qoUEO is a 2.1 solo Extreme Demon created and published by GhostVandalf and verified by Franzy on July 11, 2022. The level is known for its unbalanced gameplay and is described as "an extended challenge level". The first 26% is considerably harder than the rest of the level, being an extremely tight wave section. According to GhostVandalf, the level was created in five days to win a bet against Renn241.

Gameplay

• 0-26%: As soon as the level begins, the player drops into the infamous wave section. The player must maneuver around spikes with fixed hitboxes, making the part look easier than it is. They must also slide along several structures, dodging spikes and saw-blades inside them. At 25%, the player hits a gravity portal and goes into a cube portal, sending them upwards.
• 26-60%: The level gets significantly easier beyond this point. After several cube timings, the player enters a short ship section. Upon exiting the ship section, they enter a ball section with lots of orbs. The part ends with an upside-down mini-cube section where the player must hit black orbs before falling upward into the next part.
• 61-100%: The player then becomes a mini-robot and must carefully jump on the edges of platforms to avoid hitting spikes, similar to the gameplay of Shardscapes. They must hit many blue orbs in this section. They become regular-sized halfway through. The final obstacle of the level requires the player to go through a one-block-wide gap by hitting orbs with precise timing.

• The level is 52s in length.
  • The level shares the same length with Promethean.
• The level was initially placed at #26 on the Demonlist on November 15, 2022, above SARY NEVER CLEAR (#27) and below Thinking Space (#25).
  • This addition to the Demonlist knocked Sparkling into the Extended List and Cadrega City into the Legacy List for the second time.
• The placement of Eyes in the Water on 6 December 2023 pushed qoUEO out of the Top 50 on the Demonlist.
