Template:Epilepsy Warning Template:Infobox Level ORBIT is an upcoming Extreme Demon mega-collaboration level hosted by MindCap. The level's gimmick is that every click is an orb. It features a space-like decoration style.

On 15 January 2023, MindCap posted the first preview of ORBIT[1] and then the full layout 12 days later.[2] On 23 November 2025, MindCap publicly announced Zoink as the verifier of the level,[3] and on 2 December 2025, he premiered the full showcase on his YouTube channel.[4]

ORBIT is estimated to be around Top 5-10 in difficulty. Additionally, MindCap obfuscated the level to make it difficult for Zoink to make any changes; he could still make minimal changes with given guidance and permission.

Verification process

On 19 December 2025, Zoink began verifying ORBIT, with his first stream achieving a run of 69-100%. A day later, he got 12%. On 22 December, he got 59-100% off-stream. On 31 December, he reached 24%, and on 2 January 2026, 34%. On 5 January, he managed to get 40%, 43%, and a fluke to 72% in the same stream. On 18 January 2026, he died at 72% again.

The ORBIT copy later got updated, which adjusted the percentages, changing the 72% record to 89%. On 21 January 2026, Zoink died at 82%, on 23 January 2026, 87% twice, and on 25 January 2026, 93%.

Gameplay

ORBIT begins with the cube falling in space. An enormous white explosion appears on the left side of the screen, and stars and planets rush out of it. Afterwards, the player travels into a wormhole and pops out on the other side, where a space station appears. Orbs follow each other like worms, with gigantic orbs forming in the background like a snake. After that, the player enters an asteroid field. A spherical asteroid turns to the beat of the music, and rays shoot from its craters. It then spins fast and splits. Then, the player travels through a blank, dark space. Then, what appears to be the planet Earth appears and moves past the player, and a gigantic black orb appears in the background. With the player in front of the wall, the player gets sucked into the black orb and sent to a tunnel-like place where there are black orbs in almost every spike that the player must avoid and only hit the other orbs. Then the player turns into a ball and is sent to a place with planets in the background, while the same black orb bounces all around the screen. Then the black orb rushes into the background, expands rapidly, and the player is put into orbit around its accretion disk, where they must jump on gigantic orbs. A text made of orbs that spells 'ORBIT' appears, and the player must jump on each letter. Then, gigantic orbs with smaller ones orbiting them come into view, representing planets in a stellar system. The player must jump on them before being sent to what appears to be the top of the black hole. The player must hit the blue orbs to the beat. After that, everything collapses and gets sucked into the black hole, and then a path made of orbs appears. The player must hit one blue orb and one of the teleport orbs. These teleport orbs send the player to the ball pit. The player must precisely hit the correct teleport orb to pass the ball pit. If the player fails to hit the correct one, they will fall and be trapped in the pit indefinitely, forcing a restart. Hitting the correct teleport orb prevents the player from falling into the pit, bringing them to the end of the level.

Trivia

  • ORBIT is centred around a deep celestial theme, with orbs acting as astronomical objects, such as planets, stars, and black holes, and the player traversing through space.
  • ORBIT technically contains zero jumps, as the player can never touch solid ground, meaning finishing the level shows 'Jumps: 0'.
  • Zoink found a secret way in ORBIT, which completely broke it.[5]
  • Zoink said that after verifying ORBIT, he will upload another version with its difficulty as an easy Extreme Demon.
