KingSammelot (formerly GarfieldSam7) is an American player, streamer, and content creator who started playing in 2014. KingSammelot began making Geometry Dash content in 2021 after completing Bloodbath; he has since amassed over 1,000,000 YouTube subscribers. On 11 March 2023, he was awarded the Hidden Gem Award at the 2022 Streamer Awards for usually having fewer than one hundred viewers per livestream.

History
Before Geometry Dash
KingSammelot created his YouTube channel on 18 January 2014; however, he would not upload anything until 12 August 2015, when he released a 31-second-long video titled 'The Reverse', which was a Lego stop-motion style video (also known as brickfilms). Once again, he would go inactive for almost two years until he released a video titled 'Look!' which was a very short FlipaClip animation. His videos after that were mostly just Terraria, Minecraft, and Fortnite videos. During this time, his channel name was GarfieldSam7. However, in his video titled 'ThicC AnnouNcemenT!' released on 13 March 2020, he announced that he was changing his channel name from GarfieldSam7 to KingSammelot.

Beating Bloodbath
KingSammelot's first Geometry Dash-related video, titled 'One of The Biggest Accomplishments In My Life... (Geometry Dash)', was released on 3 August 2021, in which he explained that he had been playing Geometry Dash for over six years and was also trying to beat the Extreme Demon level, Bloodbath. After getting 6%, 7%, 12%, and 16% on the level, he did not play it again and instead beat the level Acu as a jump from a Hard Demon after failing at 97%.

After beating a few Insane Demons, he went back to trying to beat Bloodbath. After that, he then got 28%, 44%, 59%, 71%, and 90% in the span of two weeks. Shortly after, he started his first Bloodbath stream, in which he finally beat the level after over 13,000 attempts.

Early Geometry Dash videos
KingSammelot's next Geometry Dash uploads includes him attempting the Extreme Demon Roulette (Legacy List), beating the Hard Demon SIDEWAYS 8 without using practice mode, attempting to beat Jumper on a trampoline, playing Geometry Dash with big icons, and playing Geometry Dash in VR.
