'''Custom Levels''' are unofficial levels created by [[Geometry Dash]] players via the [[Level Editor]]. Unlike in [[Geometry Dash Lite]], players have the ability to like or dislike other players' levels, rate them in difficulty (Auto, Easy, Normal, Hard, Harder, Insane, Demon) or stars (from one to ten, depending on the difficulty of the level), and comment on them. Players can also copy other players' levels to make a "v2" of a level or a better version of a level, commonly used in "Creator Contests" in which famous creators make beginnings of a level to see who can finish it the best, although many levels' copy features are password-protected. Levels can be found in multiple different ways, for example by searching for a specific level, or looking through [[Map Packs]] or the featured list.

== Searching Levels ==
[[File:CustomLevels.png|thumb|The search screen]]
'''The Search Screen'''
If you want to find a specific type of level, then it is recommended that the player goes to the search screen. This is accessed by going to the rightmost button on the main menu screen, then the bottom right button with a magnifying glass that says "Search" in the Create menu. By using very specific search options and filters, finding the type of level you want to play is a breeze.

There are many different search options and features, such as:
* '''Difficulty rating:''' Do you want to play the hardest demons or just have a nice and easy journey?
* '''Level length: '''Levels can have a length of tiny, short, medium, long, and extra-long. Better levels usually are Medium or longer, although sometimes popular creators host "creator contests" in which they create a short beginning of a level and see who can finish it the best.
* '''Star value: '''Is the star reward important, or do you just like to play for fun?
* '''Quick search options: '''Do you want to follow the trending levels, the most downloaded levels or the most liked ones? Or do you just want to play some of the levels that have recently come out?
* '''Extra filters: '''If you tap on the "plus" below the "x" in the top right hand corner, it will bring up a few more search filters, such as what song is in the level and if you've completed it or not.
* '''Saved levels:''' Although this option is not in the search menu, it is indirectly a search option since it helps find levels easily. Go to this button in the Create menu to view a list of all the online levels you've played in [[Geometry Dash]], sorted so that the custom levels that you most recently played show up first in the list.

'''Other Options'''
There are other ways to search for levels if you don't want to use the search screen. Using these almost always brings up more popular levels that are probably featured.

*'''Map Packs''' (''for full article, see [[Map Packs]]'') Map Packs are sets of maps that when completed give you stars and one or two [[Secret Coins]]. All of the levels in these packs are featured since there are [[achievements]] for beating them.
*'''Creators' Levels''' If you go to the Leaderboards section in the Create menu, then click the "Creators" tab, a list of the top 100 creators will appear. If you click on these creators, a list of their levels will appear.
*'''My Levels''' When creating levels in the [[Level Editor]], when you exit to the list of all your levels, you may notice a small button in the bottom left corner. This shows you all the levels you have published in a list similar to that of the results of searching for levels.
* '''Featured levels''': Selected by clicking a box in the ''Extra Filters'' section of the search screen or by the big button with the star on it in the bottom left corner of the Create menu, featured levels are levels featured for the game. Their difficulties vary just like less popular levels, although featured levels tend to be hard and up. When you get to the featured levels screen you get to see lots of featured levels made by other people (who are usually also popular on YouTube because people can see their levels). These levels have to, just like demon levels, get verified by [[Robert Topala]] himself. In order to get a featured level, the level must be of high quality and/or have detailed effects and decorations. More famous creators (do the names Darnoc and Viprin sound familiar?) have almost all of their levels featured either because of a neat concept or detailed effects and decorations.

== Playing Levels ==
Once you've searched for a type of level, a list of levels with the search option(s) you chose will appear, sometimes no levels, sometimes a few, sometimes thousands. You can scroll through the list of levels until you find what you want to play. Tap the blue "Get It" (or green "View" if you've already downloaded it) button to open up a menu based on just that level. Then tap the big green button in the middle of the screen that appears with a yellow play arrow to play the level. After you play it, you can rate its difficulty, star value, and like or dislike the level using the buttons on the right side of the menu. There is also a button that allows you to comment on the level. If you put a description on your level, this is where it will appear, as well as a button that allows people to play your other levels. Some levels have custom music from [[Newgrounds]] which you may have to download using the blue button in the bottom rectangle, although it is possible to play without any music at all. The only differences between normal levels and custom levels are that custom levels award slightly less stars than normal levels and no coins.

