pg clubstep is a 1.6/2.0/2.1 Hard Demon level by PG1004, published on 8 April 2014. It is the third and final level in Demon Pack 11.

pg clubstep is a 1.6/2.0/2.1 Hard Demon created by PG1004. As its name suggests, it is a buffed remake of RobTop's official level Clubstep. It is the third and final level in the Demon Pack 11. This level requires a lot of memorization and precise ship flying. Because of the heavy amount of memorization required, this level is one of the most disliked Map Pack levels. It is also considered to be the hardest Map Pack level by many players.
History
Version 1
On 19 April 2014, PG1004 uploaded the first version of pg clubstep. At the time, he was a star and Demon grinder, and the level was considered very hard back in 1.6. Some even called it impossible. The level would show how skillful PG1004 was. In a later update, the level was featured in Map Packs in Demon Pack 11. Compared to today's standards, people considered it an Easy Demon, though it requires great skill. PG1004 reuploaded the video with higher quality later on.

Version 2
Version 1
On 23 December 2014, eight months after the first version, PG1004 updated the level and fixed the bug at 15% that existed in the first version. PG1004 said that this version is easier, which was clearly a joke. This version, however, was much harder than the first. The level at that time had some tight flying sections and harder timings. This version stood for a long time, about one and a half year. Because this level was featured in the Map Packs before and clearing Map Packs were a big deal at the time, the community hated this level a ton. Many people agreed that this is one of the worst Map Pack levels and that the buffs ruined it. Some said that this does not deserve to be in Map Packs. There is a YouTube video called 'Top 10 Worst Map Pack levels', and this level was included in the list. People often clear this level last in the Map Packs as it is considered the hardest. Creepy Dash called this an Insane Demon, stating, '...it's so glitchy and buggy and DIFFICULT!...' Famous YouTuber EricVanWilderman beat pg clubstep when it was in the second version.

Once again, PG1004 buffed pg clubstep, aiming for it to be in the Top 50 of the Demonlist on 8 April 2016. PG1004 received a monotonous amount of hate for this decision. A few people wanted him to buff it even more into the Top 10. Many people said that this was a Map Pack level, and if he buffed it to Top 50 difficulty, it would be kicked out of the Map Packs. However, the level was not hard enough to be in the Top 50, even back then, and people would never complete the Map Packs. He nerfed the level a lot only two days later.

After being nerfed down, this is the fourth and final version of the level. The level is now a Hard Demon, and people still hate it, albeit a lot less. It is still considered the hardest Map Pack Demon. It contains some 2.1 features like the 'on death' trigger and a moving text pop-up before entering the ball part.

It is still considered the hardest Map Pack Demon. It contains some 2.1 features like the "on death" trigger and moving text pop up before entering the ball part. As of May 21, 2020, the level has over 1.5 million downloads, but only around 99,000 likes.
*0-24%: The level begins with a difficult cube section that features a lot of fake orbs, spikes, and pads. Then the background turns black, and the player has to jump on invisible platforms with some timings and memorizations. But with some practice, players can master this part easily. If they press the blue orb early at 2%, they will enter a different route. Instead, they will have to go inside the cat's body containing invisible platforms and return to the original route at 6%.
*24-42%: Next, the player enters a difficult ship sequence where they have to fly precisely between the monsters' mouths while avoiding invisible spikes. Then, there is an easy cube section with some small memorizations.
*43-63%: Following this is an easy ball segment where the player must memorize where the fake ground spikes are and which orbs they have to hit. They have to be careful upon transitioning from the ball to the ship. Now they must avoid some easy obstacles with the ship and the UFO and spam at the last part of the UFO. Afterward, the player enters an easy cube section which acts as a break. If the player falls into a cube portal as a UFO and enters a triple-speed change, they will see a text saying, 'u found it', and then 'pass: 3080', and an impossible jump through a monster's mouth.
*64-78%: The player has to survive a difficult ship sequence. There are some straight-flying parts, memorization, and good timing skills required. After this part, the player enters a relatively easy UFO segment where they have to avoid easy obstacles. Then another difficult ship sequence appears. Like the first part, this part contains some precise flying and several invisible spikes. The player must also fly through a tight passage with a gravity portal.
*79-100%: At this moment, the player enters an easy cube segment in preparation for the last ship. This time the player has to fly through a tight passage and 'THANKS' text made of blocks. The player has to go down, enter the cube portal, then finish the level by going on a pink pad that sends them over spikes.

(Demon Pack 12)

pg clubstep is a 1.6/2.0/2.1 Hard Demon level by PG1004, published on 8 April 2014. It is the third and final level in Demon Pack 11.

History

Version 2

Version 3

Once again, PG1004 buffed pg clubstep, aiming for it to be in the Top 50 of the Demonlist on 8 April 2016. PG1004 received a monotonous amount of hate for this decision. A few people wanted him to buff it even more into the Top 10. Many people said that this was a Map Pack level, and if he buffed it to Top 50 difficulty, it would be kicked out of the Map Packs. However, the level was not hard enough to be in the Top 50, even back then, and people would never complete the Map Packs. He nerfed the level a lot only two days later.

Version 4 (current version)

After being nerfed down, this is the fourth and final version of the level. The level is now a Hard Demon, and people still hate it, albeit a lot less. It is still considered the hardest Map Pack Demon. It contains some 2.1 features like the 'on death' trigger and a moving text pop-up before entering the ball part.
