Komet01 is a Polish player. He is known for beating top Extreme Demons in a short amount of time. He received notability after becoming the winner of the '100 Pros vs Heliopolis' event hosted by npesta.

Komet01 used to be the highest-ranked player in Poland on the Pointercrate Individual Stats Viewer, but Dovvin overtook him.

Despite his achievements, Komet01 is distancing himself from Pointercrate and list grinding, as he has important things going on in his real life. However, he wants to beat Thinking Space II in two runs.

History
Komet01 created his YouTube channel way back on 15 July 2018. However, he discovered Geometry Dash back in 2017. He learned about the game through various Minecraft videos, in which the player's character was seemingly playing a Geometry Dash level.

However, he was not playing the game much initially. He only really started playing the game in 2020 after he got a new pc, beating easy levels such as dark drop and Scarlet Surge. After a short break, he came back in 2021, beating harder levels like B, Nine Circles, and Windy Landscape. However, he quit again. He then made a comeback in May 2023, still playing on a mouse, then switched to a keyboard and beat Acu in a very short time. After this, he started playing professionally.

His first YouTube video was a clip from the game Trackmania. However, his first Geometry Dash-related video appeared on 9 May 2023, which was a completion of one of the easiest Extreme Demons, Acu, that he beat in 9,297 attempts. All of his videos from that point would be only Geometry Dash achievements.

His second Extreme Demon was Bloodbath, completed on 24 May 2023 in ~12,000 attempts. Then, he beat Cataclysm on 29 May in ~4,500 attempts. After that, he beat Sakupen Hell on 24 September in 1,216 attempts, AcropoliX on 14 October in 413 attempts, Forbidden Isle on 15 October in 985 attempts, Heart Attack on 22 October in 3,023 attempts, Ch1ll Puddy on 1 November in 2,687 attempts, Red World Rebirth on 2 November in 1,437 attempts, and Polish Alphabet on 17 December in 1,135 attempts as his last completion of 2023.

For his first completion of 2024, he completed Redemption Arc on 9 January in 1,242 attempts, Cat Planet on 11 January in 2,524 attempts, then Sonic Wave on 21 January as a new hardest in 11,423 attempts, Arctic Lights on 7 February as a next hardest in 13,521 attempts, then beat Black Blizzard on 18 February in 6,525 attempts, Proteus on 29 February in 1,092 attempts, Azurite on 26 May in 391 attempts, then Crimson Planet on 17 June as his new hardest in 13,420 attempts, and UNKNOWN on 4 July as his next hardest in 24,253 attempts. His last completion of 2024 was SUPERHATEMEWORLD on 7 August in 8,832 attempts. After that, he would start grinding more difficult levels.

Komet01 started the next year with a completion of MINUSdry on 8 March in 37,300 attempts, becoming its first victor and Komet01's new hardest. On 27 May, he beat Oblivion in ~10,500 attempts, then Tartarus on 27 May in 28,040 attempts, Natural Disaster on 1 June in 9,193 attempts, Sonic Wave Infinity on 7 June in 5,541 attempts, Solar Flare the same day in 22,360 attempts, COMBUSTION on 17 June in 26,067 attempts, Saul Goodman on 23 June in 15,525 attempts, then Subterminal Point on 4 July as his new hardest in 21,931 attempts, and ORDINARY on 23 July, and with that completion he would become the best Polish player on the Pointercrate Individual Stats Viewer. After that, he became the first Polish victor of Sevvend Clubstep on 28 July, and after that became first Polish victor of SARYYX NEVER CLEAR on 29 August. and of PSYCHOPATH on the same day, Komet01 then beat Climax on 3 September, walter white on 11 September, first in Poland to beat KOSETSU on 23 September, first Polish victor of Edge of Destiny on 6 October, first Polish victor of KOCMOC on 15 October, then got 73% on Avernus on 11 November, he also died at 77% a day later but did not upload it. Afterwards, he completed The Plunge on 21 December as his last 2025 completion.

After that, Komet01 would go seemingly inactive. However, he just decided not to upload his progress. On 2 December 2025, he achieved 84% on Tunnel of Despair, then 93% on Deimos on 24 December, 65% on Silent clubstep on 30 December, 51% on andromeda on 6 January 2026, and 78% on Anathema on 11 February.

