Traction

Template:Infobox Level Traction is a 2.0 Easy Demon created by Ferdefunky. It is the second level in the Demon Gauntlet, and beating it reveals the path to Mechanical Showdown.

Gameplay

Template:Low-Faith/Section The level starts with a cube section where you hit jump orbs then automatically jump, then it is just some jump orbs, jumps, and auto parts. Then you go into a robot that starts with two green orbs where you have to time your jumps, then it jumps and hit jump orbs, the last jump needs to be timed. Then it is a ship part with changing gravity, and you need to know when to fly.

Then there is a ball segment with some timing, then it is a UFO, then a robot with some jumps, then a wave segment with some tight spaces, then it is a cube with some jumps. Then it is a ship with timings, then it is a UFO segment with tricky timings.

Then there is a cube, then a dual cube section, then a short dual robot, then it is a ball, then a cube, then a ship sequence, then a wave, then a cube again. Then it is a short robot, then the level ends with a cube section with simple jump orbs.

User coins

• The first coin is located at 21%, at the end of the robot segment. To collect it, the player must jump off the ramp to send the robot flying higher than normal and into the coin.
• The second coin is located at 43%, in the robot segment. To collect it, the player must collect a key and click the green jump orb late to land onto a raised platform with the coin.
  • The key to the second coin is located at 39%. To collect it, you must not hit the blue gravity orb with the cube, and instead fall onto the edge of a platform containing the key.
• The third and final coin is located at 92%, during the robot segment. To obtain it, the player must collect a key at 82% and fall into the gap between some platforms and go through a yellow gravity portal.
  • The key to the third coin is located at 81. To collect it, the player needs to switch gravity as a ball to travel through the upper tunnel and avoid a small number of small spikes.

Trivia

• The password for the level is 333331.
• The level contains 20,087 objects.
• The level used to be more difficult, but it was nerfed after an update.
• If the player trying to do a long jump with a slope at the final robot part, the player will crash at 97.98% and the Easter Egg found saying "RIP".
