Afterglow contains three user coins.
- The first coin is located in the mini ship section at 18%. To get the coin, fly through a fake wall at 18%.
- The second coin is located in the normal-sized ship section at 42%. The player must fly up towards the ceiling without hitting it, then quickly fly back down to avoid a saw.
- The third and final coin is located in the wave section at 87%. To collect this coin, the player must fly under a sawblade at 86%.
