Not to be confused with the levels using the song Impulse by Garlagan.Template:Infobox Level Impulse is a 1.5 Easy Demon created by MrCheeseTigrr. It is the first level in Demon Pack 8, placed before Windings. It is well-known a very easy demon as well as for its frequent and infamously annoying bugs.
It resembles the style of Theory of Everything and uses the synonymous song. The level features a significant abundance of 1.4 saw blades, 1.5 spike balls and 1.5 spikes. Until 1.9, it used to be defined the third or the fourth easiest demon ever. In fact, the level is quite easy overall. The hardest part of this level is probably the last one, a cube segment in mirror mode with numerous rings, pads, spikes, and fakes. Here, the route rises and falls, requiring more reflexes. The problem with this part is the numerous amount of annoying bugs, therefore the player must hit the rings with crucial timing to avoid them. One of these leads to a troll secret way, patched with a block wall at 98%.
Gameplay
The level starts with a very easy cube section, but some jump orbs need to be hit with a lot of precision to avoid bugs. Then, there is a UFO segment that is a bit more difficult, but still easy. Afterward, the player enters a mini-portal. Here, the gameplay is still easy and the end resembles that of the notorious game Flappy Bird.
Then, there is a cube section that requires some crucial timing, with a rising and falling route, some fakes and some bugs. After that, with a weird timing, the player enters a tricky ship sequence, which is then separated in two by a cube transition. This ship part is easy, and it includes some easy straight flying. Then, also with a weird timing, there is a short cube segment that requires again some pretty good reflexes. After that, there is one of the hardest parts of the level; a ball segment with some tricky fakes. After that is the final cube section, known for the bugs and the hard timings. Then, the level ends.
Trivia
- The level cannot be copied.
- The level contains 4,221 objects.
- It is the first level in the Demon Pack 8.
- The level is hated, due to the description being "Oi c**ts, its not buggy, you are just bad." when there really are bugs.