== Trivia ==
*There are currently more than 3 million custom levels on the server.
**However, the major part of them are just some random stuff and have ''Tiny'' or ''Short'' length and ''NA'' difficulty.

* The ''Extra-Long'' level length is not in the search menu, even though you can make an ''Extra Long'' level.
*You may notice that when clicking multiple difficulties in the search menu, then click search, levels of all those difficulties will appear. However clicking Demon, NA, or Auto cancels out all other difficulties...except Auto doesn't cancel NA.
*When rating another person's level, if it already has a difficulty and a star value, the star value rating menu disappears. However, the difficulty rating menu remains.
** Since Update 1.93, you can't rate the difficulty of levels that already have star values.
*Some [[Map Packs]] don't have a single level in the pack that matches the difficulty of the pack. This can relate to single levels in that certain Auto levels are rated up to Insane (although they still only award one star).
**There actually is a Demon level online that is really Auto. Most Auto levels never get that highly rated, though, since even if they did, RobTop would see that it was a hoax.

==Level description==

Electroman Adventures introduces transparent sawblades, breakable blocks, ice-themed spikes, and fake spikes. It also introduces a new kind of block and platform.

The level starts with a fairly simple cube sequence, but with a lot more decorations than previous levels. Also, a major change is that jump rings are now surrounded by spinning blade-like objects. These are not real, you can still use the jump rings. Make sure you follow the arrows and do not over jump in the first cube part.

After the cube sequence, there is a short mini-ship portion which ends with a narrow passageway somewhat tricky to navigate.

The next sequence is in mini-cube form. There will be many jump pads, giving the player a slight break from tapping. Shortly, after a few spikes (now styled to look like ice), the player goes into ball form (regular size) for a short while.

After a few blue jump rings in ball form, there is a mirrored cube sequence which also has an anti-gravity portion. This requires some care.

The player then goes out of mirror to do a short UFO sequence which features many spiky blocks and then a ship sequence as well.

Then there is another mirror player, and the player turns into mini-UFO form to do a short sequence.

Finally, the player exits mirror for the last time (unless they use the design error and slip under a portal), and then goes into mini-ship form for a short sequence. Then, the player switches into mini-cube form for a fairly tough sequence which also has antigravity. This is followed by an intense mini-ball section which requires more tapping than previous levels. Finally, the level finishes in cube form with a few blue jump rings and then some jumps.

== Secret Coins ==
*The first secret coin is located before the first ship sequence. When there are 3 pillars of breakable blocks, instead of hitting the two jump rings, jumping up once and dropping, hit the two jump rings and jump 4 times. Hit another yellow jump ring and collect the coin. Make sure you don't jump immediately after collecting the coin or you will hit a spike. Go through the breakable blocks and hit the pink jump ring to enter the first ship sequence.
*The second secret coin is during the first mini-ship sequence. There will be an obstacle with spikes on its sides after the sixth sequence of chainsaws. Carefully fly through the area where there are fake spikes. Grab the coin and exit through the other side. It is possible to fly over the coin.
*The third secret coin is during the mini-ball sequence. Just like the other coins there are fake spikes, go through them and change gravity rapidly to avoid the incoming spikes, and once you have avoided all the spikes change gravity once again to make sure you don't crash at the top. Don't keep tapping too fast, though, or you will hit a spike.

