Flappy Hexagon (stylized as flappy hexagon in-game) is a 1.8/1.9 Hard 4* level created by Creator Cloud. As its name suggests, it is inspired by Darnoc's level Flappy Bird and only uses the UFO game mode. It is the third and final level in the Sapphire Pack.
Gameplay
The gameplay is entirely a UFO flapping through various structures, changing in size and going through mirror portals.
- 0-9% - A normal-sized UFO.
- 9-20% - The UFO goes through a mini and mirror portal.
- 20-80% - The UFO goes through another mirror portal and goes back to normal size.
- 81-91% - The UFO goes back to mini.
- 91-100% The UFO goes back to a normal sized UFO. A text saying "Thank You! Cloud" can be seen and the level ends.

- The level contains 6,688 objects.
- It is the third and final level in the Sapphire Pack.
- Flappy Hexagon, Flappy UFO, and Flappy Weird are the only "Flappy Bird" levels to be featured in Map Packs.
