Description: This template produces an Unrated difficulty icon that can be configured to multiple sizes.
Syntax: Type {{Unrated}} to insert a difficulty icon.; Type {{Unrated|<i>}} using i as the parameter to insert a smaller difficulty icon for use inline with text (equal line-height).