==Trivia==
*The title "Electroman Adventures" is only 1 character too long if it were to be a custom level title ("ElectromanAdventures" and "Electroman Adventure" are OK).
* Despite being the 13th level, only 10 stars are rewarded upon completion, most likely reflected by the old difficulty.
* Along with [[Clutterfunk]], Electroman Adventures unlocks a ship when it is completed in Normal Mode.
* On the first mini UFO part, you can land on the platform holding a portal that transforms you into an right-facing mini rocket, and stay as a left-facing mini UFO. After that you can collect a coin in Mirror mode, just like [[Time Machine]].
* All of the secret coins use fake spikes in the pathways of getting them.
* The music and layout of this level could all be a reference to classic video game dungeons. The large chains, breakable blocks, and the pipe-like platforms are all evidence of this.
* [[xStep]], Electroman Adventures, and [[Blast Processing]] all reward 10 stars if completed, although Blast Processing has the lower rating of ''Harder'', and all custom demon levels provide 10 stars.
* It takes 1:28 to complete the level.
* Electroman Adventures is the last level to use a Mirror Portal so far. It has not been used since [[Clubstep]].
* This level is the only level that had its difficulty changed in an update outside of 1.9, and also the only one to have their difficulty upgraded rather than downgraded.
* Previously, flipping gravity at the first ball sequence before the mini cube portal would glitch past.
* The 1st coin appears at the 10th second of the level, after Clubstep (9th second)
*This level and [[Electrodynamix]] are the only levels to start with a vowel.
**They also both start with the vowel "e" and start with the word "electro". However, the practice mode achivement's name for this level is "Electro Time" while that for Electrodynamix is "Electromaniac".
|normalmode = N/A|practicemode = N/A}}'''Ultimate Destruction''' is an unreleased level from the [[Geometry Dash]] beta. Presumably, it probably evolved into what is now known as [[Base After Base]].

==Description==

What is shown of the level mostly resembles Base After Base, although the start shares the same spike arrangement as [[Stereo Madness]], indicating the level had begun development before it was split up to become those two individual levels. Jump pads and jump rings appear in the level, along with gravity [[portals]] of both the entry (yellow) and exit (blue) variants. This goes to show the extent of development had already progressed beyond the original design elements shown in the image below. The last significant difference is the fact that while flying the ship, the drop-down roof had not yet been implemented to contain the ship to the static view and could be flown outside of visibility. The trailer only shows the first two thirds of the level.

== Trivia ==
* The cube icon seen in the level is unlocked by completing [[Can't Let Go]].
*The video shows the original name of Geometry Dash was previously ''Geometry Jump.''
*[[Robert Topala]] explained that the composer of the soundtrack, TMM43, did not give permission for it to be used in-game. Despite this, [[Update 1.9]] introducing custom music allows it to be selected for user-created levels. There's even a level with a star in it.
*The level is actually named "Ultiate Destruction", without a 'm'. This is likely a typo.
* There is a number 3 in the menu which probably indicates that it gives 3 stars.
* It is easily noticeable that the game was in beta as the ship section screen does not adjust itself.
It was released on [[Update 1.8]].

==Introduction==

On June 30, 2014, [[Robert Topala]] posted a sneak peek image on Twitter, reading ''Can You Guess the Next Song?'' The image also displayed pictures of a water drop, flame, and a hexagon. Topala referred to the popular video game music composer on YouTube, Waterflame, who had published the tune, Hexagon Force, on March 1, 2014.

==Description==

Hexagon Force begins with a brief cube scene, followed by a speed [[Portals|portal]] and rocket portal. Subsequently, the icon turns into a [[Forms|gravity ball]], and the player makes first contact with the new blocks having diagonal surfaces. Later on, Hexagon Force introduces the brand new copy portals, which "clones" the icon with reversed colors. With the copy portal in action, the player is then forced to maneuver using the rocket. Throughout the level, multiple copy portals are included, and the icon transforms into every object in the game. Hexagon Force is also the first official level to introduce the slow and normal speed [[portals]], which are shown along some rocket scenes. Hexagon Force also features every portal on 1.8 except Mirror Portals.

==Rewards==
Completing the level without flaws in practice mode will unlock the dark grey primary color and the achievement, ''Hexagonest''. If the player is capable of winning on normal mode, they would earn the achievement ''Hexagon Force!'' The icon unlocked is also similar in appearance to Creeper from the sandbox game, Minecraft. Flawlessly finishing the level would take under 1 minutes and 40 seconds.

