Update 1.5

New level, Theory of Everything

Update 1.5 was the fifth major update to Geometry Dash. It mainly introduced the level 12, Theory of Everything, with the first of Newgrounds artist DJ-Nate's soundtracks included in an official RobTop level. This level introduces a new portal placing you inside a UFO. With each tap it increases the player's upward velocity. This effect is reversed when traveling through a gravity altering portal. This gameplay was likely inspired by the game Flappy Bird. Theory of Everything also introduces purple jump rings and pads on the main path, causing a smaller jump than the original jump pad delivers. This update also introduces the "Demon" difficulty for custom levels. However, no official levels were rated "Demon" difficulty until Update 1.6.
