'''Update 1.3''' was an update to [[Geometry Dash]] that was released on November 20, 2013. It mainly introduced the new level [[XStep|xStep]], which held the title as the first level to use blue pads on the regular route. It also brought about a new rank system to have users be rated on their number of stars earned by completing levels. Ten new achievements and characters and a new difficulty called Demon were also added, including a number of bugfixes and tweaks.