== Secret Coin Location ==
* The first secret coin is located at the first ball sequence. After you flip and land into flat forms, upon encountering a short ramp, flip gravity to get the secret coin and touching a yellow jump pad.
* The second secret coin is located at the triple speed ship sequence. After avoiding spikes and saws, and upon encountering a slope with an opening, immediately go through there to get it.
* The final secret coin is located at the final half-speed ship sequence. Upon finishing the level, you will encounter a large obstacle with an opening in it. Carefully fly through it to get the secret coin and in the same time, finishing the level.
==Clearing the dual sections==
The introduction of the copy portal brings yet another challenge to increasingly difficult levels. It is almost always overwhelming when first encountered, but like all things, can be beaten once properly understood. What is especially important to know is that ''practice makes perfect, ''and coincidentally, there is a practice mode which provides the opportunity to make it perfect, all down to experience. Take advantage of practice mode to correctly learn the maneuvers. Another incredibly useful tip is to ''focus on only one icon''. Trying to track two things at once is already harder than what the level really is. Determine at which points movements occur in order to efficiently control both icons.
==='''Cube section'''===
The dual cube section is divided into two segments. Three successive jumps from the first lower spikes with a pause, followed by another three jumps clears the first segment. When launched into the second segment, begin with two synchronized jumps on jump rings. Next, direct attention to the lower cube, and jump when aligned with the indicator arrow and once more from the jump ring. Immediately direct attention to the upper cube and do the same, keeping accurate to the position of the second arrow. This can be particularly difficult to time correctly, so remember to practice to improve understanding. ''Four jumps from the first arrow.'' This completes the cube sequence.
==='''First ship section'''===
Never try to focus on both ships. They are normally symmetrically aligned and therefore focusing on one will safely navigate the other. From the dual cube section, quickly hold down to send each ship towards the sides of the map before they are directed to the center, and remain there to avoid the spiked walls. Prepare to dodge a central obstacle, then shift to the center for a moment before pressing apart again, where you can rest as the ships travel along a safe divider through the middle, emerging to complete the sequence.
==='''Ball section'''===
As well as being fragile to manoeuvre, the balls are also shrunken. The way the game's mechanics work means the speed remains constant in both enlarged and shrunken states, making the shrunken state appear considerably faster in comparison. Due to this, it serves to know exactly what happens to both balls since there is not enough time to interpret the position of obstacles as they arrive. From the UFO sequence, the balls must pass over a small gap by switching sides just a moment after changing form. What happens next is the lower ball is launched into the air, and in that time the upper ball must flip twice over an oncoming saw before the launched ball lands. There is an indicator arrow which marks the first flip point before having to return immediately once clear of the saw. In a similar manner, the lower ball must flip over a saw while the upper ball is sent airborne. Take care after as both balls are swiftly launched by jump pads onto several synchronised jump rings very quickly. It can also occur the balls being sent there themselves prematurely from switching gravity, even having both balls share a single jump ring if the timing is slightly out. The sequence can still be cleared safely, approaching another ship sequence while still shrunken.

==Trivia==
* When this level was added, the quake effect was added to dying.
* The icon unlocked when completing the level in Normal mode was inspired by [http://minecraft.wikia.com/wiki/Creepers Creepers] from the popular video game [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minecraft Minecraft].
* The achievement ''Hexagonest'' may be a reference to the game [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Hexagon Super Hexagon].
* There is an error in the level located before the first dual section. It's on the platform after you jump off a ramp. The error is on the bottom right corner of the platform. However, this was fixed in 1.9.
*This is the first level with the slow down portal. The second is [[Theory of Everything 2]].
* This level introduces Object rotation, Dual mode, and slopes.
* Completing the level takes 1:31.
* The level is one of the three levels not having a [[Secret Coins|secret coin]] in their cube segments. The other two are [[Cycles]] and [[Blast Processing]].
* There is a glitch on this level: when you reach the first UFO part, if you are far enough from the slow speed portal, you may become an UFO without changing your speed, making it significantly difficult and unsynchronizing the music
* There was a secret way in this level: During the last cube section, before going to the mini duel slow ship sequence, if a player jumps at the right time, they would fall through to the floor. However this was fixed.
[[File:GD_LE_Map.PNG|thumb|118x118px|Level Editor in the early version 1.71.]][[File:IMG_3342.png|thumb|300px|Level Editor in latest 1.9 version]]
The '''Level Editor''' is a feature of [[Geometry Dash]] that gives the player the building of User created levels as well as being able to share them with other players.

