Electrodynamix v2 is a 1.7/1.8 Medium Demon level by Neptune. It is the third and final level of Demon Pack 14.

Description

Electrodynamix v2 is a harder remake of the main level Electrodynamix.

The level begins with the cube, which, at slow speed, must jump over saws using orbs for assistance. The level then changes drastically with pale colors and flashing at fast speed, increasing the difficulty as it becomes a perilous journey through orbs, saws, and platforms. The action shifts to the ship section, where you must navigate narrow, spiky passages with gravity reversed. This also occurs with the smaller ship that follows. The level continues with the UFO section, also navigating narrow walls with reversed gravity. The smaller UFO section is essentially a sequence where you must pass between saws on the same walls, but slightly wider.

The level continues with the cube, which has to perform some touch-and-no-touch maneuvers, as well as consecutive touches of the orbs that appear in this section. We also have to do the same with the ball sequence, which is very brief. The level then continues with the cube again, which has to perform a similar maneuver to the previous ones.

The level changes again, now taking place at very fast speed, making vehicle control extremely difficult. We have to control the small ship through a very dangerous passage, and to make matters worse, gravity is reversed. This is followed by a short ball sequence where navigating the obstacles isn't too challenging. Another ship sequence follows, this time with spiky platforms, and as expected, we have to control the ball again—now smaller, but equally easy.

After the short and easy ball section, there is a cube section. The cube must navigate several platforms and orbs, as well as doing treacherous groups of five spikes that require very precise jumps. The level concludes with a final sequence involving the ship, in which you must pass through a narrow passageway also filled with spikes that make the journey difficult.

Trivia

  • Electrodynamix v2 does not have normal speed, as there is only slow speed at the beginning, fast a little later, and very fast in the middle.
  • The ways to obtain the coin simulations are very similar: they all involve using a cube, landing on hidden platforms, and returning to normal with blue pads.
