Haunting is a 1.9/2.0 solo Hard 5* level created and published by haoN on March 28, 2015. It is the last level of the Blade Pack.
History
Haunting was first uploaded onto the servers on March 28, 2015, before being featured a few days later. During November 2015 the level had a coin update, and the coins were verified on December 12, 2015. Shortly after, Haunting was added into the Blade Pack. Haunting then received a quick nerf/bugfix update on December 13, 2015. In late 2016, Haunting was updated one last time, having all of its coins removed.
Gameplay
- 0-20%: The level starts as a cube jumping between posts with jump pads and jump orbs. The player enters a mirror portal at 9%.
- 20-36%: Up next, the player enters a 0.5x speed ship part that slowly increases in speed while the player has to fly around saw-blades.
- 36-46%: At the drop, the player enters a 2x speed wave section where they must click through a long winding corridor.
- 46-58%: Afterwards, the player enters a short ball section where they must switch between platforms.
- 58-72%: A cube section starts with similar gameplay to the beginning, but at 2x speed.
- 72-83%: A quick UFO section begins before entering a 1x speed wave transition.
- 83-93%: The level enters a symmetrical dual part at x2 speed. The player starts as a cube, then becomes a ball.
- 93-100%: Finally, the level ends with a 0.5x speed auto cube part featuring the text “HAON”.
User coins
Haunting used to have user coins, but haoN removed them for unknown reasons.
- The first coin was at 23% at the first ship part. The player would have to go down between the saw and the ground spike to get the coin while also avoiding the next saw.
- The second coin was at 50% at the first ball part. The player would have to not click at 49% to get the coin, after which an invisible gravity pad would take them back to the normal route.
- The third coin was at 95%, at the last cube part. This coin was free to collect since it was located at the auto part.
Trivia
- The level cannot be copied.
- The level contains 12,086 objects.
- The level is 1m 0s in length.
- It is the last level of the Blade Pack.
- The level had coins on an older version.
