Stereo Extremeness is a 2.1 Extreme Demon collaboration level hosted, verified and published by Vortrox. Initially, it was only a buffed copy of Stereo Madness made for a YouTube video but later decorated by Gepsoni4, xVainaja, Voxicat, AudieoVisual, Tricipital and Vortrox himself. The level was initially openly hack-verified and published on 7 November 2022, and the decorated remake was legitimately verified and published on 24 October 2023.

Stereo Extremeness was created by an American creator named Vortrox. The level was inspired by one of Vortrox's older levels, Stereo Craziness, and uses some aspects of gameplay from that in Stereo Extremeness. Vortrox made the level in 2022 in a video where he super-buffs Stereo Madness, part of Vortrox's 'superbuffing official levels' series. This video blew up, getting a ton of attention from the Geometry Dash community, which made Vortrox eventually want to decorate it. He first teased his decorated version of the level on 30 May 2023. After the teaser, a few finished parts of the level were published online by some creators; however, before the final showcase, not much information was available regarding Stereo Extremeness. The full showcase was published on 24 June 2023 and announced that Vortrox would verify the level himself. He partially live-streamed the verification process on YouTube across 15 livestreams but did not verify the level live. Upon verifying the final version of the level, Vortrox tweeted out a picture of his 'level completed' screen with the caption 'Stereo Extremeness 100% Verified. 55,129 attempts. Full video should come out on Thursday <3'.

The first cube part starts with a quadruple spike, based of of Silent Clubstep and Acheron. Followed by a quadruple half-spike jump, simular to the first 2 jumps in Polargeist. Not long after, you turn into a mini wave and do a few clicks simular to Deadlocked before turning back into a cube. You go through some more hard jumps and insane timings then you turn into the ship.

31%-45%
* 0-13% (Gepsoni4): The level begins with a quadruple-spike jump, followed by a jump similar to the first ones in Polargeist, but without using the orb. The player then must jump once to dodge spikes on the ground and go towards two green orbs, which they must double-click. It will send the player flying to another one-block-wide platform containing a blue orb. However, the player must avoid hitting it and instead wait and fall onto an invisible platform, going through the middle of the third and final one-block-wide platform. Jumping off from that gap through the platform to avoid spikes on the ground, the player finds a safe spot to land before jumping again and becoming a mini-wave. The gaps somewhat resemble a mouth and were inspired by the minuscule wave part at the start of Deadlocked. Afterwards, the player returns to a cube before jumping over two half spikes spaced over a block with a normal spike in the middle and then must jump again to get onto a platform. The top of this platform consists of three sets of two spikes with a small gap between them and a black orb to send the player downwards into the gap and jump over the spikes. Doing these consistent clicks will lead to the player ending up on another invisible platform, where they must jump from onto another platform on the same level and then perform a double-spike jump, a triple-spike jump similar to the one after the mini-wave and another black orb timing. Doing these will lead to a red orb that launches the player directly into spikes above if the player does not hit the pink orb afterwards, interrupting the red orb's momentum. After this, there is one more double-spike jump, where the spikes are a bit more spread apart before the player jumps onto the next part.
As the ship,you go through very hard timings, tricks, trolls and straight fly. It takes a lot of time to learn this part. Finally, hit the last cube portal at the last straight fly, or else you bump into Fitzgerald, the structure after the ship section.
* 13-29% (xVainaja):
* 29-45% (Voxicat): The player enters the ship portal with a unique transition and have to fly above and below spears of spikes before performing a straight-fly. The player then ascends with the ship whilst not touching the orbs other than the last red orb. Then the player have to go through a fake path before performing another straight-fly.

The last cube part of the level, you jump over Fitzgerald, then do some spike hitbox tricks. After that you get some weird timings. Then you would reach the robot portal.
# The first coin is located at 49%, requiring the player to perform a tight manoeuvre with the wave. The player must fall down after landing on the second platform, transform into the wave, and manoeuvre tight spike gaps to obtain the coin. The player returns to being a cube after collecting the coin through an invisible cube portal.
# The second coin is located at 72%, requiring the player to perform a precise robot timing. The player must jump on the first block, then take a leap of faith, hoping to fall between the third and fourth blocks. The player will obtain the coin if they succeed. After that, the player must jump and return to the main route.
# The third coin is located at 99%, requiring the player to straight-fly as a mini-ship. At 86%, the player must fly up towards a spike block within the upwards structure and hold. The player will reach the secret coin route (like Stereo Madness). After that, the player must perform straight-flying for the rest of the level through tight spike gaps until the end. The word 'LEGENDARY' would appear on top of the coin upon collecting it.

Located at 99%, the third coin requires you to do godly straight fly with the ship. On 86% go over the spike block and hold. You will reach the secret coin route (like Stereo Madness).
