The '''Treasure Room''' is a room in [[Geometry Dash]], [[Geometry Dash Lite]] and [[Geometry Dash World]], introduced in [[Update 2.1]]. It is accessed through the door in the lower-right corner of the creator menu. The [[Vault of Secrets|Keymaster]] permanently opens the room once the player collects five [[Collectibles#Keys|Demon Keys]].

The '''Treasure Room ''' is a room of [[Geometry Dash]] and [[Geometry Dash World]], being introduced in [[Update 2.1]]. It is located through a door in the lower right corner of the creator menu, requiring 5 [[Collectibles|keys]] to gain access.


The room contains 604 regular chests opened with Demon Keys, three bonus chests unlocked after opening a specified number of regular chests, 30 chests opened with Gold Keys, and entrances to four [[shop]]s. Its selection and layout were expanded substantially in [[Update 2.2]].
==Description==
The first screen contains 3 different chest textures, each leading to a subsection of one type of chest. the first one leads to a room with 400 chests costing one key each. the second one leads to a room of 100 chests costing 5 keys each. the third one leads to a room with 60 chests costing 10 keys each.


==Access==
The second screen is titled "Tier 2" and, much like the first one, has three different chest textures each leading to a subsection. The first chest leads to a subsection of 24 chests costing 25 keys each. The second chest leads to a subsection of 12 chests costing 50 demon keys each. The final chest contains 8 chests costing 100 keys. Each chests worth 10 keys and above are guaranteed to grant one or more icons or colors, along with another reward.
Before the player has collected five Demon Keys, selecting the Treasure Room door summons the Keymaster, who states how many more keys are required. After collecting the fifth key and selecting the door again, the Keymaster permanently opens it. Entering the room does not consume those five keys; the player spends keys only when opening individual chests.


Demon Keys are primarily awarded as the player collects eligible [[Collectibles#Mana orbs|mana orbs]], with one key awarded for every 500. The player can also obtain them directly from certain reward chests and [[Event Level]]s. Players obtain Gold Keys from the reward chests of selected Event Levels and spend them separately from Demon Keys.
The third screen contains three large chests which are unlocked once enough regular chests have been opened. They each contain icons, while the first large chest also contains the green key needed to remove the green lock in the [[Basement]].

==Layout==
The last screen contains four ropes, leading to the different unlockable [[Shop|shops]], each unlocked with a different number of Diamonds. In the order that their ropes are placed in the room, they are:
The Treasure Room has five main screens: the first two lead to six categories of regular chests, separated into Tier 1 and Tier 2. A chest's cost is displayed beneath it, and trying to open one without enough keys prompts the Keymaster to state the remaining requirement.

The regular chests use a finite reward pool for each category. The game randomises where that category's rewards are placed; selecting a different unopened chest does not choose from a newly rerolled set of independent odds. Contents include mana orbs, diamonds, shards, colours and [[Icon Kit]] items. Higher-cost categories generally contain larger currency rewards and more cosmetic items. Opening every regular chest costs 3,500 Demon Keys.

Update 2.1 introduced the Treasure Room with 200 one-key chests and 48 five-key chests, arranged in grids of twelve. Opening all 248 chests cost 440 Demon Keys.
*Prior to [[Update 2.2]], there were only 1-key and 5-key chests, which were individually displayed in 4x3 arrays across numerous screens.
 
*Also prior to Update 2.2, 440 keys were required to open all chests. In the aforementioned update, this number has been increased to 3500 keys.
Update 2.2 redesigned the room, increased the one-key and five-key collections to 400 and 100 chests respectively, and introduced chest categories costing 10, 25, 50 and 100 Demon Keys. This brought the regular-chest total to 604 and the total cost to 3,500 Demon Keys. The update also added entrances to the Mechanic and Diamond Shop. Update 2.207 introduced Event Levels and their reward chests, providing Gold Keys used by the room's Gold Chests.
**This requires you to collect a total of 1,750,000 orbs (as one key is obtained every 500), which is more than enough to unlock all paths and buy all icons in all shops except the Diamond Shop.
