Template:Epilepsy Warning Template:Infobox Level Sevvend Clubstep is a 2.2 Extreme Demon mega-collaboration level created and published by the members of Cherry Team, and verified by Vorten on 4 June 2025.[1] The level was praised by a majority of people for its gameplay, calling it a pleasant experience. The gameplay of Sevvend Clubstep is perfectly synchronized with its music, having been built by an experienced Demonlist player, Nickname09. The level's decorations are made in bright red-orange tones, with occasional shades of yellow. The work with color and contrasts gives the level an atmosphere of heat and high temperature, and it works really well with occasionally appearing glitch effects.

Inscriptions periodically appear on the screen (for example: "This is madness", "The tenth prophet of Decagrammaton. Malkuth has awaken!" (a reference to Blue Archive), "OVERHEAT" or "you're cooked").

History

2024

On 4 December, vantergez released a preview of a joke level called Sevvend Clubstep on his channel.[2] On 6 December, vantergez uploaded a showcase of the level's fully completed gameplay.[3]

2025

In 2025, Nickname09, one of the most-skilled and experienced Russian players, decided to build a serious gameplay for the level and call it Sevvend Clubstep. On 6 February, he posted a showcase of the gameplay he's built on his channel, informing that he did so in just two days.[4] After some time, Cherry Team decided to decorate this gameplay, in order to make it a real level. MinAY was appointed as the host of the level. On 10 February, Vizitek posted his part of the level on his channel.[5] On 11 February, Kpokaht posted his part,[6] then ego11 on 19 February,[7] and on 26 February, Genoxide posted his own.[8] That same day, he uploaded another showcase of his updated part.[9] On 28 February, MinAY uploaded a showcase of already completely decorated level.[10]

Verification

On 3 March, it was announced microforest was set to be the verifier of Sevvend Clubstep.[11] However, the verification was transferred to maybee. On April 26, maybee did a run of 45-100%,[12] and two days later, he got 34%,[13] then 42%,[14] and a 22-84% run.[15] On 30 April, maybee got a new record of 45%,[16] then 59%,[17] and 69% at the end of that day.[18] On 12 May, he made a series of runs from 35%, most notable of which was to 87%.[19]

On 24 May, maybee left cherry, and the verification of Sevvend Clubstep was transferred to another and last verifier, Vorten.[20] On 31 May, the new verifier did a run of 35-100% and got 38%, uploading it on YouTube.[21] On 1 June, he got a new best three times by reaching, 44%,[22] 52%[23] and then 53%.[24] The next day, Vorten got 61%,[25] and on 3 June, he got 73%[26] and 80%.[27] On 4 June, Vorten finally verified Sevvend Clubstep, having spent a total of 17,415 attempts.[28]

Gameplay

(0-14%): The level starts with an invisible jump orb throwing the tiny cube onto a platform, from which they must jump to avoid upcomning structures. The icon passes the spikes using the orbs placed infront and clicks on the red orb, after which it holds down the pink dash orb. While holding it, the player's speed increases, and after some time they land using the blue pad. After three orb clicks, the player turns into a spider and clicks on the black orb, after which he makes several quick clicks and gets to a short stage where he needs to make several clicks using the orbs while playing as a cube (for half a second, the game mode will change to a wave in which you need to make one precise click). The player then turns into a spider (the cube's portals are there to keep the gameplay fun) and makes three rare but very precise clicks, getting into an extremely narrow space between suddenly appearing spikes. After that, the player has to make a few quick clicks in narrow spaces on the wave, and then turns into a cube and makes a few quick timed clicks on blue spheres, constantly bouncing off blue trampolines. The part ends with a hold on the pink dash sphere. (14-24%): The player releases the dash sphere and is thrown up by a yellow trampoline. As they fall, they need to tap the pink sphere, after which they enter a quick-click stage using spheres, dash spheres, and portals. After that, the player slows down for a short time and makes three rare precision clicks on spider spheres, bouncing off pink trampolines. They then enter a short ball stage with several quick clicks on spheres and structures, after which they turn back into a cube and make several clicks on spheres, avoiding spikes and interacting with structures "dancing" to the music. The section ends with a short transition from invisible trampolines. (24-35%): The player transforms into a ship and immediately clicks on a yellow sphere. This is followed by ship gameplay consisting of timed clicks on various spheres (there are many gravity-changing portals in the player's path to help align the ship's maneuvers). The player must make very precise clicks and fly very carefully around saws, spikes, and other obstacles in their path. This is followed by a short cube section with several clicks on spheres between structures, and then the player transforms into a wave and makes many quick, precise clicks in very tight spaces between structures and saws. The section ends with the player transforming into a cube and holding down the pink dash sphere again. (35-46%): The player is thrown up by a yellow trampoline and turns into a UFO. The gameplay consists of quick and precise clicks between structures and saws. Along the player's path are spheres and portals, as well as structures that the player must interact with (often in conjunction with spheres) to complete the level and avoid obstacles. The player then turns into a cube and makes several clicks, sometimes clicking on spheres and using portals, and then becomes a wave, which overcomes the gameplay in narrow spaces between structures. The section ends with the player turning into a cube again and holding down the pink dash sphere. (46-56%): A relatively calm part begins. The player is immediately met with difficult timing on the pink sphere, after which he will need to make several more clicks on the spheres. Then the player's size decreases due to passing through a portal, and he makes three precise and short presses on the dash spheres, carefully avoiding the spikes. After this, the player again becomes a large cube, makes several quick clicks and ends up on a slow ball, on which he makes three clicks, moving with the help of gravity changes between structures and avoiding collisions with small spikes. Then the player turns into a wave and makes several quick precise clicks, after which he becomes a cube and again makes quick presses on the blue spheres, pushing off from blue trampolines and avoiding saws and spikes along the way. The part ends once again with a press on the pink dash sphere. (66-77%): The player is again taken to a section of the ship using spheres and portals to align the character's maneuvers. Sloping surfaces and false spheres are used, with the occasional straight flight. The player uses a variety of spheres, even dash spheres, by quickly holding them down to change the ship's gravity. The player then turns into a cube and makes precise clicks using the spheres (mostly black and pink) to fit into tight spaces between structures and spikes. The section ends with another dash sphere held down (this time, however, a green one). (77-89%): The last part of the level. The player is thrown up by the yellow trampoline again, after which he turns into a UFO and immediately clicks on the pink sphere. Then the main fast-clicking section begins, using structures, inclined surfaces, portals, spheres and trampolines, where the player carefully flies around obstacles (saws and spikes) in narrow spaces. After this, the player turns into a cube, makes a few clicks on the spheres and becomes a spider, as which he makes a couple of precise and fast clicks. The player then becomes a high-speed wave and makes many fast clicks in narrow spaces between structures, periodically changing the gravity with the help of placed portals. After this, the speed decreases, and the player turns into a cube. First, he makes three fast clicks on the spheres with portals between the spikes in the "Clubstep Monster"'s mouth, and then changes the gravity with a trampoline between two small cube-shaped structures and makes a timed click, falling into the space between the spikes. (93-100%): The player is greeted by the final art with the nicknames of all the people involved in the creation of the level (creators, verifier, playtesters). Then a fist suddenly appears and "breaks" the endscreen, leaving "cracks on the screen".
