Template:Infobox Level ATOMIC CANNON is a 2.1 solo Extreme Demon level created and published by Lieb and verified by Zeronium on 28 January 2022.[1] It was inspired by a 1.9 Demon level called Intercept, created by Viprin, possessing similar gameplay as well.

The level has a sequel called ATOMIC CANNON Mk II, also verified by Zeronium. There are two more levels in the ATOMIC CANNON series, ATOMIC CANNON Mk III and the final level, ATOMIC CANNON PRIME, which has been mostly completed.

Gameplay

  • 0-11%: The level starts with a double-speed cube section involving numerous timed orb jumps passing through a gap of spikes.
  • 12-24%: The next part transitions into a difficult mini-ball section containing numerous fake orbs and timed jumps. The screen fades into white, then black near the end of this segment as the speed changes into a brief slow part. The "🇵" emoji can be also found.
  • 25-57%: As the song drops, the level goes into a fast-paced quadruple cube part. The size changes back to normal as well. This segment makes the level highly difficult due to the involvement of muscle memory and crucial orb timings combined. The design of the spikes changes into varying flashing colours. It is worth mentioning that the dash orbs are more prevalent in this part.
  • 58-72%: The segment changes into that of a UFO part, involving jumping through tight gaps, gravity changes, orb jumps, and avoiding fake orbs.
  • 73-81%: The next part is a ship, emphasizing gravity changes and straight fly while the player's ship changes size. One straight fly even has a yellow orb which the player must avoid, otherwise resulting in a crash. Near the end of the segment, the player must enter a brief cube part and hit a dash orb before the screen fades to black for the next segment.
  • 82-88%: The next part is a 1.9-themed slow ball part involving timed jumps. The level's difficulty also cools down a bit. Near the end of the segment, the player enters a teleportation portal to transition to the next segment.
  • 89-100%: The final part is a single-speed mini-ball, with gameplay similar to the previous segment. After passing this section, the screen fades to black, and Lieb's name flashes in the background. The level ends with the text, "You beat... ATOMIC CANNON. Congrats?".
