Daily Level
The Daily Level is a feature in Geometry Dash, Geometry Dash Lite, and Geometry Dash World, being introduced in Update 2.1. It is accessed from the creator menu.
Description
Daily levels are rated user levels selected by the developer and are usually reset daily at 00:00 CET. Completing a daily level rewards the player with diamonds. Upon receiving the reward, the box containing the level will disappear, and a new level will appear the following day. After a new daily level is set, the previously loaded daily can be skipped by hitting the red X in the top-left corner if it is incomplete. This action skips all daily levels in between.
As of Update 2.2, there are now achievements for the number of daily levels completed. These are unlocked by completing 1, 25, 50, 100, 150, 250 and 365 daily levels. In addition, previous daily levels (including those which were replaced) can be viewed via the Safe.
Trivia
General
- The Daily Level is tracked separately from the regular versions of the same levels. If an already-completed level is chosen as the Daily Level, it can be replayed as a 'different' level for additional rewards, and the same applies vice versa.
- Usually, the Daily Level's comment section is filled with many players talking with each other, giving it the nickname 'Daily Chat'. This has been officially acknowledged by the game, with it being the name of the achievement for beating 250 Dailies.
- RobTop forgot to set a Daily Level on 14 September 2018.
- On rare occasions, RobTop may replace a Daily Level. This may happen due to issues with lag, difficulty, bugs, or stolen assets.
- There is no Daily Level #246, #680, #762, #894, or #925.
- The years 2018 and 2024 are the only two years with no Easy Daily Levels.
