Stereo Electro v3 is a 1.7 Hard 5* level by Zeus. It is the third level of the Phoenix Pack. It is a remake of Stereo Madness that uses 1.7 features and decorations.

Description

The gameplay is near identical to Stereo Madness, with some speed portals thrown in.

  • 0-29%: The level starts out with simple spike jumps and a staircase. It then speeds up for some other simple jumps on spikes and platforms, before slowing down for another staircase. There are various jumps on platforms and over spikes, then another staircase. The level speeds up to 3x speed at the end of the section.
  • 29-46%: The next section is a ship, and it is the Stereo Madness ship section stretched out to fit the 3x speed. It consists of various pillars and spikes at the top and bottom of the screen.
  • 46-69%: The gameplay becomes a cube again and slows back down to 1x speed. It consists of various long staircases, and some jumps over spikes on the ground.
  • 69-85%: The gameplay continues with various staircases and jumps on platforms, including jumps over spikes.
  • 85-100%: The level speeds up to 2x speed again for the final ship. The ship consists of flying through structures and around pillars, ending with some easy straight fly.

Trivia

  • Like many old levels, Stereo Electro v3 contains three fake coins in the same spots as the original Stereo Madness. However, the third fake coin is impossible to reach because there is an unavoidable spike in the way.
