*Acu is considered one of the first modern-themed Extreme Demon levels in the game, having bold colours and no outline for many structures in the level.
*There are 'guide circles' in the level's editor that show players some places to put start positions to practise sections of the level. neigefeu most likely placed these because, due to the high amount of movement, start positions often bug out if placed in certain locations.
**neigefeu's other Extreme Demon level [[RUST]] also contains these 'guide circles'.
**On 14 May 2026, Ultrachief [GD] fluked Acu from 5%, beating it after 232 attempts. However, it is unknown whether their fluke is actually a new world record.<ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZiZfv5vr2Q</ref>
*According to neigefeu, he named the level 'Acu', as 'acu' is the Latin root for sharp. He thought that this would be a good name for an Extreme Demon.<ref name=":0" />

*If the player hits the fourth red orb at around 73% and dies to the seemingly empty space, text appears that says 'Good Job :)'.
