Fear zone is a 2.0 Hard level by GD Jose. It is the fourth level of the Shadow Gauntlet.

Description

[edit | edit source]

Fear zone begins with a cube section where hitting boxes toggles certain obstacles between visible and invisible. At 25%, it transitions to a ball section with simple timings. At 36%, a ship section with some large rotating saws follows. At 47%, a half-speed mini-cube part builds up to the drop, featuring jumps synced to the music, leading into an automatic blue pad segment with song lyrics. The drop begins with a triple-speed ship with low visibility, later switching to mini-sized and then a UFO. After an automatic cube transition, a triple-speed wave segment follows with limited vision, culminating in a cube finale with a blue pad corridor and a double-speed jump to finish the level.

User coins

[edit | edit source]
  • At 17%, the player must execute a tricky jump between two blocks to bypass a toggle box that creates a saw at 18%. After clearing the now-invisible saw, they must jump through a fake obstacle at 19% to reach a blue orb, which leads to the coin at 20%.
  • At 31%, the player must fall into a fake block to collect a key. After that, they click to return to the main path, where a pink orb appears. Collecting the key unlocks an alternate ship corridor at 38% containing the coin.
  • At 96%, the player must hit an invisible yellow orb to access an alternate path with a quadruple-spike jump instead of the double-spike jump on the normal path. Successfully completing this jump grants the coin.
