Magic Valley is a 2.1 Normal level by GirlyAle02, published on 27 September 2023. It is the second level of the Fantasy Gauntlet.
Description
[edit | edit source]Magic Valley begins with an animation of a cube launched into the sky, which then becomes surrounded by an air bubble with lower gravity. The cube jumps on a pillar with a pad. The level zooms in on the cube before returning to gameplay, this time with the actual player's cube. The player must jump on clouds and pillars while also using orbs. There is then a cutscene in which the player becomes the cube from the start, is lifted by an angel, and gains wings, starting to fly; it is a ship sequence that requires the player to fly straight. The cube then gets put into an actual ship. A cutscene then plays as the player falls from the sky and lands in a forest.
Next is a triple-speed cube sequence, where the player must avoid a rock; then there is a robot sequence, where a butterfly carries the robot, then drops it and turns back into a cube; and they must do the same thing they did before the robot sequence. There is then a spider sequence on a tree branch with no obstacles, but the player must reach the top of the branch to collect coins. Then it becomes a ship where the player flies through the forest. It then turns back into a cube, and if the player collected all the coins in the spider sequence, a coin appears right there. The cube hits a yellow pad, must hit a red orb and use a dash orb to get to the next section.
The next section requires the player to hit two orbs before a cutscene plays with the cube being thrown to a place in the sky. Next is a mini-robot sequence in which the player must jump over 3D spikes. Next is a cube sequence where the player jumps on clouds. Next is a ship sequence in which the player flies through the clouds. Then there is more cube gameplay, where the player jumps on clouds with platforms. There is then a cutscene where the cube becomes a butterfly, and the level officially ends.
