The level was initially set to be the hardest level in the game; however, it has since been nerfed into Top 10 difficulty. It was cancelled for a while due to Lisp quitting ''Geometry Dash''. However, Lisp gave it to Earthum to finish. Since then, Lisp came back to the game to finish creating the level.

Soon, decoration of the project was undertook, and it went quite smoothly. In the meantime, a Creator Contest for the level was announced. On 15 June, btLisp uploaded humorous results of the Creator Contest Entry to the channel with a part in the style of [[Sonic Wave]], but the actual decorations were also demonstrated.<ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_H_UTr-d_E</ref> On 16 July, btLisp published a showcase of the fully decorated level on his YouTube channel.<ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RSFB-UyoTc</ref> Initially, Zoink took interest in being the level's verifier, but soon he stepped back from verification. The verification project was transferred to Kyass.
