Update 1.7

New 15th level, Electrodynamix

Update 1.7 is the seventh major update in Geometry Dash. It was released on May 21, 2014 upon announcement by the Twitter handle of Robert Topala. It introduced a new level called Electrodynamix, speed boosts, flashing lights, a rainbow trail, a new difficulty called Auto and more small additions.

Trivia

• There is a reverse speed portal colored yellow in one of the pictures. However, such a portal does not appear in the game.
• There is also a ball in the second picture that was never added, being the first update with a picture showing a form icon that never came to the game, the second was Update 2.0.
• The sneak peeks 1 and 2 both are wrong. For example Demolicious is changed.
• In the second and fourth image, there is a Clubstep-like ground that can be colored with C-OBJ, but it was never added to the game.
• The four speed portals image preview teases the icon awarded for beating this level.
• In the third image there is a ball (Package Complete) that was changed in the release.
