he stated that it will be 3 minutes and 15 seconds long, and is set to be the Top 1 hardest demon. He also revealed the full list of participants, with some well-known creators such as LazerBlitz, Rustam, and Manix648. Two days later on July 18, Rustam uploaded a video that showcased his finished part in the level.
The next day on July 19, DollarC released a video showcasing the first seven parts (roughly one-third of the entire level) of Zodiac and was hosted by RicoLP, the verifier of Blade of Justice. In the video description, he revealed the full list of creators that were participating in the mega-collaboration.

After a couple of creators revealed their parts, RicoLP announced the Zodiac Creator Contest to fill in the 10th spot of the level on September 26, 2018.

After this, however, activity surrounding the level subsided. Not much new information was heard about the level. The host, RicoLP, then quit Geometry Dash, causing many players to think that the level was dead.

The rumors were disproved when Enlex uploaded his part in the mega-collaboration onto YouTube on January 30, 2018, with it being the last part in the level, replacing Splash. In the comments section, Enlex revealed that the level was nearly done, Juhou had won the Creator Contest, Bianox07 was the new host, and that Wooshi999 was set to verify it.

On February 12, 2018, TehReduxGuy upload the full, finished level onto YouTube, showcasing the new parts and team. This signified that the level was, in fact, alive and would be released sometime.

Later, since Wooshi999 was too busy with other projects, the level was handed to EndLevel to verify. However, Bianox07 and EndLevel both agreed to give the level to Benji8O8O, a fairly unknown player who's beaten Artificial Dream.

Benji8O8O dropped all of his other projects and focused on Zodiac and Hyper Paracosm (now Crimson Planet). On April 11, he got 31% after 5,585 attempts. He later got 38% on April 22 after 16,037 attempts. On June 2, he got 61-100% after 26,881 attempts and also reached 1,000 subscribers on YouTube. However, about two months later on August 20, he dropped Zodiac and gave the level and a shout-out to Slac. In the video description, Benji explained that he decided to give Zodiac up because of school and demotivation.

On November 4, DiamondSplash got a record of 42% on Zodiac. In the video description, he explained that he is now verifying the level, which he states he is now enjoying so far and claimed to have achieved a start position run of 49-90% off camera.

Recently though, both Benji8O8O and DiamondSplash have both dropped the verification and it was passed into the hands of Australian player Xander556.

On January 29, 2019, Xander556 verified Zodiac after ~61,000 attempts.