==Initial selection==
Le can be changed by clicking on the box with dim text reaction

The level's titding "Level Name" on the top of the screen. Creators are limited to a name that is 19 characters long (including spaces). Since Update 1.9, the no name levels appears like <nowiki>''Unnamed 0''</nowiki> As of 1.9, the two official level names that cannot be used are [[Theory of Everything 2]] and [[Electroman Adventures]], both of which must be written by taking out spaces. Because of this, all [[Theory of Everything]] remakes use "ToE" to signify the level name.

===Level Description===
The level's description is also another option that can be changed at the initial page of level editor. This feature is optional, unlike the title, and is generally left blank by casual creators. The description can be far longer than titles, although its length is very limited as well. Descriptions for expert creators often promote the other levels made under their username.

==Getting started==
Initially in the process of creating a level, users will see several grid lines and colored orange vertical lines. The colored lines indicate the background music beat. Players can add blocks and other items using the control panel on the bottom of the screen.

==Options==
There are multiple settings that are configurable in the level: music, background and ground colors, speed, starting object, etc.

Music can be modified very easily, but [[Stereo Madness]] is set by default. In order to change the background song, users must tap the gear button in the upper right-hand corner and click the arrows next to the song name. Any official songs can be chosen. The [[Update 1.9|1.9 update]] introduced the feature that allowed creators to use music from Newgrounds.

In order to change the level's color themes, players are also required to tap on the gear button, and simply tap the letters "BG" or "Ground" to do so. A color wheel will pop up on the screen, and users must slide the dots until their desired color appears. To change the background color in midway go to build mode and hit the tab at the right end. There should be three colored circles that say BG. The default color it gives you when you hit that area is white but there is an easy way to fix this. At the right it should say edit object and it should give you a color wheel.

[[Update 1.7]] introduced the starting object button, which allows the creator to modify if the player starts with a cube, rocket, gravity ball, or UFO. The size, color of the line, line around blocks and spikes, and glow, can also easily be altered. The background pattern could also be modified and set to circles and squares.

After [[Update 1.8]] and the addition of the level [[Hexagon Force]], the background could be changed to hexagons. This update was also revolutionary to the number of decorations that could be used. It also allowed players to easily test their levels without having to click the play button. They could also hear the soundtrack and have the assistance of colored lines in level editor. These features could be used by clicking the yellow or blue buttons on the left-hand side of the screen.

The [[Update 1.9]] introduced the possibility to have 4 color channels to use for objects. It revolutioned the levels.

----
''Help develop a complete Walk-through for all the features of the level editor below.''

==Selection tabs==
There are ten different tabs for spikes, blocks, platforms, gears, portals, sloped, decoration, more decoration, moving objects, and background objects.

=== Miscellaneous ===
These are special options which mostly do not have any effect on the player but affect the surroundings of the player/the level itself.

==== Colour Options ====
These options change the colour of the background, the ground, lines and some objects. The player will not be killed if they run into one of these.
* '''BG:'''Modifies the background colour and transitions. Can also override the ground colour.
* '''Object:'''Modifies objects' outline colour and transitions.
* '''Line:'''Modifies the ground's outline colour and transitions.
* '''Ground:'''Modifies the ground's body colour and transitions.
* '''Colour1, Colour2, Colour3, Colour4:'''Modifies simple colours of objects.
* '''3DL:'''Modifies colour of 3D line effect.

==== Start Position ====
Re-positions the icon starting position elsewhere. Special options can determine the icon's attributes including forms or portal effects. Placing a starting position ahead of another will override any existing ones.
* Note that you cannot verify a level if you have a start position.

==== Player Trail ====
This enables a shadowing trail of your icons behind you as you play. You can either enable or disable this.
* The trail is the same colour as your primary colour.
* This does not override the rainbow trail earned for beating 10 Map Packs.

