Quasar

Quasar (GD Quasar in-game and on YouTube) is a skilled American player in Geometry Dash. He beat numerous Extreme Demons such as Cataclysm and Bloodbath, becoming the first victor of the latter.

History

Quasar joined YouTube on 21 July 2014.

On July 25, 2015, Quasar beat Deadly ClubStep.

On 12 February 2016, Quasar beat the updated version of Cataclysm with all three coins.

On 13 March 2016, he beat Bloodbath. He said, 'Get rekt Surv! Get frickin' Surved!!' which offended Surv. Quasar later apologized for this and stated that he was just excited.

The next day, on 14 March 2016, he hosted a Q&A to celebrate his completion of Bloodbath. On his stream Q&A video, uploaded on 6 June, he said that it took about two hours to record.

On 16 August 2016, he said that he would not be playing much due to schoolwork and the risk of finger pain. On his Geometry Dash profile, he said he will miss playing Demons. He later said that he got hacked on his profile.

About a month later, on 28 September, he released a video of himself getting 65% on SONIC SHIP (his joke remake of Sonic Wave). On October 29, he verified the level.

He has since quit Geometry Dash in 2020 but occasionally posts content relating to the game. Although he would return in 2023 by uploading a preview of an upcoming level called 'Oort'.
