Sonar is a 1.9/2.0 Easy collaboration level by JerkRat and Minesap, published on 25 January 2015. It is the first level of the Alpha Pack.

* 0-28%: The level begins with a long yet easy normal-speed cube section that consists of simple jumps and timings, as well as saw-blade decorations. This part bears resemblance to the first cube section in Stereo Madness.

The level's decoration is synchronized with its soundtrack, creating a smooth and engaging experience. The level features free and open gameplay, with very loose timings in cube sections and free open UFO, ship, and cube sections.
*43-57%: Afterward, there is a second cube section that consists of simple jumps over pits with thorns and sets of spikes, as well as more cloud and music note decorations.
*58-71%: Following this is a straightforward wave segment where the player has to dodge several corner-like obstacles with small spikes on their sides. It should be extremely easy to clear this section due to the abundance of wide open spaces.
*72-86%: After this, the player goes through a third cube section where they must continue to jump across platforms and pillars to avoid thorns and spikes, hitting yellow and pink jump orbs. Then the player lands on the floor and must jump over two more sets of spikes, and then returns to jumping across platforms again.
*87-100%: Finally, the player enters a half-speed UFO segment that consists of numerous pillars and walls that can easily avoided due to the abundance of wide open spaces. Afterward, the player sees blocks that spell out "Minesap Creator Jr". If the player manages to clear this section, the level ends.

[edit | edit source]

Sonar contains three user coins.

 • The first coin is located at 31% in the first and only ship sequence. To collect it, fly into a pillar with a gap at the top of the level.
 • The second coin is located at 45% in the second cube sequence between two cubes. To collect it, avoid jumping onto the third pillar, instead dropping down, collecting the coin, and jumping across the pit, placing it back on the normal path.
