*Even though Bloodbath is 1 minute and 52 seconds long, in Update 1.9, it is XL when the duration is measured with the grid length of the level. It is now fixed, and the server now showcases it as Long.
*Bloodbath was ranked #4 in Geometry Dash Today's list of 'The Top 100 Greatest Geometry Dash Levels Of All Time'.
*Bloodbath, alongside [[Death Moon]], [[Colorful OverNight]] and some others, is considered one of the best Demons created in [[Update 1.9|1.9]].
*Riot originally stated that he would re-beat Bloodbath for his 400th Demon. However, this idea was later dismissed as he completed Spacelocked instead.<ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QA_tbh0PUsY</ref>
*Bloodbath, [[Quantum Processing]] and [[Red World Rebirth]] are Riot's only rated levels.

**Riot himself did not perform this during verification; he cleared the level the normal way, jumping over the invisible triple spikes at the end.
*During verification, Riot simplified Ggb0y's part by placing the blue orb at 94% in a more convenient spot to make the timing easier. He also eased Vermillion's part by reducing the last spike on the big ball.
*Bloodbath was made the Weekly Demon on 1 April 2019. It was done as an April Fools' joke.

**Many of IShowSpeed's fans think Speed found a 'glitch' in Bloodbath, so they later made a video clip of Speed 'finding a glitch' to beat Bloodbath, roleplaying that Bloodbath's glitch was discovered, although it was proven to be a myth.
*In the level The Devourer, if the player misses a pink orb at 7%, it brings them to weoweoteo's part in Bloodbath.
*When Riot passes through the first dual part in the verification video, his saying 'swag' can be heard when entering Evasium's part. Many have misheard it as 'quack'. Over time, it has become a common tradition to say either 'quack' or 'swag' during that segment while playing the level.
**Some sources report that Riot said 'Crack' at 34% during the winning attempt, and that Riot later confirmed this; this conflicts with the 'swag' account, and the community treats the word as disputed.
*The song used for Bloodbath was temporarily removed due to Dimrain47's Newgrounds account being hacked. Because of this, songs, including 'At The Speed Of Light', 'Duality' and 'The Disturbance', were removed from Newgrounds. Although downloading this song is no longer possible in Geometry Dash, it will still work and play if downloaded beforehand. The song was restored on Newgrounds between 23 and 24 October 2021.
*The name of the achievement for clearing 300 Demon levels in Normal Mode is called 'What a bloodbath'.
*Before spring 2018, some players argued that Bloodbath held an undeservedly high position in the Demonlist, as it stood above levels such as [[Phobos]] and [[Athanatos]] until it was lowered.
*On low refresh rates, Bloodbath is compared in difficulty to [[Athanatos]] and is considered harder than [[Bausha Vortex]] and [[Black Blizzard]]; on 144 Hz it competes with levels such as Quaoar, Astrophobia, [[ATMarbl]], [[Moment]] and [[Idols]].
