Tartarus by Riot , Aurorus , Endlevel , Cyclic , Hinds , Aquatias, Salaxium, Komp, Azuler, and Vermillion.[1] It is a Demon that is designed to be barely possible, and not well decorated. It was Noclipped by Riot to challenge all players to see who could beat it first. Riot thinks it might be someone not known or even playing. Whoever does will get a Shoutout from Riot.
