Notes
*The size portal affects individual forms in different ways. The cube loses jumping height but can perform successive jumps quicker. The UFO also loses jumping height and takes less time to begin descending, and the Wave makes a steeper angle than before. However, what is applicable to all forms is the same constant speed which is unchanging from the enlarged state, but gives the impression that while shrunken, the icons move quicker as a result of looking small.
*The slow speed portal was in Hexagon Force following the initially released speed portals. The speed portals were actually in Update 1.7, in Electrodynamix.
*The copy from a copy portal inverts the chosen colour scheme. While a copy is existent, a collision will terminate the original, and vice versa, with each icon fully able to interact with its surroundings.
*When the icon enters a manipulation portal, the screen often flashes in an unusual manner. The gravity pads also act in the same way.
* The mirror portal effect is purely visual, and as such is not seen in the editor.
* There is glitch with mirror portals, sometimes when you put them in row (etc.blue-orange-blue and vice versa)with progress bar on,you can clearly see that your progress is going BACK! Its unknown is it a bug or glitch.

Form Portals
The following portals change the form of the player:

Notes
*Players still have the ability to use jump rings in the forms.
* If the cube form goes above the 60-playing-area space in anti-gravity or in such ways to reach it, it acts like a hazard and makes the player die. This can be seen in a glitch in the start of xStep.

Trivia
*Gravity and mirror are the only options not available to begin in a custom level. But gravity can still be changed from start position.
*By entering a Form Portal that is used to transform you into the same form you were in before entering, you can shift the playing area either higher or lower, as long as the second Form Portal is place higher or lower than the first one. This trick is used to enter the alternate route for the third secret coin in Stereo Madness.
* The size portal is the only manipulation portal that does not use blue as a deactivation portal, instead it uses green.
** In this small form, the cube and ball forms are manipulated by changing the detail from its original form to one that resembles the very first type from their icon kits respectively.
* All portals (except the speed portals which are not three-dimensional) have an effect in the Level Editor, where only a part of the portal is shown.

Description
Time Machine is the first level not to appear in the Lite Version. It does not introduce many new elements; however, it is considerably more difficult than Jumper overall. It does, however, introduce the Mirror Portal, which changes the direction in which the player is moving (from right to left instead of left to right).

It starts off with a few simple jumps in cube form, but then becomes a bit tricky with some triple-spike jumps. In fact, this entire level is notorious for these jumps. A little while into the level, the screen changes blue and the player enters into a tricky section with groups of spikes, close jumps, and yellow jump pads. This section lasts for four phrases in the soundtrack. Afterwards, the player hits a mirror portal which looks like three rings of different sizes next to each other, and it orange in color. After a bit more of the cube, the player enters a short ship section which requires some control. Then, there is a somewhat longer cube section which comprises the bulk of the level. This starts going in mirror, flips back to anti-mirror with a blue portal and also goes in antigravity, again flips to mirror, then back to no mirror. After this back-and-forth action, the level finally ends with a short ship section which goes into anti-gravity at the very end.

Secret coins
* The first secret coin is after the second blue gravity portal. After you pass the portal and jump pass the spike, jump on the platform and collect the secret coin.
* The second secret coin is located on the first ship sequence. Fly through the center block and then collect the secret coin; sounds easy but hard.
* The third coin is after the blue mirror portal (flipped upside-down, on the last yellow pad). To get it, don't jump on the platform. Be prepared to jump midair on the purple jump rings. Also be prepared to jump past the two-spike.

Walkthrough
Trivia
* Holding jump from the start will allow you to jump on the hanging spike wall. Still holding jump will allow you to jump off and continue as normal, like the second secret coin in Dry Out.
* This is the first level introduced with an update, Update 1.1.
* This level also reveals the first pink rings although not introduced yet officially introduced in Theory of Everything).
* It takes 1:39 to complete the level.
* Time Machine is the only level where a secret coin can be found in the mirror mode.
* On 22nd January,RobTop claimed on their Facebook page that Time Machine will be added in Lite Version of the game.

Description
Back on Track introduces yellow jump pads in the ways of both function and potential hazard. There is only one ship sequence midway through, and there are also no triple spikes. Collecting the secret coins of this level is perhaps the easiest of all levels along with Base After Base.

The level starts with a cube sequence which requires more precise jumping and letting go than the sequences in Stereo Madness.

The ship sequence in the middle of the level requires the user to make larger taps than in Stereo Madness.

The final cube sequence is similar in difficulty to the first one, but the very last 5-10% of the level seems to be challenging for new players.
Secret coins
*The first secret coin is located roughly three quarters the way through the section the background is dark pink, not too far before the first ship sequence. After descending a short flight of platforms onto a particularly outstretched one with a spike on it, jump twice up two more platforms before sliding to the ground to find a hidden gravity pad that will launch into the hovering coin.
*The second secret coin is located within the third large obstacle once engaging the ship sequence. Manoeuvre around the first two and fly up into the third to collect the coin inside. The background is purple where the coin is found.
*The third secret coin is located just after the point the background turns from pink to blue after the ship sequence, but must be led into beforehand. Following the travel through three block columns and three slim platforms close to the ground, jump twice up two platforms before sliding onto a partly concealled line platform below the main route. Be weary and jump over a short gap onto the second line platform to collect the coin and reach a jump pad to return back, but immediately jump again to clear an oncoming spike when landed.

Walkthrough
Trivia
*Back on Track was originally rated as normal until it was changed in Update 1.9.
**That said, however, it is still rated normal on the lite version.
*Back on Track reveals the first gravity portal and gravity pad used to collect a secret coin, although gravity portals and gravity pads are not formally introduced until Dry Out and xStep respectively.
*The "on" in Back on Track is capitalised on its level selection item, while the song name is not.
*Completing the level takes approximately 1 minute 24 seconds.
* Sometimes when picking up first coin, you can fail when falling on gravity pad. This happens when late jumps are performed.

StubUser Accounts is a feature that allows Geometry Dash progress data to be backed up onto an external cloud-based server. The process links the game profile to a personal account under a unique username, providing a more efficient means of accessing saved data on other devices while also reducing the possibility of losing it. That username is then marked as orange when viewed by other users, and subsequently cannot be re-used.
Creating an account
The account configuration section can be found through the "Options" menu (opened by the gear icon on the main menu). In order to create an account, a username and password must be chosen. As part of authorising it, an email address is also required. By submitting the above information, a confirmation link will be sent to the email address, which must be activated to successfully enable the account. This will make it usable, and the user will be able to sign in with their username and password and back up their data. However, there are three features to this data collection system:

- "Save" which allows you to actually save your progress even when you only have a little. There is no automatic save so make sure to save your profile once in a while!

- "Load" which allows you to, when logged into your account from either the main device or another, recover all content stored on your account.

- Lastly there is the "Help" option. This will allow you to send an e-mail to RobTop with a complaint about the back-up system, or just simply log out of your account.

Please note that when you log out of your account, you should save your progress. Failure to save your progress can result in an automatic wipe of the account. When logging into your account, please note before you start playing the map packs or the maps RobTop has made, you should always press the "Load" button. This will make it so you have all your progress back. Along with the "Load" button, be very careful and take your time getting used to the buttons because if you accidentaly press the "Save" button, it will save the most recent progress. The good advantage is RobTop has built in a confirmation button after pressing "Save." When pressing yes, your data will be overidden. Please use caution however because if you worked hard to get to where you are and press "Save" and "yes" by accident, your progress will be overidden forever. As always, have fun playing Geometry Dash.

Trivia
