Ultimate Destruction was a demonstration level used for the trailer of Geometry Dash and is similar to Base After Base.

Trivia

  • Ultimate Destruction was never intended to be released as an official level, nor was the soundtrack planned to be used again afterwards.
  • Roughly two thirds of the level were used for the trailer.
  • Jump pads, jump rings and gravity portals make a first appearance, in addition to the ship form.
  • A notable difference from the post-release version of the game is that while flying the ship, the drop-down ceiling had not yet been implemented, allowing the ship to be flown out of view of the screen.
  • The cube seen in the preview is normally unlocked by completing Can't Let Go.
  • Despite the soundtrack not being used for an official level, Update 1.9 introduced the ability to select it for custom levels.
