'''EASTSIDE''' is a 2.2 Insane Legendary level 2.2 created by Vegtam and fJud. The level features a distinct pop-art and rock band aesthetic that aligns with the theme of the song it uses, Eastside by Goodkid. It includes a Japanese-themed section and unique animations of the band's mascots and lure. It is the 21st and most recent event level, succeeding [[Stronghold|Stronghold.]]

== Gameplay ==
The level begins with a brief epilepsy warning before a mini ball section where the player simply has to avoid spikes intermittently while text is shown on screen consisting of 'Level by Vegtam and fJud', 'Song by Good Kid', and 'Good Luck.' This is all stylised to be inside an old-fashioned TV.

The player is then launched into a cube section, a very short wave section and a robot stage on the rooftops, involving quick orbs and upside-down sections. This all takes place in a city area where the lyrics are displayed around the level in various stylised fonts. The player is then launched into a three-floored subway themed section of the level. The highest floor is a ship with no obstacles, the middle floor is a wave section with obstacles and the bottom floor is a ball section, also with obstacles. The lyrics to the song are still visible on the sides of the subway.

After this the cube enters an elevator and is launched out of it into a fast section that includes wave, ball and UFO. The player is then thrown into a ball section where orbs must be clicked to avoid falling. At this point we are still in a city. After this there is a brief swing at 0.5 speed over a Japanese-style neighbourhood and rooftops. Then there is a short cube stage where the player taps orbs while dodging a large monster's swings.

We're then taken into a cutsCrecene in which a person is seen seeing demon-like silhouettes and falling into a void before the player is launched into a ship segment in a hell-themed place with several of the monsters dancing around the ship like a cult. The player is then thrown into a wave section in the boss fight where a large monster attempts to swat at, crush or vaporise the player with lasers fired from its eyes. Exclamation marks appear where the monster will strike next. The player is then thrown into a very quick cube section as a breather before being launched back into the boss fight, where, same as the first time, exclamation marks map out where the monster will attack next, which the wave must avoid. Following this we are shown a short cutscene, and then an endscreen marked with the level's name. After this the level is completed.

== Trivia ==

* The complete lyrics of the song are shown in the level, on advertising banners, in the form of objects and inscriptions etc.
* The level is very similar to [[GD GANGSTER RAP|GD GANGSTER RAP;]] in both levels the location is a city. Coincidentally one of the creators of this level, fJud, participated in the creation of GD GANGSTER RAP.
* The song used in the level was released on the day the level was released.
