dovvin (Dovv1n in-game) is a Polish player. He is one of the fastest-rising top players and one of the best Polish players in the game. He used to be fairly unknown in the community despite quickly beating the hardest Extreme Demons in low attempt counts.

dovvin's popularity skyrocketed in early 2026 after he became the first victor of Quanteuse processing on 10 April 2026. He also became the first victor of ORBIT on 27 May 2026. Besides that, he is also the first victor of Penumbral, beaten on 29 March 2026.

Currently, Dovvin is collaborating with Cherry Team, as he will be the verifier of their new Top 3 Extreme Demon project, Lawet.

History

dovvin had been playing the game for a very long time, but only decided to start uploading his progress and completions after he noticed that he was getting better and better very quickly. dovvin created his YouTube channel on 31 October 2024, with his first video uploaded on 26 February 2025, in which he completes Judgement Knights as a rebeat after 13,581 attempts. His next upload was the completion of BPATA MPAKA on 10 March 2025, and he completed the level in 8 days and 12,415 attempts. All of his following videos would be comprised of completions of Extreme Demons that are on the Demonlist.

On 29 March 2025, dovvin beat Solar Flare as the first player in Poland after 16 days of playing and 15,908 attempts. On 22 May, he crashed at 75% on Acheron. In the next 8 days he would manage to fluke Oblivion from 57% after 10,198 attempts, playing it only for 3 days. On 7 June, he completed COMBUSTION as a new hardest, after 8 days of playtime and around 24,000 attempts. On 17 June, he got 76% on Climax, then 83% on Midnight on 15 July, and 85% on Poocubed. He beat the latter as a new hardest a day later after 10,700 attempts, a week of playtime, and dying twice at 98%. On 21 July, he did 23-100% on Subterminal Point and also got 92% on the level. He then did 24-100% on Silent clubstep in only 3 days of playtime. Nextly, dovvin completed shimmer on 13 August after around 3,000 attempts and 2 days, then fluked ORDINARY from 73% after 8,624 attempts on 17 August, completed Sevvend Clubstep on 22 August after 5 days of playing and 15,692 attempts, beat Climax on 28 August, SARYYX NEVER CLEAR on 3 September after 6,902 attempts, and then, he would crash at 94% and 96% on Spectre.

On 25 October 2025, dovvin completed andromeda in 2 runs, with his best progress being 55%, 32-100% and 36-100% three times. On 6 November, he would crash at 83% on Acheron, and 93% on andromeda a day later. On 18 November, he finally beat andromeda, after around 40,000 attempts and 37 days of playtime. That completion let him overtake Gokill, the former Top 1 Polish player, in the number of Polish hardest Extreme Demons. On 16 December, he died at 54% on Silent clubstep, then at 58% on Subsuming Vortex on 18 December, and then completed CONVULSION on 24 December after 4 days of playing, It was his last completion of the year.

On 26 February 2026, dovvin would manage a 13-87% run on Quanteuse processing, which did not have a victor yet. On 1 March, he got to 63% on the level. On 12 March, he did 47% and 47-100% on Penumbral, and then 90% on 22 March. After this, he would go on a streak of completing some of the hardest levels in the game. On 29 March, he became the first victor of Penumbral after around 50,000 attempts and 3 weeks of playtime. On 1 April, he beat Every End in 6,085 world record attempts. On 6 April, dovvin completed Spectre. On 10 April, he became the first victor of Quanteuse processing after 59,190 attempts. Then, on 22 April, he achieved 65% on Silent clubstep, and ultimately beat the level on 30 April after around 43,000 attempts as a fluke from 68%. After trying to beat ORBIT as a new hardest with 70% and 29-99%, he beat the level on 27 May after only 39,765 attempts (which is only a bit more than Zoink's).

On 30 May 2026, Dovvin announced that he will be verifying an upcoming CherryTeam Top 3 Demon. However, he didn't mention the level's name. In another post made on 5 June, he said he would show a preview of the level on the 30th of that month. On 30 July, he posted his progress on the Top 2 level Thinking Space II, consisting of 62%, 57-100% and 29-85%. On 1 August, he refined his progress, achieving 76%.

Trivia

• dovvin has garnered over 14,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel.
• dovvin discovered Geometry Dash around 2017 and 2018 while browsing the App Store on his dad's mobile phone.
• The recent rise of Silent clubstep from #13 to #11 on the Pointercrate Demonlist happened mainly due to dovvin's opinion of the level, who tought it was underrated at the time.
• dovvin has beaten IT MEANS EVERYTHING in four runs and 15,000 to 20,000 attempts.
• What dovvin regrets the most in his Geometry Dash is often dropping levels, namely when he dropped Spectre after dying at 96%, died at 92% on Subterminal Point, and crashed at 75% on Acheron.
• dovvin has never looked up to anyone, as he had always played for himself, not sharing what he was doing in the game. However, once he noticed he was making really impressive progress, he then decided to start uploading his achievements.
• Throughout his Geometry Dash career, dovvin used different input devices: A mouse, Redragon K530, Sayo Device (however, he stopped playing on it three weeks later because it was not comfortable for him), Corsair K70 RGB TKL Champion Series, and finally Attack Shark R85, which is his current input device.
• dovvin thinks that Aeternus is humanly impossible, as in his opinion no person will ever be this precise to pass several 120FPS and 240FPS frame perfects and do it enough times to become consistent enough to beat the level.
  • dovvin points out that while unnerfed Silent clubstep's '8 Jumps of Hell' is possible to pass due to 7 240FPS frame perfects present there being on cube, Aeternus is not possible to complete as 240FPS frame perfects are present in each game-modes, most notably Ship, which is the hardest game-mode to control.
• In dovvin's opinion, andromeda and Tunnel of Despair are the best levels in terms of music on the Demonlist; ORBIT and andromeda have the best gameplay; andromeda and CONVULSION have the best decoration; and andromeda is the best overall level on the list.
• dovvin's favourite upcoming Top 1 level is Sweeping Demon II.
• dovvin's name comes from his friends calling him Domin (short for his name). He then changed the letter 'm' in his nickname to the letter 'w', and then changed it to vv.
• dovvin's magnum opus of his entire career as a top Geometry Dash player will be either the completion of Thinking Space II, or verification of IT MEANS EVERYTHING.
• dovvin got his 'cactus' AI-generated profile picture one day watching TikTok, and after stumbling on an AI video with it, he decided to make it his profile picture.
• dovvin thinks that Doggie, the current verifier of GRIEF, is dragging his verification in time for money from live-stream donations and his GRIEF merch.
