English
This wiki shares accounts, uploads and Recent Changes across languages. English articles keep their existing titles. Spanish translations use Spa/Article title, for example Spa/Wulzy and Spa/16lord.
Use the header's language menu. An existing translation opens normally; Create translation opens the editor for a separate Spanish page. The Create translation link preloads the English source into the new page editor. Translate the prose there and retain filenames, templates and formatting as needed. Nothing is published until you save. You can also keep the English article open in another tab for comparison. Keep filenames, template names and parameter names intact; translate prose and visible link labels. Reuse existing uploads.
For links to translated articles, use [[Spa/Wulzy|Wulzy]]. Links to files, user pages and templates remain shared. Do not replace an English article with Spanish text. Exact level and song names remain unchanged. Add the appropriate Spanish category, such as [[Category:Spanish articles]].
Translated titles
Spanish articles can have translated titles. Ask an administrator to add the correspondence to MediaWiki:Expanded-language-pages.json so the language selector connects them. Unmapped articles use the same base title in each language.
Russian and Polish prefixes are reserved for future editions. Their selectors will be enabled when content is ready. The custom language URLs become available after the server configuration is installed.
