Verdant Landscape is a 2.1 solo Extreme Demon created, verified, and published by Nisha. The level takes inspiration from Windy Landscape and The Golden, combining elements of the two. This level is known for its widely-praised enjoyable gameplay and for being the hardest full-solo level created and verified all by the same player at the time of its verification, currently being the second hardest behind Kyouki.

Gameplay

• 0-7%: The level starts with a calm slow-speed cube requiring mainly sync-based clicks.
• 8-12%: The song's intensity slightly increases and the player turns into a ball at normal speed followed by a short cube and ship part.
• 13-17%: Next, the player enters a click-synced UFO section followed by a wave section to the end of the part of the song.
• 18-27%: This is the buildup section of the level featuring a slow syncing cube, followed by a double-speed wave, and ending with a triple-speed sync-based UFO.
• 28%-43%: At this point in the level, the drop hits, and the player enters a quadruple-speed dual section with mainly cube timings, followed by tight ship maneuvering towards the end.
• 44-63%: This part is a long section of fast-paced clicks and brief game-mode changes along with focus on music sync.
• 63-76%: This section of the level is built similarly gameplay-wise to the previous, although it is now triple-speed and the color scheme has a slight hue shift along with being slightly brighter.
• 77-91%: Then, the player enters another dual and then begins flying towards the end of the level, facing a completely black screen at 91%.
• 92-100%: Upon entering this last section of the level, the player is greeted with a bright flash of green and must maneuver through many tight ship gaps before entering the final straight-fly. The player will also collect three free coins in the straight-fly provided they click on a trigger orb at 91%.

• The password for the level is 446799.
• The level contains 116,323 objects.
• The level is 2m 9s in length.
• The level was initially placed at #11 on the Demonlist on January 18, 2022, above Kenos (#12) and below Zodiac (#10).
  • This addition to the Demonlist knocked xo into the Extended List and CHROMA II into the Legacy List.
  • Verdant Landscape was moved one spot above Zodiac on June 11, 2022.
• This is the hardest full-solo level (i.e. a solo level that was created and verified by one person) on the Demonlist and the second hardest ever verified.
• This level took about a year and 11 months to finish.
• The level's difficulty used to be comparable to Tartarus before the difficulty was nerfed to a Top 10-20 to be more enjoyable.
• This is currently the hardest-rated level in the game containing user coins, above Thinking Space.
• This level is often considered one of the best Extreme Demons in the game, and almost everyone who has beaten it so far has given it an extremely high enjoyment rate.
  • Cobrablitz, ThunderBT, spaceuk and Technical even consider it as their favorite Extreme Demon.
    • Cobrablitz’s enjoyment rating of 100 million raised to the power of 38.9 quintillion (meaning 100 million was multiplied by itself 38.9 quintillion times) is so large that attempting to calculate the end number instantly crashes any calculator.
    • This was the first level that Technical gave a 100/100 enjoyment rating to.
    • However, SnowBallerr (one of the victors of the level) disliked it.
  • ThunderBT and CringyDylan consider this as the "best level" in the game.