Gameplay
* 0-3% (RicoLP): The level (and the part) starts with a half-speed cube section that requires some tricky timings.
* 4-7% (Rustam): After a short auto section, Rustam's part occurs. It starts as a normal-sized and normal-speed cube section before a mini-cube section. After a timing-based mini-ball and robot section, the part ends as a wave after a brief auto cube section.
* 8-10% (Onnikonna + Aquatias): As the speed slows back down to half-speed, Onnikonna's part starts with a very difficult mini-robot segment with lots of timing and skill required. After briefly turning into normal-size, the player then becomes a cube, followed by another tight robot segment. The part ends as a tight cube section.
* 11-14% (YakobNugget): YakobNugget's part is next, starting as a normal-sized ball part that requires some crucial timing and becoming mini-sized in the middle. A normal-speed straight-fly-based ship sequence with some jump orbs and portals follows, and the part ends as a cube section with two triple-spike jumps.
* 15-20% (Bianox07): At the drop, Bianox07's part begins with a triple-speed mini-cube section, followed by a very short straight fly part and a very tight UFO segment. After a timing-based robot part, the briefly turns into a normal-speed cube for a triple-spike jump before some quadruple-speed straight fly. The part ends with a very tight normal-speed mini-wave segment.
* 21-26% (DreamEater): After a short break, DreamEater's part starts with a quadruple-speed spider-cube dual segment. After the cube turns into a UFO, some triple-speed straight fly occurs, followed by a brief half-speed cube. The speed immediately picks back up to quad-speed in a timing-based cube section, and the part ends with a half-speed cube section that is mostly auto but requires one red jump orb.
* 27-32% (Dudex): Dudex's part begins with a very fast-paced quadruple-speed cube section with some tricky timings required. After briefly slowing down to normal speed a triple-speed straight fly part is next, and the part ends with some more fast-paced timing cube gameplay.
* 33-38% (Osiris): Osiris's part stays a cube for a brief while before a one-jump tight UFO. Another timing cube follows, with a tight spider part coming right after. After another timing-based robot and ball is a very tight mini-spider section, and the part ends with a swing copter part with the spider.
* 39-43% (Shocksidian): Shocksidian's part starts as a confusing double-speed dual cube section. After a brief straight fly, a dual-ship sequence appears, before quickly turning single again. The player then enters a triple-speed cube section for a short while for one very difficult jump, followed by a timing-based double-speed ball segment that then becomes a dual. The part ends with some dual-ship straight flying.
* 44-48% (Juhou: At the beginning of Juhou's part, the player is a cube and must jump at the correct time (right before entering the ball portal) to survive. Following that is a short auto ball segment that the player can only survive if they jumped at the right time. A ship part comes right after, with a very tight wave coming right after. After a very tricky dual-mini-wave part, the player becomes a singular cube for a brief moment. A tight spider part follows, and the player becomes dual for a brief while, and the part ends with some double-speed straight flying.
* 49-51% (TehReduxGuy): As the song slows down, so does the gameplay. TehReduxGuy's part is entirely in half-speed and begins with a timing-based mini-robot section and then a tricky ship sequence with lots of skill, tight spaces, and straight flying involved.
* 52-55% (Samifying): Samifying's part stays half-speed with a short timing-based cube segment that quickly becomes a tight ship sequence. A UFO, cube, spider, and ball part follow, with all of them requiring one jump. A very tight and skill-based ship part is next, with a short but tight wave segment next. The part then ends with a normal-speed timing-based cube section.
* 56-60% (TMNGaming): The music and gameplay speed back up in TMNGaming's part, starting as a double-speed timing cube section, with a spamming-based wave segment next. Some very tight mini-ship straight fly follows. As a cube portal appears, the gameplay briefly flashes to some straight fly far away from the other gameplay before going back on the normal route. A timing mini-ball is next, followed by a tight wave and UFO. The part ends with some straight fly.
* 61-66% (Failure444): Failure444's part begins as a triple-speed cube before a UFO part, followed by a tight ball section. Another timing cube section is next, with some straight fly coming right after. After a short memorization cube and very tight wave segment, the speed slows down to double-speed and later normal-speed in a timing-based cube section. The part then ends.
* 67-69% (Uneskladovae): Uneskladovae's part begins with a half-speed cube section that revolves around timing, with a skill-based ship part right after. After a timing ball segment, the part ends with a normal-speed cube section.
* 70-74% (Marwec): Marwec's part begins as a very tricky normal-speed timing cube section, and a ball segment with similar gameplay comes right after. Some straight fly follows, starting as double-speed but ending as triple-speed. The part ends with a fast-paced triple speed cube section.
* 75-80% (Pennutoh): Pennutoh's part starts as a fast-paced triple speed wave part, with a timing-based cube right after. The gameplay varies between the two for some time before the part ends with a half-speed cube.
* 81-87% (SlimJim): SlimJim's part starts as a brief triple-speed mini-cube and UFO segment. Next, the player enters a very fast-paced spamming-based wave segment and a fast spider segment, with a timing-based mini-ball segment coming right after. After a one-jump mini-robot, a mini-ship straight fly sequence follows with several teleportation portals bringing the player up and down the screen. After a quick timing cube section, the part ends with some straight fly.
* 88-92% (LeocreatorX): LeocreatorX's part begins with a fast-paced timing-based cube section and ends with a short triple-speed mini-ball section, once again utilizing timing.
* 93-100% (Enlex): Enlex's part begins as a triple-speed straight fly section before a UFO segment with many gravity orbs. After a timing-based cube part, another UFO section with many gravity orbs occurs, followed by a very tight wave segment. The level ends with a double-speed mini-cube maze.

Trivia
* Aquatias, LazerBlitz, Manix648, Panman, Loogiah, Sysonic, Nemphis, Edicts, Vlacc, Eiken, and Splash all used to be a part of the mega-collaboration but later quit. Aquatias’ layout, however, is remained and decorated by Omnikonna.
* The level is said to be harder than Yatagarasu, Erebus, and Bloodlust, and is the number 1 demon as of 3/10/2019.
** Some people have called the level near-impossible.
* The level has had many verifiers throughout its history, including Benji8080, DiamondSplash, and Slac.
The Yandere is a 2.1 Extreme Demon mega-collaboration hosted, verified, and published by Dorami. According to rWooshi, the level is about top 10 in difficulty.