==== Transition Blocks ====
These blocks are used to change how the level moves and transitions when playing in practice/normal mode. They can be found by moving to the second tab in the colour options. These are (as of 1.9):
* No transition.
* Blocks will appear moving downwards and disappear moving upwards
* Blocks will appear moving upwards and disappear moving downwards
* Blocks will appear moving to the right and disappear moving from the right.
* Blocks will appear moving to the left and disappear moving from the left.
* Blocks will shrink to the left and grow from the right.
* Blocks will grow to the right and shrink from the left.
* Blocks will implode in front of you and explode behind you.
* Blocks will explode in front of you and implode behind you.
* Blocks will appear by dropping/rising from the top and bottom and disappear by rising/dropping from the bottom and top.
* Blocks will appear by rising/dropping from the top and bottom and disappear by dropping/rising from the bottom and top.

==== Object Sequencers ====
* '''Cube:'''Starts the level out in the cube form.
* '''Ship:'''Starts the level out in the ship form.
* '''Ball:'''Starts the level out in the ball form.
* '''UFO:'''Starts the level out in the UFO form.
* '''Wave''': Starts the level out in Wave form.

==== Trivia ====
* Out of the seven BG and Ground textures, only four have been used in default levels: the standard "blocky" texture (used in Stereo Madness through Clubstep), the "Bubble" texture (used in Electrodynamix), the Hexagon texture (used in Hexagon Force and[[Blast Processing]]) and the Vortex texture (used in[[Theory of Everything 2]]). As well as this, the zig-zagging ground texture (added in 1.7) wasn't used in a main level until 1.9, for ToE II.
* There are eight kinds of difficulty levels in a custom level. N/A (not approved), Auto, Easy, Normal, Hard, Harder, Insane, and Demon.
* There are five kinds of lengths in a custom level. Tiny, Short, Medium, Long, and Extra-Long.
* If you click the "Help" button on the custom music screen, There is an example ID(568699), which is the song "Hexagon Force" by Waterflame.

==Introduction==
On September 16, 2014, [[Robert Topala]] posted an image on Facebook and Twitter, with the caption ''"Can You Guess?"'' on the bottom left hand corner. It showed 5 images: an explosion icon, a chip, a book, an infinity symbol, and the number ''2''. The first two images referred to the [[Music Composers|Waterflame]] song, ''Blast Processing''. On September 28, Topala published a post on Facebook, thanking his supporters for helping his page receive 400,000 likes. He also posted a [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQkAjNPKxDM sneak peek video] of Blast Processing, confirming its existence.

==Description==
Blast Processing begins with a cube sequence involving several gravity flips and icon decorations in the background. Next, the wave [[Forms|form]] and blue portal make their debuts. The icon then transforms into a ship, ball and then returns to the wave. To add on to the difficulty, the player must maneuver it on dual mode, Later, the users are forced to complete cube and UFO scenes. Before winning, the new three-dimensional design is used, along with blue "plus signs." Completing ''Blast Processing ''will give players an achievement of the same name and a new cube icon.

==Trivia==
* [[File:BPGEOMETRYDASH.jpg|thumb|232x232px]]The speech in the music before the blue [[Portals|portal]] says "Get ready for some fun, and excitement!", like a corrupted walkie-talkie.
* The name of the level (as well as the name of the song) is a reference to the game console, the Sega Mega Drive (Sega Genesis in NA).
* When you complete this level, the speech says "You win!".
Introduced in update 1.60 along with [[Electroman Adventures]], and giving 14 stars upon completion, Clubstep is commonly recognized as one of the hardest official levels in normal mode.

==Level overview==
It is currently the only Demon level in the Geometry Dash levels list. Many of the obstacles require going in or around so-called demons. Clubstep introduces lots of new items, including invisible spikes, and invisible blocks.

==Trivia==

*Clubstep was the only main Demon level until 1.9, which introduced [[Theory of Everything 2]].
* Clubstep is considered the most difficult official level.
*Clubstep has 6 ship portals, however it only has one gravity ball portal and two UFO portals.
*Most levels give a color in Practice mode, and an [[Icon Kit|icon]] in Normal mode. For Clubstep, however, it gives off a black color as a reward for Normal mode and a UFO for completing it in Practice mode.
*The name "Clubstep" is a pun on ''dubstep'', which is also the type of music playing during the level.
*Just before the first ship portal on the invisible blocks. A gap in the map can be seen at the bottom of the screen. A likely result of copy and paste indicating the level was rushed through.
*If you jump right before the first ship portal instead of hitting the gravity pad, you can fly upside down in the first part of the flying section.
* At 53 seconds and 63 seconds into the level there are large unfilled areas, another indication the level was rushed through.
* Clubstep is the only level that rewards the player a color for completing the level in Normal mode.

