 |Permabans are bans that last either forever or long enough to be considered so. These are for habitual offenders, ban evaders, and severe offenders. The in-game ban timer currently only goes up to 34 days and 22 hours; bans of this demonstrated length are generally much longer than the time shown and are most likely permanent.

Players that are banned from the Leaderboards will not be displayed on the Global Level Leaderboard. For the hardest levels, such as Extreme Demons, a whitelist system is used; only players who are deemed legitimate by the Leaderboard Moderators are shown.

 |The Sent tab under Search simply shows levels sent by Moderators based on when they were sent, from most recent to oldest. If another Moderator sends the level later, it will be put back to the top. Note that the placement of a level on the list has limited effect on the chances of it being rated; RobTop has many ways of sorting sent levels that do not only show single sends in chronological order. As a result, the timing of a send is also not that important. This tab is only there to give the community a chance to play levels "endorsed" by the Moderator team. You can use the Demon filter before clicking Sent to see only levels sent for a Demon rating.

Another reason may be a rate limit due to uploading too many levels over a short amount of time. In this case you have to wait a while before retrying. You can ask any Elder Moderator for permission with an explanation of how and why you want to update it.  |This is because you placed a huge amount of objects overall or in a small area. There is not a defined number on how many objects there must be to happen as it varies based on the area or device used.  |Lists are only rated by RobTop himself without being sent by Moderators in-game. However, Moderators can still suggest them within the Moderator Discord server, and they can then be relayed to RobTop for a rating if they are good. Generally, we look for lists with an interesting overarching concept or theme, and with fitting playable levels regardless of whether they are rated. The list rating system may be improved in the future.

 |It depends on the platform you play on, as RobTop does not personally handle refunds. On Steam, you can refund the game by right-clicking the game, then clicking on "Support" and selecting "This is not what I expected". You will then be given the option to refund if:
*You have not played for more than two hours.
*You have not owned the game for more than two weeks.
On Google Play, you will be given the option to refund the game on the first hour of purchasing it instead of the uninstall button. On iOS, go to Apple's website to request a refund, and depending on the circumstances, they might accept it.