Gameplay
* <nowiki/>0-4% (CastriX):'<nowiki/> The level starts off with a mini cube section at 0.5x speed, with some difficult jumps and timings. It quickly transfers into a normal cube and throws you into some tight green orb timings. Then comes some blue orb tapping, followed by a late red orb timing. You tap a green dash orb, and you are transitioned into the next part.
* 5-7% Partition: Partition's part features several hard timings, while also still in 0.5x speed, and is decorated with a red and black style. You start off with a ball part with some tricky orb timings, followed by a spider part with more tricky and tight timings. This is followed with a short section of straight fly, and then back to a spider part, similar to the last. There is a then another section of straight fly, this one much longer, before the end of Partition's part.
* <nowiki/>8-9% ('<nowiki/>DavJT'<nowiki/>):'<nowiki/> This section is focused mainly on 0.5x speed cube, ship, and ball gameplay, and is decorated with a ticking clock theme that syncs with the music. The section begins with a green orb tap and a difficult cube jump. This leads into a short, but tight, ball section, which is followed by a short ship part and a final, difficult cube jump, thus ending DavJT's part.
* <nowiki/>10-14% (DanZmeN):'<nowiki/> This part is arguably the easiest part of the level. It begins with a mini cube at 1x speed, then becoming a normal cube. This is followed by a relatively easy part, compared to the rest of the level, in which the player has to invert their gravity with blue jump orbs to avoid spikes. This is followed by a short straight fly section and a spider section with some pretty easy timings. The final section is a short and forgiving UFO section, followed by a black fade-out effect and the end of DanZmeN's part.
* 15-18% (Alderite): This part stays with 4x speed from DanZmen's part until it gets to the 2x portal, then the player turns into a ship that needs a bit of straight flying. Then it turns into a 0.5x ball that needs timing to get past the ball part to the robot part with 1x speed with easy timings. This is followed by a small UFO part with plenty of gravity portals to go through, with different speeds. Then it turns into a normal cube with medium timings, then turns into a short ship part, then once again a cube that needs to jump on the yellow orb to get launched by a red jump pad towards Dorami's part. The whiteish-black flash marks the end of Alderite's part.
* 19-23% (Dorami): Dorami's part contains very fast paced gameplay. It begins with a very brief spider segment, followed by another brief segment, this being a cube part. Some dual ship straight flying follows this, and then a short dual cube section. This is followed by a short ball section, then a UFO section. There is then a final cube section, and Dorami's part ends.
* 24-29% ('<nowiki/>MrLorenzo'<nowiki/>):This part starts off with a brief 4x cube segment from Dorami's part that needs a bit of timing and spamming to get past, after this cube section, it turns into a short 3x small ball that need timing,then another normal ball, then it turns into a ship that needs straight flying to get past, and it has gravity portals in the hard section, then it turns into a short 3x UFO, with spamming needed, then it speeds up to 4x with plenty of gravity protals to go through in which you don't have to press on, with the word"MrLorenzo" in the bottom. After this, the player must press the black orb to get launched down towards a blue orb and jumping on a spike with easy timing to go to a gravity portal that ends Mrlorenzo's part.
* 30-35% ('JonathanGD'):
* 36-40% (Elisione):
* 41-46% (Jghost217):
* 47-51% (RoiMousti):
* 52-57% (Master X):
* 58-62% (BranSilver):
* 63-68% ('<nowiki/>Mulpan'<nowiki/>):
* 69-74% ('<nowiki/>Cirtrax'<nowiki/>):
* 75-79% (Mazl):
* 80-85% (Spectrex + FarDreamer):
* 91-100% (OSIRIS + Alkali):
Trivia
*It is based on Yandere Simulator, a game where a schoolgirl kills other people trying to steal her love life.
*This level is thought to be top 10 difficulty.
*Dorami commented on “Exposing Dorami” saying "I'm sorry", although this was mainly going along with the joke of the video.

* 37-41% (Ferdefunky):
* 42-47% (DesTicY):
* 48-52% (ChaSe97 I):
* 53-57% (Viprin): At the very beginning of the second preview, we saw that Viprin's part ends with some frustrating cube gameplay, followed quickly with some orb spam.
* 58-61% (G4lvatron + TrusTa):
* 61-66% (OSIRIS):
* 67-78% (Loserchik67):

* 30-35% ('JonathanGD'):
* 36-40% (Elisione):
* 41-46% (Jghost217):
* 47-51% (RoiMousti):
* 52-57% (Master X):
* 58-62% (BranSilver):
* 63-68% ('<nowiki/>Mulpan'<nowiki/>):
* 69-74% ('<nowiki/>Cirtrax'<nowiki/>):
* 75-79% (Mazl):
* 80-85% (Spectrex + FarDreamer):
* 86-90% (YunHaSeu):
* 91-100% (OSIRIS + Alkali):

It is currently #1 on the Official Geometry Dash Demon List, above Bloodlust (#2).

Although this might not last for long, as Tartarus, an even harder level, is close to being verified. (see: Mullsy).