==Description==
Time Machine introduces the mirror portal, while steadily increasing in difficulty from previous levels, notably including a much higher amount of triple spikes. The first sequence involves a few short antigravity sections and some basic jumping patterns before the screen flips leading into a ship sequence. It is partly hall-based travelling through spike-littered passages, emerging as the cube with some more jumping until the screen flips again. After a short time, another antigravity section is met, ending by dropping the cube leading up to another mirror portal, which can potentially detract the focus needed to successfully judge the oncoming jump correctly. The following sections consist of reversed then normal direction segments, then in that order again with antigravity. The transitions between sections can be particularly tricky, each with slightly differing times before needing to jump in order to avoid collisions. Triple spikes also occur quite frequently. The concluding sequence is another ship sequence through a jagged passage, flipping gravity just before reaching the end of the level.

== Trivia ==
* At the second-last "Anti-Gravity" Portal, speech can be heard saying "This is a Time Machine."
* Holding jump from the start will allow you to jump on the hanging spike wall. Still holding jump will allow you to jump off and continue as normal.
* This is the first level introduced with an update, the [[Update 1.1]].

'''Base After Base''' is the fifth level in both [[Geometry Dash]] and [[Geometry Dash Lite]]. Along with [[Dry Out]] and [[Blast Processing]], its difficulty is rated harder.

==Description==

''Base After Base'' continues with around the same difficulty as Dry Out, featuring increasingly harder jumping patterns and an antigravity section. The second half of the first cube sequence has high jumps and is trickier to judge, also with hazardous jump pads before moving to the ship sequence. This is more "hall-based" than those of previous levels, with a smaller passage and spikes on alternating sides. Next the cube takes a moment to flip upwards with antigravity, although this sequence is somewhat easier to predict than the one in Dry Out. Returning to normal gravity turns towards a final few jumps leading to completion.

== Secret Coin Location ==
* The first one is found after the first time the background turns red. After you jump on the ring, you will slide down and a large flat form will block you. Instead of jumping over, slide down the hole and then you will get the coin and slide down the jump pad and return to the normal path.
* The second one is located after the background turns completely black. After jumping many flat-forms, the next two flat-forms, there is a spike and a space which you will avoid. Instead of avoiding it, try to jump over the spike and through the space and there will be an antigravity portal and the coin that you will get and an antigravity jump pad to help you get back to the normal path.
* Last one is located after black background turns purple and you fly with ship. When the tunnel starts, after three first spikes you must lift your ship up and wait until you reach path to coin. Hold the ship up until you have collected the coin and then go down into normal path.
==Trivia==
* The achievement unlocked by completing the level in Practice Mode may refer to the popular catchphrase “All Your Base Are Belong to Us” from the ''Game Zero Wing''.
* Probably this level was evolved from Ultimate Destruction, a level included in Geometry Jump Beta.

'''Map Packs''' are a feature in [[Geometry Dash]]. Featured levels chosen by [[Robert Topala]] have the potential to be added "officially" as map packs. They each consist of three levels of similar difficulty, which can range from easy to Demon, although this does not specifically reflect the levels' rating themselves, ranging from hard to Demon. Completing a full pack will reward from 3 to 10 stars and either 1 or 2 [[Secret Coins|secret coins]]. This can also contribute to the unlocking of various [[Achievements|achievements]]. There are currently 54 map packs.

==Trivia==

*When Map Packs were added there were only 25 Packs.
*[[Update 1.7]] introduced fourteen new packs including the Phoenix, Power, Elemental, Fast, Bionic, Shatter, Twisted, Mortal and Magma packs plus Demon Packs 10-14.
*Fifteen more packs where added during [[Update 1.8]].
*Magma Pack is rated as Demon, although its levels are rated as harder. However, its rating was changed to Insane, in [[Update 1.8|1.8]].
