Time Machine

Template:Infobox levelTime Machine is the eighth level in Geometry Dash. It was rated Insane when it came out but changed to Harder in Update 1.9.

Description

The level starts with a few easy jumps, followed by some tricky triple spike jumps. After about one third of the stage, the player is introduced to the mirror portal, which flips the direction of the screen. The level ends with an anti-gravity ship.

Secret Coins

• The first secret coin is after the second blue gravity portal. After you pass the portal and jump pass the spike, jump on the platform and collect the secret coin.
• The second secret coin is located on the first ship sequence. Fly through the center block and then collect the secret coin; sounds easy but hard.
• The third coin is after the blue mirror portal. Flipped upside-down, on the last yellow pad, don't jump on the platform. Be prepared to jump midair on the purple jump rings. Also be prepared to jump pass the two-spike.

Trivia

• At the second-last "Anti-Gravity" Portal, speech can be heard saying "This is a Time Machine."
• Holding jump from the start will allow you to jump on the hanging spike wall. Still holding jump will allow you to jump off and continue as normal, like the second secret coin in Dry Out.
• This is the first level introduced with an update, the Update 1.1.
• This level is often considered harder than the level after it.
• This level also reveals the first pink rings although not introduced yet. (Introduced in Theory of Everything)
• Aside From Introducing Mirror Portals and (unofficially) Pink rings, This level Introduces a Transition where Blocks Appear and Disappear from the left.
