The second key is at 25%, which requires going down between the two pillars and switching gravity while in the second pillar to survive. To get the third key, buffer the green orb shortly after the second key, then enter the structure with the key. After getting the third key, switch gravity and hit the pink orb shortly after to obtain the coin.
