The Shop is a room in Geometry Dash and Geometry Dash World, being introduced in Update 2.1. It is accessed by selecting a hanging rope located on the Icon Kit menu.

Description

The Shop uses mana orbs as currency to purchase various Icon Kit items. The Shop is run by the Shopkeeper, who has an alter-ego Zolguroth that is summoned by repeatedly selecting the Shopkeeper. As of Update 2.1, 447,500 mana orbs are required to purchase every available item. Exclusive to Geometry Dash World, there is a television which when selected allows advertisements to be viewed, earning 100 mana orbs per advertisement viewed.

Trivia

• The music that plays while in the Shop is BossaBossa, produced by Kevin MacLeod.
• If you keep selecting the Shopkeeper, the Shopkeeper will get annoyed until it turns into Zolguroth. Not much is known about it, except is it quite aggresive.

Shopkeeper dialogue

After crashing on a level while possessing at least 500 mana orbs:

• I see you have a lot of orbs. You should visit my shop!

After trying to purchase an item with insufficient mana orbs:

• You can't afford that item.
• Collect more orbs.
• You don't have enough orbs.

After selecting the Shopkeeper several times:

• Can I help you?

After initially selecting the Shopkeeper five times:

• What do you want?

And after selecting the Shopkeeper three more times:

• Can you stop?

And after selecting the Shopkeeper three more times:

• Stop with the poking!

And after selecting the Shopkeeper three more times:

• You are getting on my nerves.

And after selecting the Shopkeeper three more times:

• I'm warning you!

And after selecting the Shopkeeper three more times:

• Some things are better left alone.
  • Oh no... Not again.
  • Just... just STOP tapping and it will be fine!

And after selecting the Shopkeeper three more times:

• It's best if you stop doing that.

• (Zolguroth) You dare touch a god?

  • (Zolguroth) Now... BEGONE!

After this the Shop is automatically exited, returning to the Icon Kit menu. After returning to the shop:

• Hey, Welcome back!
  • Sorry, I think I fell asleep earlier. Did I miss something?
  • Oh yea! Someone left this package here for you.
  • Who is Zolguroth?
  • I really need to get that thing checked...

An icon is rewarded for reaching the end of this dialogue, which is not received again.
