Skeletal Shenanigans is a 2.2 Medium Demon created by YoReid and Airzyy. It is part of the Jam Gauntlet and is the 15th Event level, succeeding GD GANGSTER RAP.

Gameplay

The level begins with an intro that the player can skip by clicking when it starts. The level's gameplay begins with a spider segment with a hellish theme, where some orbs require late timing to pass. Afterwards, the scenery changes to the inside of a castle, and the player must pass through a swing copter segment followed by a robot segment, then this same gameplay change pattern repeats again while maintaining the same theme. Eventually the player becomes a robot, and the scenery changes to that of a castle's exterior at night. The player enters a cannon operated by a pair of skeletons led by their captain. The captain orders the pair of skeletons to 'Fire in the hole' which is interrupted with the player being blasted out of the cannon as a cube.

The player hits a target and slow cube gameplay ensues which then speeds up and changes to mini size. The player eventually changes back to regular size and slow speed with more cube gameplay. At one point, a skeleton head appears in the background and eats the moon, and more cube gameplay ensues, albeit at double speed. At the end, the player must hit a dash orb that takes them to the boss fight. A sign that reads 'Crystal Gives Power' is seen beforehand.

As the player hits the dash orb, they are taken to a black scene. A skeleton's glowing eyes soon appear, and the boss fight begins. The boss fight features a giant skeleton head that uses an orange diamond-shaped crystal to launch fireballs at the player. For the entirety of the boss fight, the player is a ship, and the scenery is that of a tower's interior. Each time the giant skeleton head attacks, the player must swoop up or down to avoid attacks from smaller skeletons, who's attacks consist of ranged sword attacks from skeleton's wielding swords first, then magic attacks from a skeleton wizard second, and finally arrow attacks from skeleton archers wielding bows.

After the giant skeleton head's last attacks, a trio of skeleton heads bearing wings appear, and one of them grabs the orange crystal. A brief scene of the player breaking out of the tower then shows as the winged skeleton carrying the crystal withers away and the crystal falls to the ground; the player goes after it.

The scenery changes to a forest, and the player goes after the crystal with downwards cube gameplay and a giant skeleton going after the crystal as well. At the end, the player falls again, this time to the final part, which features a cave-like theme. The entirety of the final part features spider gameplay as several skeleton's kill each other trying to get hold of the orange crystal, first starting with a regular unarmed skeleton, then one wielding a sword, then a wizard, and finally an archer. At the end, the archer skeleton falls and the player becomes a cube and picks up the crystal before the end-screen shows, ending the level.

User coins

  • The first coin is located at the first robot part. It requires the player to hop onto the floating blocks to reach the coin.
  • The second coin is located at the first cube part, after the player gets blasted from the cannon. It requires the player to skip the mini size portal and make a series of jumps to reach the coin.

Trivia

  • The level contains 65,535 objects.
