'''KRYPT OF KRANDON''' is a [[Update 2.2|2.2]] Insane level by LightPotatoDev. It is the second level of the [[Gauntlets|Random Gauntlet]].

==Description==
Since KRYPT OF KRANDON is a Random Gauntlet Contest entry, some parts are randomized. This guide includes all possible paths. Before the boss fight, top paths have red hue, and bottom paths have purple hue.

*'''0-6%:''' The level begins with a cube sequence at normal speed. The player goes down some stairs, then jumps across a pit using a red orb. They then cross a second pit by using a blue orb to get to the ceiling, and then they get down to the floor safely using a spider orb before going down more stairs. This sequence is not randomized.
*'''6-10%:''' The player encounters the first randomized orb, which can be a yellow orb or a green orb.
**If the randomized orb is yellow, the player has to jump over four short spikes with a pink orb, then four short spikes with a yellow orb, and finally three jumps of two short spikes each.
**If the randomized orb is green, the player must advance until they go down with a blue pad, then jump at and use a blue orb to return to the ceiling before jumping over two short spikes, then jump down a ledge, then at a spider orb and finally use a second spider orb before going down via a blue pad.
*'''10-15%:''' After both paths converge, the player goes down more stairs. They then jump at a blue orb to go to the ceiling and jump over two short spikes. They then use two pink orbs to reach a normal gravity portal before ascending a ramp. This sequence is not randomized.
*'''15-30%:''' This is the first heavily randomized section. It is split in six segments, marked with each face of a classic die. The spider orbs before each segments are randomized, and can send the player to either the top path or the bottom path.

|The player just jumps on a block with a pink pad that bounces them to the randomized orb.
|The player goes up a ramp before falling onto a block and jumping to the next randomized orb.

|The player jumps over two short spikes and onto some pink pads to the next randomized orb.
|The player drops to a blue orb to reach a blue pad before going up a ramp to the next randomized orb.

|The player jumps over two blue pads, then drops to a blue orb before jumping over two short spikes and to another blue orb before reaching the ramp.

|The player jumps over a pit with a yellow orb they must not use before landing on a ramp to the randomized orb.
|The player jumps over a pit with a blue orb they must not use before jumping over a short wall and to the randomized orb.

|The player crosses a pit using two pink orbs to reach the randomized orb.
|The player uses a spider orb, then does not use the next one, and then the randomized orb.

|The player jumps over a red pad and uses the next one to enter a snake's maw.
|The player uses a spider orb to the ceiling, and then another one to the floor before dropping into a snake's maw.

*'''30-43%:''' A fast sequence set with randomized paths, depending on whether the dash orb preceding them points upwards or downwards. Top paths use the ball game mode, while bottom paths use the spider game mode.

|The player goes down, then up again to a yellow pad. As they cross the pit, piranhas jump from the ceiling trying to catch the player. After the yellow pad, the player uses a pink orb to reach the other side, then bounces on a red pad and uses a red orb to reach a normal gravity portal before the next randomized dash orb.
|The player moves to the ceiling, and then back to the floor before touching a blue pad. They then go back to the floor to reach another blue pad before dropping down two ledges that precede the randomized dash orb.
|-
!35-39%
|The player reaches a pink pad and bounces on it, then skips the yellow orb and uses the pink orb. After dropping down a ledge, they go downwards, skip the red orb and use the yellow orb to land before the next randomized dash orb.
|The player uses the first and third blue orbs, then dodges the books that try to bite them by going up and then down. They then go up again to a blue pad before ascending again to reach the randomized dash orb.
|-
!39-43%
|The player goes down, then up, and then down again before bouncing on the first and third yellow orbs while skipping the second and fourth ones. They then drop a ledge before reaching the next dash orb.
|The player skips a spider orb, then drops down a ledge to go to the ceiling. They then step on the next two plates with blue pads, and then use the spider orb before reaching the next dash orb.
|}
*'''43-46%:''' A fast intermission sequence played with the cube game mode. The player jumps over two platforms with spikes and skips the spider orbs over them, then uses the one after the second jump to plummet themselves down to the next section after a short break at normal speed. This section is not randomized.
*'''46-59%:''' A very fast sequence set with randomized paths, depending on whether the dash orb preceding them points upwards or downwards. Top paths use the ship game mode, while bottom paths use the wave game mode.

!46-50%
|The player flies through some spiky balls and through columns with gravity portals while a fish skeleton attacks them. A slanted ceiling helps them reach the next randomized dash orb.
|The player dodges some rock formations before arriving to a tight corridor, from where creatures with drill-like shells burst out to attack them. After dodging the creatures, the player briefly transitions to ship mode before reaching the next randomized dash orb.
|-
!50-55%
|The player goes down a ledge before using a red orb to dodge some sharp stalagmites. They then hold on to the ground as they change gravity while a swordfish breaks the chains holding the spiked ceiling above them. After barely avoiding being crushed, the reaches the last randomized dash orb.
|The player goes down a few ledges before moving above a stalagmite and landing on a platform. They then must stick to the platform as they change gravity while some heavy spiked blocks crush the gravity portals behind. Once again, the player briefly adopts the ship game mode before reaching the last randomized dash orb.
|-
!55-59%
|The player flies through some stone spikes and rests on a platform, then flies above some pits full of spikes without touching the red orbs while an eel-like monster destroys a couple of rocks above them. Afterwards, the player goes down to the dash orb.
|The player goes down a ledge and moves around a rock formation, then uses two spider orbs to go around a column, skips the third one as it leads to a centipede's jaws, and uses the fourth one to briefly adopt the ship game mode before reaching the dash orb.
|}
*'''59-62%:''' After using a dash orb, the level shows a cutscene where the player, in robot mode, finds an amulet shaped like a die. As they jump at the amulet, the boss's hand breaks through the end wall and snatches the amulet. The player is knocked out, and as the boss retreats, she pulls the player through the end wall, bringing them to her lair.
*'''62-78%:''' A fast robot sequence in which the boss can be seen sitting on her throne in the background. The player has to pass through floating stone blocks while the boss periodically uses her powers to change the orbs randomly up to four times. Some time after the fourth iteration, the boss jumps from her throne and lands in front of the player.
*'''78-90%:''' A fast boss fight sequence with randomized attack patterns. The player is in ship or wave game mode depending on the attack, and the boss attacks thrice. The boss has four different attacks, some of them with variations.
**The boss uses the amulet to fire a laser beam from her red eye. The player is in ship mode during this attack.
**The boss's hand grow claws, and she uses them to shred the player, which is in wave mode during the attack.
**The boss sends two columns towards the player, one from the ceiling and another one from the floor. The player is in ship mode during this attack.
**The boss sends four spiked blocks towards the player, which is in wave mode during this attack.
*'''90-100%:''' This fast cube sequence closes the level. As the player jumps to a high platform, the boss summons a spear. The player then jumps down and has to parry the spear by hitting a toggle orb, which forces the boss to drop the amulet. The player then uses a dash orb and defeats the boss with her own spear. The level then ends with a black screen which then turns into an end screen showing the player holding the amulet.

==Trivia==
*KRYPT OF KRANDON has been the [[Daily Level|daily level]] #3248 on 22 November 2025.
*It is possible to pass the second pit at the beginning of the level with a well-timed jump, without using the blue orb and the spider orb. If the obstacle is cleared this way, a <nowiki>':O'</nowiki> face appears at the right edge.
**The face also appears if the player barely fails the jump.
*Rarely, during the boss fight, she can use the same attack twice.
