Extreme Park is a 1.2 solo Hard Demon created, verified and published by Rabbitical (formerly Ripplez) between November 19-22, 2013. It is the first Demon level to mainly focus on memory, making it the hardest level to ever be published at the time.[1]

Gameplay

  • 0-12%: The level starts with a tricky normal-speed cube section that contains many fakes, especially orb-fakes. Additionally, arrows are added to help the player know the correct path. This part is mainly memory-based, with no difficult timings.
  • 13-43%: After an upside-down section with less memory and timing, the player enters a more specific timing part used as a bridge for the second main memory part full of multiple fake paths.
  • 44-61%: The level then becomes very easy to sight-read. After a climb and then a fall, the player enters a tight section containing three orbs, at which the player must only hit the first two. After two other orbs, the first and only ship section follows.
  • 61-73%: Following this is a simple ship sequence, where the player needs to avoid 'spike-balls' - essentially groups of four blocks and eight spikes around them to resemble saw-blades and a spike right in a block.
  • 73-100%: Afterward, the level returns to focusing on more memory. The player enters a large structure full of fake walls and paths. Finally, after a short 'descending climb', the level ends.

Trivia

  • The password for the level is 003372.
    • It probably refers to the number of objects the level has, 3,372.
  • The level is 1m 27s in length.
  • The level was rated on November 22, 2013.
    • It is one of the first five Demons rated simultaneously.
  • It is the oldest-rated Hard Demon in the game.
  • Despite its rating in-game, many players consider it to be an Easy Demon.
  • It remained the final legitimately verified-former hardest Demon in the game until Bloodbath.
    • In addition, is the last legitimately verified-fully solo hardest demon in the game (a level created and verified by the same person)
  • It is considered one of the best-looking hardest Demons in the early era.[2]
    • Ironically, it was for more than eight years in dislike ratio.
  • Extreme Park is the third former Top 1 Demon in the game's history.
    • However, worth mentioning that the origin of the Demon List started in 2014 by the player Kallari,[3] meaning all levels created in 2013 were not Top 1 for the simple reason of the list not existing at the time, which determined the hardest levels in the game.
      • Moreover, due to being rated alongside demon park and To the Grave, the level should be considered as the first former Top 1 Demon in the game's history.
