Bass Cave is a deadlocked-themed Extreme Demon created by Bloodshot. It was originally a rated Hard Demon but has since been buffed to an extreme demon and was most likely hack-verified by Bloodshot himself, (this version of the level was also thought by some to be impossible). After some time it was updated once again to balance some of the gameplay and update the decoration, this version being the current and was verified legitimately by nSwish on December 5, 2019.
It is currently #98 on the Demon list, above SINGULARITY (#99) and below 2 1 1 (#97).
Trivia
- The second version of the level (the original buffed version to extreme demon by Bloodshot) was actually rated as well as the original version, even though it's uncertain whether Bloodshot verified it legitimately or not.
- The buffdate might have been hack-verified, although Bloodshot uploaded a verification video (the video is thought to be fabricated).
- At 14% in the level, a demon face appears that has become a smaller meme around the community.