It also later turned out that he had become one of the participants of the '100 Pros vs Heliopolis' event hosted by npesta, in which 260 participants were supposed to play Heliopolis and improve their current best by 1% each day the event went on. On 6 May, Komet01 was crowned the winner of the challenge, with his winning run being 27%. However, he got even further than that, reaching 28%.

Trivia
*Komet01 has garnered over 3,400 subscribers on his YouTube channel.
*Komet01 achieved 19% on Heliopolis during his first day with the level, as well as reaching the UFO part 200 times and getting 27-50% six times during npesta's '100 Pros vs Heliopolis' event.
**Heliopolis is his favourite upcoming Top 1 level.
**Komet01 thinks that getting 27% on Heliopolis is more difficult than beating Acheron.
*In Komet01's opinion, levels located between Top 40 and Top 70 on the Demonlist are the most enjoyable to play.
*On 25 September 2023, Komet01 would achieve 86% on xo as a jump from Bloodbath. However, that death caused him to rage and completely drop the level.
*Komet01 has 46-81% in 1 death on Thinking Space II. He also has 46-78%, 46-77%, and 46-76% ten times.
*Komet01 used to be one of the best Minecraft parkour spreedrun players.
*In Komet01's opinion, Anathema is the level with the best music on the Demonlist, Kyouki the level with the best gameplay, Scream Machine the best decoration, and Saul Goodman the best overall level on the list.
*Komet01 did 62% and then 63% on Acheron in a row.
*Komet01 has 82-100% on Aeternus.
**Komet01 thinks that Aeternus will be verified in no less than 10 years, and by a prodigy who will start playing it at the age of 12 years or less.
*Komet01's two favourite Top 1 levels are Tidal Wave and Slaughterhouse, the latter due to its vibe and aura as the hardest level.
*Throughout his Geometry Dash career, Komet01 used different input devices: Razer Huntsman v2, Wooting 60HE, Wooting Uwu, then Wooting 60HE again because his Wooting Uwu stopped working, Corsair K70, and Mchose Ace 68 Turbo 16K that he uses today.
*Komet01 has beaten Tower of Inception, which is his hardest completed obby in EToH.
*Komet01 thinks that, while the game is still not close to the difficulty limit, the raw skill of players is reaching its limit, as it will be harder and harder to improve for them. He thinks that a player like Zoink is actually close to the skill limit; however, if he had to push himself more and play one level for three years, for example, he would be able to beat something way more difficult than anything currently located on the Demonlist.
*In Komet01's opinion, what he regrets the most about during his Geometry Dash career is dropping and not finishing various levels.
*Komet01 was a contestant of the Toph Tournament, which he won. He was going against Nebnoob. Both players were trying to beat three challenges.
*Besides Geometry Dash, his favourite type of games are horror games, namely Silent Hill 2 (remake) and Resident Evil 7.
*Komet01 is considered the unluckiest victor of SARYYX NEVER CLEAR, as he has died five times at 98%—two times on the invisible pillar, and three times to the gap before it.
*Most underrated/influential/skilled/commited/talented/experienced people in the Geometry Dash community, according to Komet01:
**Level creators: CuLuC, Serponge, FunnyGame, Spu7Nix, and Akunakunn
**Content creators: npesta, EricVanWilderman, Dorami, Zeronium and Toph
**Players: sunix, NSwish, Zoink, Riot, BlassCFB and hotball1.
***BlassCFB verified WcropoliX over nine years ago without CBF and on a 144Hz monitor with just a mouse. The level had insane Wave gaps and timings for its time. If rated right after verification, WcropoliX would have been a Top 1 for a few months, preventing Sakupen Hell from ever being a Top 1 in the process.
*Komet01's completion of Arctic Lights was removed from Pointercrate Individual Stats Viewer on 27 June 2025, followed by SUPERHATEMEWORLD on 2 December 2025. That was because he asked a moderator to do it, as he did not like having levels in the Legacy List, since he had only Main List records at the time.
