Enjoying The Sun is a 2.2 5* Hard level created by AutoNick. It is known by the community as being the first rated platformer level of 2.2 and the second rated level in general for the update, after Dastardly.
Gameplay
The level starts with the player dropping into a peaceful landscape above a deadly body of water as a mini cube. This first section involves jumping along large rocky landforms, which ends with the player hitting a switch orb that turns their gravity and their camera rotation sideways.
The next section's gameplay goes along the cliffside of a waterfall, where the player has to climb through two trees and jump past a small lava pit. Near the end, the player goes through a blue gravity portal, resetting their gravity and turning them into normal size. They then go through an empty, dark hallway that ends in an unskippable lava pit. The player can jump down the lava, creating a slow-motion effect before they reach below the surface.
The Dungeon
A cutscene plays once the player gets to the start of this section, showing the rest of the level in full. This is also where the first and only checkpoint is placed. The player will need to go through various fiery obstacles, including rotating lava bars, a randomized fireball section similar to the one found in The Cellar, and jumping lava bubbles. There's also another obstacle which changes the player's gravity to wherever it points located in the section's final room, which the player needs to touch in a certain order to be able to reach the end.
Secrets
While there are no user coins in this level, there are 25 coins the player can collect to increase their score; some are more hidden than others. Some notable coins include:
- A coin in the first section that requires collecting a hidden diamond, temporarily sprouting a climbable beanstalk used to reach it.
- A coin that is found by going behind the waterfall during the slanted section.
- Multiple coins that are found in a hidden gem room within The Dungeon.
- A green coin in the final room that requires the player to "fight" a skeleton background figure by jumping on it.
